      • 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Background: We investigated the factors that influence health-related quality of life in patients with chronicstroke. Methods: Ninety stroke patients, who had been discharged from hospital after inpatient rehabilitation 6months previously, responded telephone interview. We surveyed health-related quality of life by Medical OutcomeStudy 8-item Short Form Survey (SF-8). Current functional status was measured by the Korean Activities of DailyLiving (K-ADL) and the Korean Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (K-IADL). We also reviewed thesubjects’medical records to investigate medical comorbidities, cognitive impairments, depression etc. Results: 1)Mean scores of SF-8 were 41.01 for General Health (GH), 39.71 for Physical Functioning (PF), 37.46 for RolePhysical (RP), 48.92 for Bodily Pain (BP), 43.08 for Vitality (VT), 42.10 for Social Functioning (SF), 41.22 forRole Emotional (RE), and 42.22 for Mental Health (MH). 2) Current functional status measured by K-ADL andK-IADL had significant correlation with all items of SF-8. 3) Patients who had medical comorbodities, cognitivedeficits or depression showed significantly lower scores in some items of SF-8. 4) Interval between onset andadmission to rehabilitation unit showed inverse correlation to scores of PF, RP, BP, RE and MH, whereas thelength of stay did not. Patients who used day hospital program after discharge had significantly higher scores in allitems of SF-8.Conclusions: In chronic stroke patients, current functional status as well as medical comorbidities, cognitiveimpairment, depression affect health-related quality of life. Early start of inpatient rehabilitation and providingwith day hospital services after discharge may improve the quality of life after stroke.

      • 경력단절 후 재취업 재직여성의 심리적 안녕감과 직무만족도와의 관계에서 자기 효능감의 매개효과

        본 연구는 경력단절여성의 재취업 후 재직하고 있는 여성의 심리적 안녕감이 직무만족도에 주요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단하여 자기효능감 변인을 매개효과로 하여 변인 간의 관계를 분석하고 재직여성의 직무만족도 향상을 위한 개입 방안을 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 경기도 새로일하기센터에서 관리 및 서비스를 지원하고 있는 경기북부 지역 일반 기업 재직여성 중에서 471명을 대상으로 비대면 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 기술통계 분석을 사용하여 연구대상의 인구·사회학적 특성을 알아보았고, 내적합치도 계수의 산출을 통해 사용된 척도의 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 또한 연구문제 1과 연구문제 2에서 나타난 각 변인 간의 관계 및 영향력을 증명하기 위하여 Pearson의 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구문제 3에서 살펴보고자 했던 자기효능감의 매개효과는 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시한 후 부트스트래핑 검증과 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 재직 여성의 인구·사회학적 특성에 따른 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감 및 직무만족도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재직 여성의 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감이 직무만족도에 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 두 가지 변인과 직무만족도와의 영향력에 있어서 심리적 안녕감이 재직여성의 자기효능감에 비해서 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 재직 여성의 심리적 안녕감과 직무만족도의 관계에서 재직여성의 자기효능감은 부분적으로 매개효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 종합하면 자기효능감은 심리적 안녕감과 직무만족도와의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between variables using self-efficacy variables as a mediating effect and to find out intervention measures to improve job satisfaction of working women by judging that psychological well-being of working women after reemployment.To this end, data were analyzed by conducting a non-face-to-face survey of 471 women working for general companies in northern Gyeonggi Province, which are supporting management and services at the Gyeonggi New Work Center. Using descriptive statistical analysis, the demographic and sociological characteristics of the study subjects were investigated, and the reliability of the scale used was confirmed through the calculation of the tolerance value coefficient. In addition, Pearson's timely correlation analysis and heavy regression analysis were conducted to prove the relationship and influence between each variable shown in Research Question 1 and Research Question 2. The mediating effect of self-efficacy to be examined in Research Question 3 was analyzed through bootstrapping verification and structural equation model after three stages of mediated regression analysis.As a result of the study, first, it was found that there was a difference in psychological well-being, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction according to the demographic and sociological characteristics of working women. Second, the psychological well- being and self-efficacy of working women showed a positive correlation with job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that psychological well-being had a significant effect on the influence of the two variables and job satisfaction compared to the teacher's self-efficacy. Third, it was analyzed that working women's self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction of working women.Taken together, these research results showed that self-efficacy had a mediating effect in the relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction.

      • 다문화가정 고등학생의 진로교육 성과에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 다문화가정 고등학생이 일반학생에 비해 학교 진로활동 만족도와 진로개발 역량수준에 차이가 있는지 검토하고 진로교육 성과에 영향을 주고 있는 요인들을 학교, 개인, 가정변인으로 구분하여 진로교육 성과에 영양을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 다문화학생들이 일반학생에 비해 학교 진로활동 만족도에서는 차이가 없었으나 진로개발 역량수준에서 차이가 있으며 특히 직업이해와 진로탐색에서 유의한 차이가 확인되었다. 다문화학생의 만족도와 진로교육성과와의 상관관계는 만족도가 높을수록 진로개발역량수준도 높게 나타나므로 진로활동이 학생에게 의미가 있도록 설계되고 학생에게 맞는 맞춤형 진로교육 제공이 필요하다. 또한 가정에서의 여건이나 상황에 따라 다문화학생의 진로개발역량 수준에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 다문화가정 학부모들에 대한 진로교육을 통해 다문화학생의 진로교육에 대한 방향과 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 지원이 요구된다. This study was to find out whether the factors to affect the performances of career education in the high school students of multicultural families were different by the satisfaction level of career activities in the school and their competency level, upon classifying the variables in the school, individual, and family; and what the factors were affected to the performances of career education so as to compare the students from multicultural families with ordinary students by the types of the schools. Upon the study results, self-understanding and sociality were high in both ordinary students and the students from multicultural families in terms of the competency level of the career development, while understanding of occupation and career searching were lower in the students from multicultural families than the ordinary students. With respect to the types of schools, career searching and understanding of occupation were relatively low in the students from multicultural families in the ordinary schools and those in the specialized vocational high schools, respectively. In terms of correlation between the satisfaction level and the performances of career education in the students from multicultural families, competency level of career development was higher as the satisfaction level was higher. However, they did not show any difference by the types of the schools, which requires the designing of meaningful career activities and provisions of customized career education to the students. In addition, there were differences in the competency level of the career development in the students from multicultural families depending on the conditions or situations at home, therefore, it is necessary to support the direction on the career education and the information provision to the students by career education to the parents from multicultural families. In the future, further systematic studies should be prepared continuously to meet the characteristics of the students from multicultural families upon diagnosing the changed shapes of their career education and reviewing the performance factors to affect these in a multiple dimensional way.

      • 니페디핀과 β-시클로덱스트린 유도체류와의 포접복합체 형성 및 고체분산체 함유 마이크로캅셀의 제어방출

        To overcome poor dissolution property of nifedipine (NFD), which is used in the treatment of ischemic heart disease and hypertension as a calcium antagonist, effects of β-cyclodextrin (β-CyD) derivatives on the solubility of NFD in aqueous buffered solutions were investigated. The aqueous solubility of NFD increased linearly with increase in the concentration of CyDs, showing an A???-type phase solubility diagram. The stability constant of NFD-CyD complexes was in the order of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CyD) <β-CyD ≪diemthyl-β-cyclodextrin (DM-β-CyD), and the solubilizing ability of the β-CyDs was also in the same order. The dissolution rate of NFD-DM-β-CyD (1 :2 molar ratio) or NFD-β-CyD (1 :2 molar ratio) solid dispersions was much faster than those of NFD-β-CyD physical mixtures and the drug alone. Therefore, solid dispersion system of NFD with β-CyD (1 : 2 molar ratio) was prepared by solvent evaporation and encapsulated with Eudragit RS as the coat at core to wall ratios of 1 : 0.1 and 1:0.3 (w/w) using phase separation method by non-solvent addition. All the Eudragit RS microcapsules of NFD-β-CyD solid dispersion at core to wall ratio of 1:0.1 or 1:0.3 (w/w) were small and uniform. Although dissolution of NFD from Eudragit RS microcapsules was retarded with increasing the ratio of core wall from 1:0.1 to 1:0.3 (w/w), the release rate was sustained in a much higher concentration than those of drug alone and commercial sustained release NFD tablets.
