시각장애인의 웹접근성 향상을 위한 장애인차별금지법 개선 방안

본 연구는 장애인차별금지법에서 명시하고 있는 정보접근권, 그 중에서도 가장 핵심을 이루고 있는 웹접근성이, 시각장애인이 안마사 외에도 직업적 다양성을 개진해 나가는데 있어서 어떤 함의를 제시해 주는지에 대해 비판적으로 검토하였다. 이를 통해 직업적 다양성을 확보할 수 있는 기초기제로서의 웹접근성 향상을 위한 입법상의 보완점을 제언하였다. This study examined some implications affected from that right to information access, among them that make up the core Web accessibility stipulated the Disability Discrimination Act that excepted visually impaired masseur, in addition to the professional diversity in present. Through that sought policy suggestions about direction of legislation and revision for improving Web accessibility for achievable professional diversity as a basic mechanism.

정보화시대에서 발달장애인의 성년후견제도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 급격히 변화되고 있는 정보화시대에서, 성년후견제도가 발달장애인의 복지향상에 어떠한 의의를 함의하고 있는지 그 의미를 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 통해 성년후견제도의 주요한 집단인 발달장애인에 대한 성년후견제도의 개선방안을 모색하였다. 발달장애인의 입장에서 현행 성년후견제도는 자립생활과 사회통합에 기여할 수 있는 복지제도가 될 수 있어야 한다. 또한, 인터넷을 통한 가상공간에서 제도개선을 위한 정보교류와 다양한 커뮤니티 형성이 이루어져야 한다. This research intends to analyze the implications of current adult guidance system from an angle of people with developmental disabilities in an sudden changed information age. Through it, this research intends to seek improvement of adult guardian system for people with developmental disabilities, a main group of the system, from an angle different from the aged. It focuses on significance and improvement for the significance of adult guardian system for people with developmental disabilities, which are weak for self-decision. Furthermore, for the improvements, this system should be able to be information exchange and communities through the using internet in the cyber space.

성인 정신지체인을 돌보는 어머니의 심리적 부담과 서비스 욕구

성인기 지적 장애인의 부모가 경험하는 신체적, 심리적 부양부담에 대한 사회복지사들의 인식

본 연구는 서비스 제공자 관점에 근거하여 현재 우리사회에서 성인기 지적장애인에 대한 서비스를 제공하는 장애인 복지관의 사회복지사 10명을 대상으로 전문가로서 서비스 제공자가 인식하는 부모의 신체적, 심리적 부양부담의 실체를 파악하고자 하는 질적 연구이다. 연구결과 사회복지사들이 진술하는 부모의 신체적 부담은 크게 지적장애 자녀의 장애특성 및 수행능력 한계에 따른 부담과 지적 장애인을 돌보는데 있어서 부모의 건강문제에 관한 부담으로 분류되었다. 심리적 부담은 크게 가족 관계에서 발생하는 부담과 지적 장애인의 사회적 관계에서 발생하는 부담으로 분류되었다. 이상의 신체적ㆍ심리적 부담은 서로 밀접한 상관관계를 지니고 있었다. 자녀의 부적절 행동은 부모의 신체적 부담과 관련되었으며 이는 심리적 부담으로 연결되었다. 이를 통해 앞으로 성인기 지적 장애인 가족의 특성에 적합한 재가복지 서비스 제공, 가족과 지적 장애인 간의 의사소통 기법 프로그램, 중증 지적 장애인을 위한 아웃리치, 지적장애인과 부모의 건강관리 정보 제공 서비스, 가족관계 개선 프로그램 개발, 결혼 관련 제반 문제를 다룰 지원 서비스 등이 필요함을 제언할 수 있다. This research is based on a survey of burdens that the parents of the adult intellectual disabled experience on ten of social workers, in a service provider's point of view. The main purpose of this research is to figure out the real facts of the physical and psychological care-giving burdens of the parents in social worker's point of view. As a result of this research, these social workers stated that the physical burden of parents consists of two parts. One is the limit that they feel as they take care of their children and the other one is worries about their own health problem. The psychological burden is classified into family relationship, and worry about social relationship of their children in adult age. The physical and the psychological burdens were closely related to each other. Inappropriate actions by their children in adult age caused their parents' physical burdens first and then connected to their psychological burdens. This research is able to express that service programs about home staying welfare, communication methods between intellectual disabled and their family members, out-research for a severe intellectual disabled, health care for intellectual disabled and their parents, improvement on the family relationship, and handling issues related to their marriage are necessary.

행복의 수학적 모델링과 비선형 해석

행복은 사회학과 심리학에서 주된 관심사로 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 Spring-Damper-Mass 시스템과 등가적으로 구성할 수 있는 새로운 2차계로 구성한 행복 모델을 제안하여 Duffing 방정식과 동일한 형태의 2차원 모델로 구성한다. Duffing 방정식에 비선형 항을 추가하고 행복 현상이 나타날 수 있는 외부 신호로서 주기적인 정현파와 가우시안 백색 잡음을 인가하였다. 그런 후 새로운 행복 모델에서 파라미터 변화에 따라 랜덤 운동, 주기 운동, 카오스 운동이 있음을 확인하였다. Happiness has been studied in sociology and psychology as a matter of grave concern. In this paper the happiness model that a new second -order systems can be organized equivalently with a Spring-Damper-Mass are proposed. This model is organized a 2-dimensional model of identically type with Duffing equation. We added a nonlinear term to Duffing equation and also applied Gaussian white noise and period sine wave as external stimulus that is able to cause of happiness. Then we confirm that there are random motion, periodic motion and chaotic motion according to parameter variation in the new happiness model.

나이든 어머니가 경험하는 뇌성마비 장애 자녀 돌봄의 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법을 활용하여 성인기 뇌성마비 장애자녀를 돌보는 어머니들의 경험을 심층 분석하였다. 이를 통해 과거에서 현재에 이르기까지의 뇌성마비 자녀 돌봄의 전반적인 맥락 즉, 그들이 인식하는 장애자녀의 돌봄의 경험과 돌봄을 통한 삶의 의미를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현재 뇌성마비 자녀의 대학교 통학에 도우미 역할을 수행하는 등 뇌성마비 장애 자녀에 대한 전적인 돌봄 역할을 담당하는 65세 이상의 어머니 2명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 연구결과 연구 참여자들이 기술한 자료에서 나타난 의미 있는 진술은 63개 이었으며, 여기에 의미가 중복되는 진술을 제외하고 56개의 구성된 의미가 추출되었다. 이것은 19개의 주제로 유목화 되고, 5개로 범주화 되었다. 본 연구대상자인 노모의 돌봄 경험의 범주화는『당황과 포기』『, 가능성의 발견』『, 장애자녀와 자아의 일치됨』『, 노화와 사후걱정』『, 자아성찰』로 이해되었으며, 그 하위 주제는 당황과 두려움, 남편의 눈치봄, 포기, 양육의 책임감, 자녀의 고립, 인내심 발견, 학업능력 발견, 자랑스러움과 고마움, 자책감과 우울감, 자녀에 대한 존경심, 인생의 동반자, 다른 자녀들과의 갈등, 신체적 버거움, 결혼∙배우자에 대한 걱정, 자녀의 미래 거주 걱정, 종교의 힘 의지하기, 타인 시선 초월, 주위를 돌아 봄, 마음 다지기로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 과거에서 현재에 이르기까지의 뇌성마비 자녀 돌봄의 전반적인 맥락을 살펴봄은 뇌성마비 장애자녀를 돌보는 나이든 어머니들을 이해하고 이에 따른 서비스 접근 방법을 개발하는 기초자료가 될 것이다. This study was to examine elderly mothers’experiences that they recognized in taking care of their adult cerebral palsy children and the meaning of their life through it. In order to figure out the overall logical connections in taking care of them from the past to the present, the elderly mothers’experiences were analysed by a Colazzi’s content analysis in phenomenological approach. The participants were two over 65 year old mothers who fully take care of their adult cerebral palsy children, even provide help in attending school for their children. The 56 out of 63 useful statements from the two participants were selected after deleting ones duplicated. The 56 statements were divided into 19 themes and 5 categories. The mothers’experience in taking care of their adult children were categorized into 『embarrassment & abandonment』, 『finding possibility』, 『being in accordance with children』『, aging and worries about after death』, 『self-consciousness』.The subordinates were divided into‘ embarrassment & fear’, ‘reading husband’s face’, ‘abandonment’, ‘responsibility about raising children’, ‘isolation of their children’, ‘finding patience’, ‘finding educational ability’,‘ pride and thanks’,‘ self-condemnation & depression’ , ‘respecting their children’, ‘partnership’, ‘conflicts with other children’, ‘physical burden’, ‘worries about children’s marriage & spouses’, ‘worries about children’s future life’,‘ depending on religions’,‘ not caring about sympathetic looks’,‘ looking around’, and‘ re-determination’. The result of this study in many approaches shown above, can be the basic data to improve and to activate the understanding the mothers who take care of their adult cerebral palsy children.
