Recently, low weight is being embossed as a serious problem which is one of the abnormal weight concepts as well as obesity mainly in teenagers. In Korea, the low weight is not perceived as an important problem, but it is rapidly expanding related to the features of the developing course of the teenagers. So, we consider that it is necessary to guide the teenagers to have right weight perception that healthy and appropriate weight is beautiful together with the right perception about their own body shapes. Therefore, in this paper, we investigated the body perception, abnormal weight, attitude toward weight control and related factors to eating behavior among the teenage girls who are considered as the dangerous group of overt body weight control behavior. This study was carried out to investigate self-image on the ody of the teenage girls For that purpose, we interviewed individual 600 of 2nd grade of middle school gilrs students in Daegu and analyzed body component using Inbody 3.0.

To find the optimum proportion of perilla leaves for sulgidduk, rice cakes were prepared with different quantities of perilla leaves(0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%, all w/w) for mechanical and sensory examinations. Moisture content of the control group was lower than that of the groups with perilla leaves. In color, L-value of the control group was higher than that of the other groups while a-value and b-value of the control group were significantly lower than that of the other groups(p<0.05). Springness, gumminess, and chewiness of the control group showed the highest value rather than those of the other groups. Hardness and adhesiveness of the control group was highest among the groups. Preference of color, taste, and total acceptability of sulgidduk with 20% perilla leaves was higher than that of the other groups. As a results above, perilla leaves can increase the acceptability of sulgidduk and 20% of perilla leaves would be proper to make sulgidduk.

The objectives of this study were to analyze favorite snack and health -related problems for high school students A survey was conducted with 500 students in the second grade level at high schools in Daegu who differed in socio-economic characteristics. The developed questionnaires were distributed and 481 questionnaires were collected with a 96.2% of response rate. statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS WIN(ver.12.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-tests and X2-tests. we first analyzed students` problems related to nutrition and environmental factors. Above all, analysis of problems connected with nutrition were as follows. First, student`s nutrition-related problems and environmental factors were analyzed. For the total family members, 94.3% were below 5. For the expenditure of snacks, 90% were less than 50,000won. The BMI of the subjects, boys` obesity degree was higher.
