        뱀장어 아가미 울혈증에 관한 연구 III. NaCl처리가 울혈증 치료에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out in order to elucidate the effect of NaCl(0.85%) acclimation on congestion symptoms in central venous sinuses(CVS) of gill filaments and on the alteration of blood constituents in cultured eels for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7days after handling stress. After giving a handling stress on eels, the frequency of gill congestion was about 90%. It gradually decreased to 40% on the 3rd day, then increased to 60% on the 7th day in NaCl(0.85%) acclimation. The values of haematocrit(Ht), methemoglobin(Met-Hb), glucose (GLU), calcium($Ca^{++}$), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) were lower than those of the control, whereas magnesium($Mg^{++}$) and haemoglobin(Hb) were higher than the control. However total protein(Tp) and albumin (ALB) levels similar to the control. When the fish after giving a handling stress were cultured in NaCl-free water as a control, the frequency of gill congestion and the value of blood components showed a similar pattern to that obtained from the NaCl acclimated experiments. However, in the early period(1-3day) after handling stress, NaCl acclimating slightly helped the natural tendancy of recovery. These results suggest that the frequency of gill congestion is not always reduced over the whole period of NaCl acclimation. However, the acclimation to NaCl solution may be a somewhat useful therapy for the gill congestion in stressed eels. 뱀장어에 인위적으로 스트레스를 가하여 아가미 울혈증을 발생시킨 후에 NaCl 처리에 따른 CVS의 울혈증의 치료효과 및 혈액성상의 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 스트레스 직후에 고빈도의 발병율을 보였던 아가미 및 간의 울혈증은 염처리 후 3일째 까지는 감소되었으나, 4일 이후에는 별 영향이 없었다. 혈액성분중 스트레스 후 증가되었던 Ht, Met-Hb, $Ca^{++}$, GOT, GPT, LDH 및 glucose치 등과 감소되었던 $Mg^{++}$ 및 Hb치 등은 염처리 3일까지는 회복율이 촉진되었으나, 그 이후에는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 알부민 및 총단백치는 염처리 기간동안 별 변화가 없었다. 이상의 결과는 스트레스에 의해 발병된 아가미 울혈증에 대한 염처리법은 초기 3일까지는 효과가 있으나, 그 이상의 기간에는 전혀 효과적이지 못함을 보여준다.

        handling의 스트레스 직후에 70%의 발병율을 보인 울혈증이 경과일수에 따라서 비례감소되어 3일째에는 최저치인 30%였으며, 이때 아질산 농도가 4ppm미만이었다. 한편, 4일째부터는 아질산의 농도(5.5~16.8ppm)에 따라서 울혈증이 비례증가(40~80%)되었으며, 울혈증 발별진행에 관계하는 사육조의 아질산 임계농도는 5.5ppm으로 나타났다. handling의 스트레스 직후에 증가되었던 Ht, Met-Hb, Glucose, GPT, GOT, 및 Ca치등은 경과일수에 따라서 2일째까지는 비례감소하였으나, 감소되었던 Hb, 알부민, 총단백, Mg 및 LDH치 등은 경과일수에 비례하여 2일째에는 증가되었다. 3일째부터는 아질산의 농도증가(3.8~16.8ppm)에 따라서 Ht, Met-Hb, Glucose, 알부민, 총단백, LDH, GTP, GOT 및 Ca치 등은 비례증가되었으나, Hb 및 Mg는 비례감소하였다. 이러한 결과들은 아질산 농도와 아가미 울혈증과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다. This experiment was carried out. in order to elucidate the effect of nitrite on the change of the blood and on the congestion values in central venus sinuses(CVS) of gill filaments in cultured eel which experimentally outbreaked in the stressful condion such as handling shock. After being stressed, 70% of eel. showed the congestion in the gill, but the frequency graduaily decreased to 30% on the 3th day when the concentration of nitrite reached below 4pprn. After then the outbreaks frequency of gill congestion was significantly increased in relation to nitrite concentration untill the concentration reached 5.5~16.8ppm. These indicated that 5.5ppm of nitrite was the clinical concentration which affected the outbreak of gill congestion increased or decreased. Stressed in eel, the increased level of haematocrit(Ht), glucose(GLU), calcium(Ca), methemoglobin(M-Hb), glutamic pyruvic transminase(GOT) and glutamic oxalacetic transminase(GPT) were gradually decreased but the decreased level of haemoglobin(Hb), albumin(ALB) and magnesium(Mg) were increased. Two days after being stressed, the tendency was completeley reversed in relation to increased nitrite concentration, stressed in eel, total protein(TP) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) were increased in relation to nitrite concentration. These results suggest that the concentration of nitrite affect the progress in gill congestion of stressed eel.

        In the present study, the effects of treatment with Red ginseng extracts (RGEs) on immune response such as cellular and humoral immune reaction were measured in balb/c mice in vivo. An aqueous extract of ginseng was treated by oral administration at a dosage of 10㎍/g of body weight/day for 5 days before or after SRBC sensitization. We further attempted to measure the effects of the treatment of RGEs directly for function of mononuclear cells such as lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage function such as phagocytosis, NBT reduction and bacteriocidal effects. The treatment of RGEs enhanced the arthus reactions, delayed type hypersensitivity, antibody productions, rosette forming rates of splenocytes and spleen indices compared to untreated control group, especially in the group treated after SRBC sensitization significantly. DTH reaction was most significantly activated in the all treatment groups; indicating that RGEs enhanced the immune response via cellular mediated immunity. The proliferation lymphocytes of co-cultured with T-cell mitogen, Concanavalin A (Con A) or phytohaemagglutin (PHA-P), was significantly inhibited in a dose-dependent manner. Contrary to this inhibited effect, no significant differences were found In B cell mitogen lipopolysaccharide (LPS) treatment. With comparison, the treatment of ginseng extract alone slightly increased the' proliferation with no significance. Bacteriocidal activity of peritoneal macrophages was somewhat increased in all treated groups than in control, especially at the concentration of lOJLg/ml and this augmentation was due to the increase of phagocytic activity and super oxide anion production. These results led conclusion activation of that the to macrophage function might be chiefly or partially due to the enhancement of the immune system.

        A total 41 strains of Edwardsiella tarda were isolated from cultured eels and examined for drug resistance, distribution and transferabilities of R plasmids. All isolates were multiple-resistant to drugs(at least 4 among 13 drugs) and mostly restricted to LM(41 strains), SD(41 strains), CH(39 strains), SF(38 strains), CP(37 strans), PM(37 strains), OT(36 strains), SM(29 strains), OA(29 strains), AM(28 strains), KM(7 strains), GM(6 strains), AK(6 strains) and EF(2 strains). Twentyfive different drug resistant patterns were observed, the most frequently encountered pattern was LM-SD-CH-SF-CP-PM-OT-SM-OA (8 strains, 20%) followed by LM-SD -CH-SF-CP-PM~SM-OA(5 strains, 12%). In transfer experiment. transferable R plasmids were carried in 39 of 41 resistant strains, indicating that most isolates carried conjugally transferable R plasmids related to multiple drugs. The most frequently observed transferable R plasmids were SD-SF-CP-CH-LM-PM-AM (4 strains), SD-CP-CH-LM-PM-AM-OT(3 strains), SD-SF-CP-CH-LM-PM(3 strains) and SD-SF(3 strains). These results suggest that the chemotherapy of edwardsiellosis is extremely difficult because of the acquirement of multi drug resistance to wide range of antibacterials. Futhermore it seems that high levels of various chemotherapeutjcs have already been introduced to eel culture.

        예술심리치료사들의 미술작품창작 체험에 관한 연구 : 미술의 치료적 가치를 중심으로

        본 연구는 예술심리치료사들의 미술작품창작 체험을 통한 경험의 본질과 그 의미를 탐 색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 Manen의 해석학적 현상학 체험연구로 진행하였다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 예술심리치료임상경험이 있는 예술심리치료사 8명으로 주1회, 3시간씩 총10회기의 미술작품창작 작업에 참여하고 함께 전시회를 개최하는 체험을 하였다. 자료 수집은 작업기간 중에 집단으로 1회 2시간, 전시회까지 모든 체험이 끝난 후 개별적으로 90분씩 인터뷰를 통해 이루어졌고, 자료 분석을 거쳐 5개의 본질적주제와 15개의 하위주 제를 도출하였다. 본질적 주제는 <미술작품창작과정이 자기작업이 됨>, <미술창작능력의 향상이 치료사로서 자신감을 높여줌>, <임상 중에 만들어진 창작품을 더 소중하게 생각하 게 됨>, <미술창작 작업에서의 치유적 효과에 대한 이해가 깊어짐>, <동료와 함께 한 작 업이 힘이 됨>이었다. 이러한 본질적 주제를 통한 결론은 숙고하는 예술창작 과정은 그 자체로 치유적 특성을 가지고 있으며, 예술본연의 가치가 예술치료과정에 통합 될 때에 예 술심리치료와 예술심리치료사의 정체성이 보다 확고해 질 수 있다는 것을 다시금 확인하 게 되었다는 것이다. 또한 이러한 확신은 치료자로 하여금 임상 내에서 예술작업과 작품에 좀 더 소신을 가지고 적극적인 역할을 하도록 도왔다. The purpose of this study was to explore the nature and significance of the art creation experience by art therapists. For this purpose, Manen’s methodology of hermeneutical phenomenology was utilized. The participants of this study were eight art therapists with clinical experience. They participated in a total of ten artworks once a week for three hours each time, and then held exhibitions for the artwork produced. The data was collected from April 2018 to October 2018 and included one where an interview was conducted during the work period, followed by 2 hours of artwork in a group and participants were individually interview once for 90 minutes, then on completion of the exhibition. In this respect, the 5 essential themes and 15 sub-themes were derived based on the data. The essential themes were as follows: , ,, , The conclusions of this study were that it demonstrated that the artistic process of contemplation has its own healing qualities and the identity of arts therapy. It was shown that arts therapists can be more firmly established when the value of artistic creation is integrated into the art therapy process. Broadly speaking, this conviction has also helped therapists to take an active role in clinical practice, with more confidence in arts and artwork.

      • 군산 내만에서 분리된 세균총에 대한 약제 내성 조사

        군산내만에서 분리한 미생물총 Vibrio spp.(44균주), Pseudomonas spp.(42균주), Aeromonas spp.(26균주), Moraxella spp.(9균주), Enterobacteria spp.(6균주), Bordetella spp.(3균주), Alkaligenesis spp.(3균주), Staphylococcus spp.(3균주), Flavobacterium spp.(2균주)를 총 123주를 대상으로 Ampicillin(AM), Penicillin-G(PM), Rifampicin(RF). Streptomycin(SM). Oxolinic acid(OA), Nalidixic acid(NA), Oxytetracycline(OT), Amikacin(AK), 및 Enorfloxacin(EF)등의 약제에 대해서 감수성검사를 실시하였다. 공시약제에 대한 감수성균주는 42균주(34.1%)이었으면, 내성균주는 81균주(65.9%)로서 약제 내성율은 AM(54균주/43.9%), PM(47균주/38.2%) 및 RF(35균주/28.4%) 등에는 고빈도의 내성을 보였으며, SM(9균주/7.3%), OA(5균주/4.06%) 및 NA(1균주/0.8%)등에는 저빈도의 내성을 보였다. 그렇지만 OT, AK 및 NF에는 내성을 보이지 않았다. 내성 유형은 총 15유형(Ⅰ-4제)으로서 이중 단일약제 내성 균주는 모두 35균주(28.4%)로서 AM(20균주/16.3%), PM(10균주/16.3%) 및 RF(10균주/8.1%)약제에 내성 출현율이 높았다. 한편, 다제내성은 12유형을 나타내었으며, AM-PM-RF(16균주/13.4%), AM-PM(8균주/6.5%) 및 PM-RF(7균주/5.6%)유형이 비교적 출현빈도가 높았다. 따라서 본 해역은 다양한 약제에 내성을 나타내는 미생물총이 서식하고 있어서 향후 다제내성균이 빠르게 확산되어 어류질병의 치료에 많은 어려움이 예상된다. One hundred and twenty three strains of bacterial !lora collected from Kunsan bay and examined for drug resistance to 9 antibiotics. The isolated and examined bacteria were Vibrio spp.(44 strains), Pseudomonas spp.(42 strains). Aeromonas spp.(26 strains). Moraxella spp.(9 strains), Enterobacteria spp.(6 strains). Bordetella spp.(3 strains). Alkaligenesis spp.(3 strains). Staphylococcus spp.(3 strains), and Flavobacterium spp.(2 strains). The drugs used were Ampicillin(AM). Penicillin-G(PM), Rifampicin(RF), Streptomycin(SM). Oxolinic acid (OA). Nalidixic acid(NA). Oxytetracycline(OT). Amikacin(AK), and Enorfloxacin(EF). Forty two strains were found to be sensitive to all drugs. The remaining strains showed resistance to various combinations of drugs. Among the resistant strains were mostly restricted to AM(54 strains/43.9%). PM(47 strains/38.2%). RF(35 strains/28.4%), SM(9 strains). OA(5 strains! 4.06%). and NA( I strains/0.8%). in combination at high degree showing 15 different drug resistant patterns the most frequently showed resistant patterns were AM-PM-RF(l6 strains/13.4%), AM-PM(8 strains/6.5%). and PM-RF(7 strains/5.6%). These results suggested that Kunsan bay were contaminated with various strains of highly resistant strains to drugs(AM. PM and RF). These results suggest that high levels of various antibiotics have already been introduced to Kunsan bay. Furthermore it seems that chemotherapy of fish disease has become extremely difficult because of the acquirement of multi-drug resistance to wide range of antibiotics.
