최근에 자동차용 기관의 연비향상과 배출가스 저감을 위하여 다양한 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 자 동차용 기관의 연비 개선과 배출가스 저감을 위해 A사에서 제작한 이온 세라믹 바를 시판 가솔린과 경유에 일정한 시간 침수시켰을 경우 침수시간에 따라 시판 가솔린과 경유의 분자구조 등에 어떤 변화를 주며, 그것이 연비 개선과 배출가스 저감에 어떤 영향을 주게 되는지를 예측하는데 목적이 있다. 목적을 달성하기 위하여 침수시간별 시료에 대 한 물리적 분석, 화학적 분석 실험을 통해 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 가솔린의 경우는 화학적, 물리적 분석에서 세 라믹 바에 의한 분자구조의 변화로 기관성능 개선을 예측할 수 있었으나, 경유의 경우는 침수시간에 따라 변화가 불 규칙하므로 경유에 적합한 세라믹 바를 제작할 필요가 있다. Recently, variety of methods have been studied to improve automotive fuel economy and the reduction of exhaust emissions. The purpose of this study is to identify the change in the molecular structure of gasoline and diesel by the ion ceramic bar according to the immersion time and to predict the effect for the fuel economy and exhaust emissions by the immersion time. In order to achieve the purpose, we got sedimentation samples for physical analysis and chemical analysis by experiments and characteristics were analyzed. As a result, the changes in the molecular structure by the ceramic bar in the engine by the chemical and physical analysis was able to predict the performance improvement in the case of gasoline. But there is a need to produce suitable ceramic bar for the diesel because there was an irregular change depending on the time of sedimentation in the diesel.

The purpose of this study is to define the characteristics of high speed cylindrical grinding of SM20C steel with CBN wheel and WA wheel from 20m/sec to 80m/sec. The results were obtained as follows: (1) The grinding temperature of CBN wet grinding is lower than that of CBN dry grinding. It becomes more significant with high work speed and feed rate as well as great depth of cut. (2) The grinding temperature of grinding with WA is lower than that of grinding with CBN in low speed region, but it is reversed in high speed region. (3) The grinding temperature increases with increasing wheel speed up to 60m/sec, but in high speed region it decreases with increasing wheel speed.
어린이집 원장의 회복탄력성에 대한 인식과 프로그램 요구 - 포커스 그룹인터뷰를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 회복탄력성에 대한 인식과 프로그램 요구를 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울, 인천, 경기권 소재의 어린이집 원장 8명을 대상으로 2회의 포커스 그룹인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 어린이집 원장들은 회복탄력성을 ‘건강하고 유능한 사람들의 특성,‘원장직무 유지를 위한 힘(약),‘원장의 지속적 성장을 위한 발판,‘원장에게 꼭 필요한 역량이며 지원을 통해 성장 가능한 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 어린이집 원장의 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램에 대한 요구를 분석한 결과, 프로그램은 어린이집 원장 직무이해에 기초한 회복탄력성 증진방안의 실제에 초점을 맞춰 구성 시행되어야 하며, 프로그램의 내용에서는‘어린이집 원장직무와 회복탄력성의 필요,‘회복탄력성의 심리적 고찰과 증진방안,‘회복탄력성 증진 실천 사례,‘회복탄력성 증진을 위한 활동 실습을 다루어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램 구성 및 학습의 주체는 전문가 코칭에 의한 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램 구성 및 원장 학습공동체 구성원이 교육의 주체이며, 운영 방법으로는 주중 저녁 1회 2시간 정도로 최소 6~9주 연속 시행하고, 원장학습공동체 구성원 간의 리더십 발휘와 협동 학습 및 실습 위주의 세미나 방식과 실천 사례별 토의, 실습, 성찰, 적용, 성장 나눔을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 소진을 경험하고 있는 어린이집 원장에게 회복탄력성의 이해와 증진의 방향성을 제시하고, 원장의 직무 효능감 향상에 초점을 맞춘 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to investigate the perceptions of childcare center directors regarding resilience and their needs for related programs. To this end, two focus group interviews were conducted with eight directors from childcare centers located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province. The results revealed that the directors perceived resilience as a characteristic of healthy and competent individuals,”a strength (or medicine) necessary to sustain the role of a director,” a stepping stone for continuous growth as a director,”and a crucial competency for directors that can be developed through support.”The analysis of the directors needs for a resilience enhancement program indicated that the program should focus on practical strategies to enhance resilience based on an understanding of the childcare center directors role. The program content should cover topics such as “the necessity of resilience in the role of a childcare center director,”“psychological considerations and strategies for enhancing resilience,”“practical examples of resilience enhancement,”and “hands-on activities to promote resilience.”The program structure and learning leadership should involve expert coaching for resilience enhancement and include members of the directors learning community as the main agents of the educational process. The suggested operational method involves conducting the program once a week for 2 hours in the evening over a period of 6 to 9 consecutive weeks. The directors expressed a preference for a seminar format centered on leadership, cooperative learning, and practical activities within the learning community. The program should also include discussions, practice, reflection, application, and shared growth based on practical examples. These findings are expected to provide childcare center directors experiencing burnout with a direction for understanding and enhancing resilience. Moreover, they could serve as foundational data for developing resilience enhancement programs aimed at improving directors job efficacy.

The objectives of this study were to investigate the atomization characteristics and the engine performance characteristics using the change of injection nozzle form and ultrasonic-energy-added diesel fuel.<br/> 1. To evaluate the effect of ulrasonic energy and the change of injection nozzle form, droplet size<br/> measurements earned out using Malvern system. 2. To analyze the change of ultrasonic-energy-added diesel fuel, chemical analysis and physical analysis earned out using 'H-NMR spectrum, viscosity system and surface tension system.<br/> 3. In the diesel engine test, there were results about engine performance and exhaust emission.<br/> In Summary, the results of this study indicate that ultrasonic-energy-added diesel fuel induced beneficial changes in SMD, engine performance and exhaust emission. And the B type was excellent in all type of injection nozzle.

This paper describes briefly the effect of ultrasonic fuel supply device on the performance of four stroke cycle gasoline engine. Experiments were carried out to clarify the effect of ultrasonic fuel supply device on the engine output, traveling fuel consumption ratio, exhaust emissions.<br/> The results were obtained as follows:<br/> 1. Engine output was increased 9~14 % in comparison with that of the conventional injector. 2. Travelling fuel consumption ratio was improved 17~29 % in comparison with that of the conventional injector.<br/> 3. CO, HC exhaust emissions was decreased compared to the value of the conventional injector. 4. Fuel consumption ratio in highway driving test was improved about 10 % in comparison with<br/> that of the conventional injector.
