        드론 기반 측량을 활용한 강릉 하시동 사빈지형 변화 탐지

        Countermeasures to protect coastal areas with artificial structures such as groins and submerged reefs are common along the eastern coastline of South Korea. However, these structures brought unwanted effects on adjacent beaches in many cases such as Gusan Harbor and Wolsongjeong Beach in Uljin. To identify such side effects, it needs a proper method to survey topographic changes in disturbed areas and neighboring beaches. The drone-based survey is one of the new emerging techniques to produce orthoimagery and digital surface model (DSM). In this study, we applied drone-based survey coupled with GPS surveying using a network real-time kinematic system (NRTK) to detect the topographic changes in Hashidong coast, Gangneung, South Korea, from October, 2014 to October, 2015. As a result, the beach volume in the study area was determined to increase by 26,000 ㎥ during the winter, but it decreased again by 12,000 ㎥ during the summer. The beach changed seasonally, at a rate of approximately 18.5 ㎥ m-1 yr-1. This rate could be applied for beach nourishment when we consider artificial recovery for eroded areas. However, continuous monitoring is more required to assess the beach status and to build effective countermeasures to conserve the coastal areas well.

        슈미트해머 반발도와 OSL 연대에 기반한 둔두리 해식애의 형성과정

        Rock strength test on Dunduri cliff, Chungnam province, Korea, was performed using N-type Schmidt hammer and the depositional ages of the sediments overlying the cliff were derived using OSL dating method. The averaged R-values of the cliffs investigated here were lower than those observed from the shore platforms, but with larger scatter in the former. R-values were negatively correlated to cliff face retreat, implying that the irregularity of the coastal rock faces was closely related to lithology as the weaker rocks retreated much faster than the harder rocks. The overlying deposit of the cliff tends to be thicker at valleys and were poorly sorted with angular to subangular clasts in a matrix of silt. The OSL ages (ca. 70-77ka) presented here were older than the previously reported exposure ages (ca. 7-30ka) of the cliff face. Therefore, it is likely that the present sea cliff was developed by expansion of the platform which had been covered by slope deposits since the last interglacial and exposed again during the Holocene.

        공간통계기법을 이용한 하논화산의 화구호 복원

        제주도 남쪽에 위치한 하논화산은 분화구에 경작지로 이용되고 있는 습지가 있다. 이 습지퇴적층을 조사한 선행 연구자들은 과거에는 이 퇴적층이 마르호였을 것이라 추정하였다. 습지퇴적층의 심도는 굴절법 탄성파 탐사를 통해 5~14m로 추정되었으며, 이는 선행 연구결과와 대체로 일치한다. 그러나 이러한 자료들은 특정구간에 대한 정보일 뿐으로, 분화구내 퇴적층의 공간적 특성을 파악하기는 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 탄성파 탐사를 통해 확보한 습지퇴적층의 심도를 바탕으로, 공간통계기법을 이용하여 화구호를 가상적으로 복원하였다. 화구호의 복원과정은 다음과 같다. 우선, 선행 연구자료와 본 연구의 탐사자료를 바탕으로 기본 데이터를 구축하고, 이를 IDW와 크리깅을 이용하여 내삽하였다. 이렇게 내삽된 자료를 다시 현재의 지형면과 연산하여 고지형면을 복원하였으며, 여기에 시추자료에 근거한 수면의 고도를 이용하여 화구호의 경계를 추출하였다. 복원된 화구호는 중앙 분석구의 북쪽에 반달 형태로 존재하였으며, 평균 수심은 약 5m, 최대 수심은 약 13m에 이르렀을 것으로 추정되었다. 아울러, 내삽기법에 따라 미세한 차이는 있으나, 화구호의 면적은 184,000~190,000㎡, 부피는 약 869,760㎥로 추정되었다. 분화구 생성직후부터 지속적인 퇴적작용이 있었기 때문에, 복원된 화구호가 특정 시기의 호수를 직접 가리키지는 않지만, 분화구의 내부 형태와 마르호의 퇴적 및 변화과정을 밝히는 데 중요한 단서가 된다. The Hanon volcano located in the southern part of Cheju Island, Korea has a wetland in its crater being used as a farmland. Previous researchers presumed this wetland was a maar lake in the past. Based on the seismic refraction method, the wetland sediment layer was estimated between 5 to 14 m deep, which is mostly in accordance with previous researches. However, this shows only the depths at some sites, not representing the whole spatial distribution. This study is an attempt to reconstruct the volcanic lake in Hanon crater by applying the spatial statistical techniques based on the depth information from the seismic survey and known data. The procedure of reconstruction is as follows: First, the depth information from the seismic survey and known data were collected, and it was interpolated by IDW and Ordinary Kriging method. Next, with the interpolation map and the present DEM, the paleo DEM was constructed. Finally, using the paleo lake level on core data, the boundary of volcanic lake was extracted from the paleo DEM. The reconstructed lake resembles a half-moon in the north of the central scoria cone. It is estimated that the lake was 5 m deep on average and 13 m deep at the deepest point. Although there are slight differences according to the interpolation techniques, it is calculated that the area of the lake was between 184,000 and 190,000 ㎡, and its volume approximately 869,760 ㎥. Because of the continuous deposition processes after the crater formation, the reconstructed volcanic lake would not indicate an actual lake at a specific time. Nevertheless, it offers a significant clue regarding the inner morphology and evolution of the crater.

      • 유아교육기관에서의 특별활동교육의 실태 및 바람직한 방향

        본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 특별활동의 실태 및 특별활동을 제공하고 지원하고 있는 원장 및 교사의 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 파악하고 그에 따른 바람직한 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 연구결과, 부산지역 유아교육기관에서의 특기 및 적성교육은 유아교육기관의 정규 일과가 되어가고 있으며, 오랫동안 유아교육자들이 우려해 온 학업 위주의 유아 교육으로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 유아교육의 본질을 잊은 채 선행 교육기관으로 변질되어 갈 우려가 있으며, 궁극적으로 유아교육의 정상화를 위협한다고 하겠다. 이에 유아교육기관 특기 적성 교육의 바람직한 방향에 대한 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육현장에서의 특별활동에 대한 명백한 성격이나 개념정립이 되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 현재 각종 조기교육 및 특별활동 교육에 시달리며, 방향 감각을 잃고 헤매고 있는 교사들이 정체성을 되찾고 유능한 유아 교육 전문가로서 자신감과 자긍심을 확고히 할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 현재 교육부나 학계에서 주장하듯이 정규 유아교육기관에서는 유아들의 전인교육에 주력하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study is to survey the actual conditions of special activities education in early childhood field and the perception of preschool's directors and teachers about special activities education, then to suggest the desirable direction of special activities education. The subject were total 200 preschool directors and teachers in Busan. The result of this study are as follows; As like the result of Lee, Myung Jo, Jung, Sun Ah, & Lee, Jung Hwa(2003)'s survey, the special activities education in korea early childhood field is becoming regular daily routine. This trend will treat the normalization of early childhood education in our country. In order to prevent it, I would like to suggest my opinion for the desirable direction of special activities education. First, it is needed the establishment of obvious concept on the special activities education in early childhood field. Second, the plan which makes early childhood teachers to be confident as professional should be considered. Last, it is desirable that early childhood institutions follow the whole education, as like Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development.

        태풍의 통과로 인한 해안사구 지형의 침식과 회복

        Coastal dunes help stabilize the coastal landscape and protect the hinterland through dynamic interaction with sand beaches. Sometimes dune erosion occurs during the tropical cyclones, while dune recovery may naturally follow after the event. As the typhoon Kompasu passed through the Korean Peninsula early-September in 2010, it caused a rise in water in association with the storm, wave run-ups, and heavy rains in coastal areas. As the result, coastal dunes along the west coast of Korea were severely damaged during the storm. However, the degree and extent of erosion and recovery of dunes were found to be related with the condition of beach-dune systems including gradients of foreshore and front slope of the dune, sediment supply, vegetation, wind activity, and human interferences. Some dunes retreated landward more and more after the erosional event, while others recovered its original profile by aeolian transport processes mainly during the winter season. Vegetated dunes with pine trees were less recovered after the erosion than grass-covered dunes. In addition, dunes with artificial defense were more eroded and less recovered than those without hard constructions. According to the observation after the severe storm, it is likely that the sand transport process is critical to the dune recovery. Therefore, the interactions between beach and dune must be properly evaluated from a geomorphological perspective for the effective management of coastal dunes, including natural recovery after the erosion by storm events.

      • 인터넷상 주민번호 이용을 대체하기 위한 아이핀 2.0 서비스 프레임워크

        정부는 계속되는 대량 개인정보 침해사고로 인한 피해를 방지하고 인터넷상 무분별한 주민등록번호 사용을 최소화하기 위하여 2005년부터 아이핀을 개발하여 보급중이나 대부분의 웹사이트가 주민등록번호 기반으로 개발되어 아이핀 도입 및 활용이 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 아이핀 서비스가 활성화되지 못한 기술적 원인을 분석하고, 최근 편이성 대폭 개선된 아이핀 2.0의 주요 서비스와 향후 개선 방향을 소개함으로써 초창기 아이핀 서비스에 대한 오해를 개선하고자 한다.

        단보 : 우리나라 해안사구의 분포와 보전현황

        Effective maintenance of coastal dunes as well as survey on the distribution and current status of them are useful measures to avoid natural disasters caused by climate change and sea level rise. The purpose of the study is to provide a new list of dunes in all regions including island areas in South Korea that have been neglected so far. It also aims to present the changes in the conservation status of the dunes for the last decade. As a result, the study has revealed that there is a total of 199 coastal dunes in South Korea and over half of them are in Chungnam and Jeonnam Province. Compared to the research in 2001, the current conservation status is slightly lower, and the lengths and areas of the dunes are decreased by 20% and 30% respectively.

        제주 신양리 해안사구의 방사성탄소연대와 퇴적환경

        We analyze the sedimentary environment and suggest the age of the coastal dunes in Shinyangri, Seongsan-eup, Jeju Island. The wind data have been collected from the automatic weather station installed at the dune crest for two years, and the analyses of the grain size, organic materials and calcium carbonates were carried out from the samples in the study area. The dune is mainly composed of coarse and carbonate-rich sands, while the lower part of the dune contains much granules and pebbles. It is likely that these sands were transported by the strong wind from the northeast or the east. We conclude that the studied coastal dune has been developed since 3 ka, based on the radiocarbon dating of organic materials.
