도서관 프로그램 재해석에 기반한 공간구성 제안- 국립세종도서관의 운영기본계획을 중심으로 -

The National Sejong Library of Korea that is constructed in Sejong City is a public library as well as a library specialized in policy information and children’s service. Thus, this study intended to suggest measures of space composition in the National Sejong Library of Korea. First, it proposed strategies for space composition by analyzing cases on spatial factors that are key elements in a national library. Second, it suggested space composition and circulation plan that can support policy information and children’s service in order to establish a user-oriented national as well as public library. And finally, it collected opinions from operating managers for the effective progression of space composition in the blueprint on each floor while focusing on users’ circulation plan and granting spatial characteristics. 세종시에 건립되는 국립세종도서관은 정책정보서비스를 제공하는 전문도서관과 공공도서관으로 어린이서비스를 제공하는 국립도서관이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국립세종도서관의 공간구성 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 첫째, 국립도서관으로서 필수적으로 구성되어야 하는 공간요소에 대한 사례를 분석하여 공간구성 및 동선계획의 전략을 제시하였다. 둘째, 국립도서관인 동시에 공공도서관으로서 이용자 중심의 도서관이 될 수 있도록 정책정보서비스와 어린이서비스를 지원할 수 있는 공간구성과 동선계획 방안을 제안하였다. 기존의 건축도면상에서 각 층별 공간구성이 효율적으로 진행될 수 있도록 운영관리자의 의견을 수렴하여 공간의 성격을 규정하고 서비스라인과 이용자 동선계획에 중점을 두었다.

至陰(BL67)·商陽(LI1) 補法 자침이 白鼠의 뇌혈류량 및 혈압에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to research the effects of acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 and determine the mechanism of action of acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 by measuring the changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure(MABP) in normal rats and ischemic rats. Method : This study researched the effects of acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 on the change of rCBF and MABP. To determine the mechanism of action of acupuncturing BL67 and LI1, pretreatment with indomethacine and methylene blue was done. Result : 1. Acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 significantly increased rCBF and acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 induced increase of rCBF was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with indomethacin(1 ㎎/㎏, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, and methylene blue(10 ㎍/㎏, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase. 2. Acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 decreased MABP and there was no significantly change of decrease of MABP on acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 by pretreatment with indomethacin and methylene blue. 3. These result suggested that acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 might significantly increase rCBF by dilating arterial diameter and mechanism of acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 might be mediated by cyclooxygenase and guanylate cyclase. 4. The rCBF was significantly and stably increased by acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 during the period of cerebral reperfusion in cerebral ischemic rats, which contrasted with the rapid and marked increase in the control group. Pretreatment with methylene blue significantly decreased rCBF by acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 during the period of ischemic state, increased rCBF during the period of cerebral reperfusion. These results suggested that the mechanism of acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 might be mediated by guanylate cyclase. Conclusion : Acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 can increase rCBF in normal state, and improve stability of rCBF in ischemic state. In addition, we suggested that mechanisms related with acupuncturing BL67 and LI1 was more involved in the guanylate cyclase pathway.

스마트기술 융합에 따른 스마트인테리어에 관한 연구

Smart interior is a new industry that combines high-tech IT technology and interior. Therefore, IT-based companies and interior-specialized companies should collaborate to create a new convergence business model, and continuous research on related fields should be conducted in parallel. This study aimed to understand the smart interior field, including the smart home area, understand the smart technology status of interior components, and encourage the activation of convergence research between smart technology and interior to present future research directions. The suggestions in this study are as follows First, since the smart interior field is a convergence area where information and communication technology and interior fields are combined, it is time to actively exchange technologies and study convergence approaches between fields. Second, starting with smart homes, the pace of development is accelerating as the demand for expanded smart spaces such as smart hotels, smart offices, and smart hospitals gradually increases. Third, since the introduction of smart technology is indispensable in interior design in the future, active technology grafting attempts are required, and in particular, active discussion on infrastructure design and movement plan for robot activities for robot services is needed. Fourth, interior components are being developed in various ways as smart items that revive various needs of users by being combined with smart technology, so smart interior plans should be sought in consideration of them. .

다양한 휴게공간의 특성과 이용행태 지원에 관한 연구

. This study attempted to find common design criteria from the perspective of human behavior for various rest areas. The following is a summary of the spatial characteristics that each rest area should aim for. In a complex commercial space, the rest area is summarized as convenience, location, aesthetics, comfort, publicity, and safety, and the rest area in the office is concentrated in multi-function, diversity, comfort, and playability. Cafes are the representative third space of modern people and are summarized as place, diversity, nature, playfulness, and culture, while public libraries are organized into comfort, multi-function, place, and aesthetics. In the case of rest areas in museums and art galleries, it is summarized as comfort, connection, accessibility, convenience, and complexity, and the public notice has spatial characteristics such as accessibility, activity, aesthetics, connectivity, and complexity. In addition, the outdoor rest area can organize spatial characteristics such as comfort, delay environment, accessibility, con- venience, location connectivity, and functionality. Overall, the use behavior of the rest area is an extended function that is convergent from the original function, and various demands appear. For environmental support, flexible furniture arrangement and public design based on universal design are required, and a checklist for architectural and spatial conditions and furni- ture design that can support this in detail was derived. In modern society, in order for various rest areas to function and play a role as a third place, they must have both private and public character, and these rest areas are essential and very important spaces to maintain a healthy daily life.

원형탈모증의 국내 한의학 임상 연구동향

The purpose of this study is to report the research trends of Korean medicine treatment for alopecia areata. We investigated the studies on Korean medicine treatments for alopecia areata via searching 4 web databases of Korea. 13 papers were selected, and we classified them according to publication year, published journals, the types of study, research subject, the methods of treatment, confirmation of recurrence, methods of evaluation, and institutional review board(IRB). We analyzed a total of 13 clinical studies of Korean medicine on alopecia areata based on various criteria and reviewed the research trends. Based on this, we suggested points to be improved and supplemented when conducting clinical research on alopecia areata in the future. Clinical studies on alopecia areata started to be published in 2001, and acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, herbal medicines, etc. were used as treatment methods for alopecia areata. Most of the clinical studies on alopecia areata were case studies, so it is thought that various types of clinical studies are needed. In addition, it is necessary to confirm the recurrence of alopecia areata and to improve the awareness of research ethics.

골절의 약침치료에 대한 임상 연구 동향

The purpose of this study is to analyze trends in domestic and international clinical research studies on pharmacopuncture treatment for fractures. We searched five online databases (PubMed, CNKI, RISS, KISS, and OASIS), and selected a total of 13 clinical research studies from Korea and China. Selected studies were analyzed according to publication year, subject, intervention, treatment method, evaluation scale, adverse event, risk of bias, etc. A total of 10 case studies and 3 randomized controlled trials were included. The study subjects were more often female, and the most common type of fracture was vertebral compression fracture. In Korea, herbal medicine preparations and bee venom were used for pharmacopuncture solution, whereas in China, both herbal medicine preparations and Western medicine preparations were used. All studies commonly used local acupoint needling, and in most cases, the treatment period for case study was less than 1 month, and the observation period of randomized controlled trials was diverse. The most frequently used evaluation scale was numeric rating scale, adverse events were mentioned in only three studies, and no adverse events were reported. Overall risk of bias of all included randomized controlled trials was judged “some concerns”. According to this study, pharmacopuncture treatment for fractures was found to be relatively effective and safe, but research that complements the limitations of this study is needed.

This study collects data on the overall design results of Jaime Hayon, After conducting a general review of product design, exhibition, and previous research, By analyzing detailed design expression patterns for spatial design, we tried to define the characteristics of his design expression. To sum up, the design expression characteristics of Jaime Hayon are as follows. First, the handicraft value was emphasized by reinterpreting crafts in a modern way. Second, through practical graphic activities through exhibitions, free expression techniques were honed, and pictorial design expressions were carried out in space. Third, the circus-themed design development method was often used, Fourth, by expressing an unusual design, it was possible to grasp the tendency to create a surreal, fantastic, and mysterious spatial image. In addition, most of Jaime Hayon's products, furniture, and space use organic curves or forms to show modern simplicity and classical elegance at the same time. The image of space is fantastic, unusual, playful, mysterious, and fantasy and wit are expressed. Materials used in space frequently use ceramics and mirrors, and use of various materials conveys different experiences. Colors use colorful colors and are characterized by applying colorful and strong colors such as gold, red, and green. In addition, classical details, handicraft elements, and illustrations are applied throughout the space to create a richer space. As a traditional and modern designer, Jaime Hayon is a creative designer who always pursues new things and represents various and complex social tendencies, it has an important influence on modern design and is expected to show great results with much public interest in the future.

삼차신경통의 침 치료에 대한 임상연구 동향 - PubMed를 중심으로

Objectives : This study was conducted to analyze the trends of international clinical research on acupuncture treatment for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods : A total of 14 clinical researches were selected by using PubMed, an international online database, to search for clinical researches written in English and Chinese. Selected papers were analyzed according to study characteristics, study subjects, acupuncture treatment methods, treatment results, evaluation index, safety, and adverse event reports. Results : Acupuncture was mostly used in combination with other treatment methods. The most commonly used acupuncture point was the ‘Xiaguan(ST7)’, and 11 acupuncture points belonging to the ‘Stomach meridian’ were used. In most researches, selection of local points and distant points were taken simultaneously, with some researches taking acupuncture points according to trigeminal nerve branch. There were significant improvements in most outcome measures after treatment compared to pre-treatment, and most adverse events disappeared without treatment or decreased or disappeared after grand therapy. Conclusion : According to this study, acupuncture treatment for trigeminal neuralgia was performed in various ways and was found to be effective and safe. However, it is necessary to confirm more meaningful results by supplementing the limitations of existing researches in the future.

주거공간의 공간조절행위에 따른 가구배치특성 연구 - 아파트의 가구배치 실태조사를 중심으로 -

This study aimed at acknowledging characteristics of space usage and suggesting orientation of space planning and furniture designing that meet various residents’ demands correlating with residential area, furniture and family members by doing fact finding of volume of the furniture in medium/small sized apartment. The contents of the study are “experience of functional remodeling,” “a number of bedrooms correlating with a number of family” and “furniture arrangement of each space and characteristics of space utilization” based on forty six cases. Followings are results of the study. 1) It was acknowledged that the function of space relating to family members largely depends on furniture arrangement correlating with age of children. It is needed that flexible planning of residential area to meets growing children and various family demands. 2) Functional remodeling requires furniture rearrangement attended with the remodeling. Thus, it is required that ideas in more simple and efficient furniture designing and consideration of construction environment embracing that ideas. 3) It can be acknowledged that the most demanding matter to enjoy satisfied and comfortable life in residential area is the matter of storage area. It is also understandable that the matter can be worse by time going by and the change of living pattern. Therefore, it is required that the consideration of enough storage area compatible with its function of the room and the planning of built-in furniture for storage.

도서관가구의 디자인방향에 관한 연구

This study is creating furniture design strategies that can upgrade the library function. Today, everyday life is in very strong relationship with the library. In most cases, however, to focus on building libraries. In fact, Because users are living libraries inside the building was in contact with furniture. The selection of furniture and design library is very important. The first thing the process of study, research purposes, surf the web and through a literature search for the second time, and refers to cases examined, and analyzes more than libraries. Furniture Design strategies. The study’s conclusion can be summarized as follows. Direction of Library Furniture Design ‘identity or symbolism’, ‘flexibility’, ‘sustainability’, ‘charm’, ‘hybrid’ to clean up. And propose a design guide, showing specific examples.
