        12주간 간헐적 고강도 운동 프로그램이 심근산소소비량과 맥파전도 속도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 12주간의 간헐적 고강도 운동 적용이 20대 성인 남성의 심근산소소비량과 맥파전도 속도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시에 거주하는 20대 성인 남성 60명(고 신체활동 그룹: 20명, 중 신체활동 그룹: 20명, 저신체활동 그룹: 20명)을 대상으로 하였다. 12주간 간헐적 고강도 운동을 적용한 후 심혈관기능을 평가하기 위해 심근산소소비량과 맥파전도 속도를 측정하였다. 간헐적 고강도 운동의 효과를 검증하기 위해 Window SPSS 24.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 반본 이원변량분석을 실시하였고, 사후검증은 Turkey를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 12주간의 간헐적 고강도 운동을 적용후 심근산소소비량에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 12주간의 간헐적 고강도 운동을 적용 후 맥파전도 속도에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결과를 종합하였을 때, 12주간의 간헐적 고강도 운동이 신체활동량이 그룹들에게 심혈관기능의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 신체활동의 증가를 이끌어내어 건강증진의 효과를 보인다고 할 수 있다. This study is to examine effect of intermittent high-intensity exercise application for 12 weeks on the speed of pulse conduction and oxygen demand in myocardium of adult males in their 20s. Research targets were 60 adult males in 20s living in Seoul (high physical activity group: 20, medium physical activity group: 20, low physical activity group: 20). In order to evaluate cardiovascular function after applying intermittent high-intensity exercise for 12 weeks, oxygen demand in myocardium and the speed of pulse conduction were measured. Window SPSS 24.0 statistical program was used to verify the effect of intermittent high-intensity exercise for repeated ANOVA, drawing a conclusion as follows using Turkey for post-test. First, there was a meaningful difference in oxygen demand in myocardium after applying intermittent high-intensity exercise for 12 weeks. Second, there was a meaningful difference in the speed of pulse conduction after applying intermittent high-intensity exercise for 12 weeks. In conclusion with results, it can said that intermittent high-intensity exercise for 12 weeks can have positive effect on changes in cardiovascular functions of physical activity amount, leading to an increase in physical activity to show influence of health improvement.

        대학 구기종목 선수들의 하지형태요인과 무산소성 운동능력과의 관련성

        The aim of this research lies in provision of basic data for planning specific training method according to the features of sports by understanding the relevance between anaeorbic motor ability and body form targeting players of ball game schooling in the university. To analyze the relevance between anaerobic motor ability and form factor of pelvic limb of ball players, form factor of pelvic limb was conducted according the the guideline of International Society of the Advancement of Kinanthropometry(ISAK) and experts who completed the curriculum of somatometry of ISAK tried their best to reduce the measurement error upon measurement of form factor of pelvic limb. When measuring anaerobic motor ability, Wingate Anaeorobic Test(WAnT) was used and each different weight was applied for individuals by setting the weight given to the subject as weight × 0.075kp. For exercise tolerance method, warm-up exercise was done with the speed of 60rpm for 2 minutes and the measurement of anaerobic motor ability was conducted for 30 seconds. First, leg length among the form factor of pelvic limb of ball players showed significant difference statistically from anaerobic peak power, average peak power, peak power per weight and it was shown that the longer leg length is, the higher the anaerobic motor ability is. Second, leg length among the form factor of pelvic limb of ball players showed significant difference statistically from anaerobic peak power, average peak power, peak power per weight and it was shown that the longer leg length is, the higher the anaerobic motor ability is. Third, leg length among the form factor of pelvic limb of ball players showed significant difference statistically from anaerobic peak power, average peak power, peak power per weight and it was shown that the longer leg length is, the higher the anaerobic motor ability is. From this result, we can conclude that the form of pelvic limb of ball players affect the change in their an aerobic motor ability very much in overall items. Thus, it is thought that each different training program organization is needed depending on the sports in the future through the result of this research.

        축구 훈련프로그램이 시각장애인의 기초체력과 무산소성 능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 8주간의 축구훈련 프로그램이 시각장애인의 기초체력과 무산소성 운동능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 S시에 거주하는 남성 시각장애인 16명(운동군: 8명, 대조군: 8명)을 대상으로 하였다. 8주간 축구훈련 프로그램을 적용한 후 기초체력의 변화를 알아보기 위해, 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 민첩성, 유연성, 순발력, 평형성 및 협응성 능력을 측정하였고, 무산소성 운동능력을 알아보기 위해 윈게이트 테스트를 실시하였다. 축구훈련 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 Window SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 이원변량분석을 실시하였고, 상호작용 효과가 있는 경우 대응표본 t-test를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 8주간의 축구훈련 프로그램 적용 후 체력 요인 중 근력, 근지구력, 순발력 및 전신지구력 항목에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 윈게이트 결과 요인 중 상대적 피크파워와 평균파워 항목에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결과를 종합하였을 때, 시각장애인들에게 8주간의 축구훈련 프로그램은 체력과 무산소성 운동능력의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 시각장애인의 고립된 생활패턴에서 신체활동의 증가를 이끌어내어 건강증진의 효과를 보인다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of an 8 week soccer training program on basic physical strength and anaerobic capability of the blind. The subjects of this study were 16 blind males (8 in exercise group and 8 in control group) residing in S city. After 8 weeks of the soccer training program, the muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, agility, flexibility, reaction, balance and cooperative ability were measured in order to examine changes in basic physical strength, and the Wingate test was done to check anaerobic capability. A two-way ANOVA was conducted using Window SPSS 21.0 program to verify the effect of the soccer training program and the following results were obtained using the corresponding sample t-test when there was an interaction effect. First, after applying the soccer training program for 8 weeks, there was a significant difference in the physical strength factors such as strength, muscle endurance, reaction and total body endurance. Secondly, among Wingate result factors, the relative peak power and average power showed significant difference. In summary, the 8-week soccer training program for blind people has a positive effect on the change of physical strength and anaerobic capability, and it increases the physical activity in the isolated life pattern of blind people, which is a health improving effect.

        급성기후환경 변화의 운동시 신체활동량 및 맥파전도 속도의 관련성

        This study is purposed for prior prevention on the negative accident due to the abrupt physical activity in winter and summer time by performing the exercise in the cold and hot environment which are manipulated artificially and verifying the relation of physical activity using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) via looking into the changes in the blood vessel with PWV (Pulse Wave Velocity). The experimentees were divided for high strength action group and low strength action group. The conclusion of the study is as follows. Firstly, the low and high temperature showed the higher value than room temperature in case of maximum oxygen intake quantity and inhaling air quantity as a cardiorespiratory circulation function. Secondly, the high strength activity group showed low blood flowing rate than low strength activity group in pulse wave transmitting speed and low temperature showed higher blood flow rate than high temperature. Thirdly, the physical composition showed correlation in the fat variable factor and significant correlation was shown in cardiovascular function after exercise. Consequently, the result of this study shows that the person in consistent physical activity made positive influence on the prevention of risky factor in cardiovascular disease than the person in low strength physical activity.

        실버요가 스트레칭이 초고령 여성노인의 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to analyze the impact of silver yoga stretching program on the change of physical fitness after the exercise as the result of conducting the program on female participants in the age of 80-90 for 8 months. For study subjects, the researcher explained them the purpose and procedures of study and selected twenty six 80-90 aged female elders with more than 80%’s participation among those who consented to the participation in the study. And for this study, they participated in 60 minutes’ Silver Yoga Stretching Program twice a week for 8 months from March to November, 2014. I measured their physical strength for three times before, during and after participation in exercise. The analysis result is summarized as follows. First, elderly persons’ aerobic endurance showed improvement af ter participation in the silver yoga stretching program, and such change was statistically meaningful. Second, elderly persons’ shoulder flexibility also showed improvement after participation in the silver yoga stretching program, and such change was statistically meaningful. Third, elderly persons’ static balance also showed improvement after participation in the silver yoga stretching program, and such change was statistically meaningful. Fourth, the elderly persons’ upper arm muscle strength also showed improvement after participation in the silver yoga stretching program, and such change was statistically meaningful. Fifth, the elderly persons’ lower limb muscle strength also showed improvement after participation in the silver yoga stretching program, and such change was statistically meaningful. Under the situation that the population is aging rapidly, physical health problems have emerged as social problems. As the result of this study, meaningful result was derived, that is, participation in silver yoga stretching program gave positive effect on elderly persons’ physical fitness improvement. Therefore, through the study on mitigation and resolution of the elderly persons’ problems, we can see that now it is necessary to understand and develop the interactions between aging society and elderly persons’ exercise.

        신체질량지수에 따른 20대 여성의 신체조성과 유·무산소 체력의 상관관계 분석

        본 연구는 신체질량지수에 따라 20대 여성의 신체조성과 유산소, 무산소 체력간의 비교 및 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 신체 질량지수에 따라, 저체중 집단, 정산체중 집단, 과체중 집단 각 50명의 여성을 연구 대상자로 선정하였으며, 신체조성과 운동부하검사를 통해 유산소 체력, Wingate test를 통해 무산소성 체력을 측정하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 신체조성과 유산소, 무산소 체력간의 밀접한 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 집단별 유산소 및 무산소 체력간의 차이에서는 정상체중, 과체중, 저체중 순으로 뛰어난 체력수준을 나타내었다. 결론적으로 현대사회에서의 무분별한 다이어트를 통한 저체중에 비해 정상체중 및 과체중이 체력적인 부분이 뛰어나다는 것은 저체중 집단의 건강상의 문제점이 발생할 수 있다는 가능성을 제시하였다. 추후 연구에서는 다양한 대상에서의 연구를 통해 건강한 체력수준과 신체조성의 기초자료가 제시되어야 할 것이라 생각한다. This study investigated the effect of 12 weeks" aerobic exercise program on obese men"s body composition, blood lipids, C-Reactive Protein(CRP) and Homocysteine by carrying out the program at 60%HRmax five times a week. As research subjects, 14 obese men were selected who were in their late 20s or in their early 30s with over 25% of body fat percentage. This study came to the following conclusion by observing the subjects before the exercise program and 8 weeks and 12 weeks after the exercise program. In the aerobic exercise group, it was found that their weights and body fat percentages significantly decreased after 12 weeks" program (p<.05). Although there were no significant differences in the body fat percentage, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, CRP and Homocysteine, there was some change found in the values with positive patterns. Consequently, this research is considered to suggest a new possibility of improving the vascular disorder inducing factors of obese men in their middle 20s or early 30s through aerobic exercise. For further studies, it seems necessary to carry out an accurate observation into obese men"s exercise types, various periods of exercise, life styles and patterns and even their eating habits, which is different from the research subjects for this study.

        고온 환경에서 유산소 트레이닝 시 습도조절이 신체조성, 혈중지질 및 젖산에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of aerobic training according to the difference in humidity in a high-temperature environment on body composition, blood lipid factors, and changes in lactate. Method: The subjects of the study were healthy men living in S city, who were explained the purpose and method of this study fully and voluntarily expressed their intention to participate (N=30). The group was randomly set into a normal humidity group (n=15) and a high humidity group (n=15). The temperature of the training environment was set to 33.0±1.0°C, and the humidity setting was set to 50.0±3.0% for the normal humidity group and 70.0±3.0% for the high humidity group, and training with 60% intensity of V·O₂max was performed 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Measurement variables weer body composition, blood lipids, and lactate. All statistics were analyzed by SPSS ver 24.0, and paired t-tests were used to verify the differences between before and after training. Repeated measure ANOVA was performed to examine the effects between groups and periods. All statistical significance levels were set at p<.05. Results: The results of this study are as follows. 1) There was no significant change in skeletal muscle mass in the body composition variable, but there was a significant decrease in body fat (p<.05). 2) For blood lipids, HDL-C, LDL-C, GLU, and TG excluding TC showed improvement effects, and significant differences between the periods (p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). 3) There were no significant differences in each variable in the case of blood lactate. Conclusion: In conclusion, training according to humidity environment can expect improvement effect on the human body. However, it is thought that clear distinction, control of training environment and living environment are needed because continuous exposure to high humidity can cause various diseases.

        젖산염에 의한 대퇴동맥과 흉추대동맥의 혈관 이완 : 사전 연구

        젖산염은 혈관이완물질로써 다양한 동맥에서 이완을 조절한다. 국소혈관 이완물질로써의 중요함에도 불궇고 젖산염의 혈관이완기전은 현재까지 명확하지 않다. 따라서 이 연구는 젖산염이 대퇴동맥과 흉추대동맥의 이완기전을 규명하기 위한 사전연구이며, 젖산염의 혈관이완이 조직 특이성을 보일 것이라고 가설하였다. 이 연구에서는 수컷 Sprague Dawley(SD) rat의 대퇴동맥과 흉추대동맥을 사용하였으며, 세로토닌으로 전수축을 유발한 후 다양한 조건에서 젖산염에 의한 혈관이완을 등척성 수축실험을 통해 확인하였다. 대퇴동맥에서 젖산염은 농도의존적으로 이완을 유발했으며, 전압의존성 K+채널 억제제인 4-aminopyridine와 pH보정에 의해 혈관이완이 억제되었다. 또한 젖산염은 흉추대동맥의 혈관내피에 비의존적으로 이완을 유발했으며, 산화질소 억제제인 L-NAME 전처리 조건에서도 유사하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 젖산염에 혈관이완은 동맥조직에 따라 다른 기전을 갖고 있는 것으로 생각되며, pH, 이온채널, 그리고 혈관내피층 등 다양한 기전의 추후 연구가 요구된다. Lactate is a vasodilator that regulates relaxation in various arteries. Despite its importance, lactate-induced local vasodilation is not well understood. Therefore, the aim of this pilot study was to examine the mechanism of lactate-induced vasodilation in the femoral artery and thoracic aorta of Sprague-Dawley rats. We hypothesized that lactate-induced vasodilation was tissue-specific. Lactate-induced vasodilation was measured under 5-hydroxytryptamine preconstriction conditions. In the femoral artery, dose-response vasodilation by lactate was observed, whereas 4-aminopyridine and pH-adjusted conditions prevented lactate-induced vasodilation. In addition, lactate-induced vasodilation independent of the vascular endothelium in the thoracic aorta, and was similar under pretreatment with N omega-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester, a nitric oxide inhibitor. These results suggest that vasorelaxation in lactate may have different mechanisms, depending on the arterial tissue. Further studies on the effect of various factors such as pH, ion channels, and the vascular endothelial layer are required.

        척수장애인의 건강 체력 상관관계 분석

        Purpose: This study is aimed to identify the correlation between physical fitness factors to maintain health in spinal cord injury. Method: The study participants consisted of individuals living with psinal cord injury in the metropolitan area. After providing a detailed explanation of the study’s puprose and methods, consent was obtained from those who voluntarily expressed their willingness to participate. The study was conducted with a total of 29 individuals who agreed to take part. The measured variables included body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, blood pressure, muscle strength, muscular enduarnce, and flexibility. SPSS version 28.0 was used for data analysis, and the Shapiro-Wilk analysis method was employed for the normality test. Following the normality test, Pearson’s correlation analysis was performed between each variable, with a statistical significance level set at α=.05. Results: The study’s findings are as follows. 1) Among the body compoistion variables, there was a positive correlation between lean body mass, skeletal muscle mass, and muscle strength (p<.05, p<.01), and a negative correlation between body fat mass, percentage body fat, BMI, and cardiopulmonary fitness (p<.05). Regarding the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility, positive correlations were observed between cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility (p<.05, p<.01, p<.001). However, no significant relationship was found between muscular strength and flexibility. Conclusion: The study concludes that various physical fitness factors, including body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility, are interrelated and play a crucial role in maintaining health for individuals with spinal cord injury. Continuous management and attention to these factors are deemed necessary for the overall well-being and health of these individuals.

      • 고속 시리얼 데이터 통신용 채널 등화기 분석

        Modern high-speed transceiver requires stringent timing margin to guarantee bit-error tolerant data transmission, so we propose a data path’s behavioral (or t iming) model that incorporates lossy channels. Since realistic channel s such a HDMI and DP cables have a frequencydependent loss, both transmit/receive sides (TX and RX) should equip adequate equalization techniques to open an equivalent data eye. On TX side, there is a feedforward equalization (FFE) tries to equalize the number of tab and the gain of each coefficient are determined. On RX side, there are Linear equalizer (LE) and decision-feedback equalizer (DFE). For every configuration, the eye diagram is derived to see how the equalizers (FFE, LE, DFE) boost the closed data eye due to lossy channel.
