E-learning has the potentials to provide educational publicity and equality, and has been deployed rapidly in many areas of our society. Growth of e-learning market is also rapid and sustained. However, for e-learning to be a good solution, enough contents should be provided, for which sharing limited contents in the early deployment stage should be necessary. In this paper, we survey some activities about contents sharing. On the other hand, there have been many complaint from e-learning about its effectiveness. Therefore, in this paper, based on the poll results on concentration and satisfaction of e-learning, we also study practical ways to improve studying efficiency of e-learners.

전반사 장애를 이용한 멀티터치 시스템은 다른 멀티터치 시스템 구현 방식에 비해 터치스크린의 대형화가 쉽고 가격이 사이즈의 비례해서 크게 증가하지 않으며 정확한 위치의 인식이 가능한 장점이 있다. 하지만 인 식률에 영향을 주는 여러 요인이 있어,구현 시에 이를 해결하는 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전반 사 장애를 이용한 멀티터치 시스템의 구현 과정 중에 인식률에 영향을 주는 여러 문제점들을 파악해보고 인 식률 향상을 위해 이러한 문제점들에 대한 해결 방안에 대하여 연구한다.

섬진강 하구역 잘피서식지의 해양환경 특성을 파악하기 위해 2011년 하계와 동계에 해양조사(수온, 염분, 연속 및 공간부유사, 퇴적물, 해수유동 등)를 실시하였다. 또한, 조사된 자료를 기초로 해수유동 및 퇴적물이동에 관하여 EFDC 모형을 이용한 3차원 수치실험을 수행하여 잘피서식지의 해양환경변화를 예측하였다. In order to grasp the marine environment characteristics of seagrass habitat Seomjin River Estuary excuted ocean observation(temperature, salinity, continuous and spatial SS, sediment, tidal current etc) in summer and winter, 2011. In addition, 3D numerical experiment using EFDC model about the tidal current and sediment transfer based on observation data was performed and the ocean environment change in the seagrass habitat was predicted.

This study considered a seagrass habitat in order to analyze the characteristics of a marine environment of seagrass located in the Seomjin river estuary, through an analysis of the distribution of the water depth, field observation, and three-dimensional numerical experiments using an EFDC model. The seagrass habitat was usually distributed at D.L(-) 0.5~0.0 m, and was hardly seen in the intertidal zone higher than that range. The distribution of the water temperature was within the range of 7.0~23.2, and the seagrass was demonstrated to have a strong tolerance to changes in the water temperature. In addition, the salinity distribution was found to be 27.2~31.0 psu, suspended solids of 32.1mg/L, which were higher than the previous research results (Huh et al., 1998), implying that there may be a reduction in the amount of deposits caused by the suspended solids. As for the sedimentary facies, they were comprised of 62.7% sand, 19.1% silt, and 18.2% clay, indicating that the arenaceous was superior and the sedimentary facies were similar to that of Dadae Bay. According to a numerical experiment, the maximum tidal current was 75cm/s, while the tidal residual current was 10cm/s, confirming that it sufficiently adapted to strong tidal currents. The erosion and deposition are predicted to be less than 1.0 cm/year. Thus, it is judged that the resuspension of sediments due to tidal currents and changes in sedimentary facies are insignificant

세계 주요국가들은 선점식 해양이용에 따른 문제에 대응하기 위해 해양공간계획(Marine Spatial Planning)을 도입하였고, 국내에서도 이에 발맞춰 효율적인 해양공간관리를 위해 해양공간계획 및 관리에 관한 법률을 제정하여 2019년부터 시행하고 있다. 따라서 현행 해양공간계획 수립 이후 해양공간 통합관리 체제에 대한 가시적 분석이 필요하지만 효과적인 해양공간관리(Marine Spatial Management)와 성과평가가 가능한 해양공간 관리지표는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해양공간관리 효율성·접근성을 증진시키고 실수요 기반의 해양정책을 지속적으로 지원할 수 있는 관리지표를 제안하였다. 이를 위해 해양수산정보를 최대한 수집하여 8개 분야로 재분류하고 해양수산부 최신 정책추진 방향을 분석하여 해양공간관리에 대한 5개 비전을 도출하였다. 관리지표는 해양공간관리 비전별로 구분하여 해양수산정보 2개 이상을 융합한 변수/결과형으로 개발하였다. 본 연구결과는 효율적 해양공간관리를 위한 객관적이고 과학적인 근거자료를 구축하는데 활용하고자 한다. Major countries around the world have implemented marine spatial planning to cope with problems caused by preemptive use of the ocean, and in line with this, laws on marine spatial planning and management have been enacted and implemented since 2019. Therefore, a visible analysis of the integrated marine spatial management system is needed after the current marine spatial planning was established, but marine spatial management indicators for effective marine spatial management and performance evaluation are insufficient. In this study, management indicators were proposed that can improve the efficiency and accessibility of marine spatial management and continuously actual demand-based marine policies. To this end, marine and fishery information was collected as much as possible, reclassified into 8 fields, and 5 visions for marine spatial management were derived by analyzing the latest policy direction of the Ministry of ocean and Fisheries. Management indicators were classified by marine spatial management vision and developed in a variable/result type in which two or more marine and fishery information were fused. The result of this study are intended to be used to build objective and scientific evidence for efficient marine spatial management.
