기술 키워드 네트워크와 인지지도 분석을 통한 무인항공기 비행체산업의 유망기술 도출 연구

본 연구는 국내 무인항공기산업과 같은 신성장동력산업의 국제적 기술 경쟁력 확보와 시장성 확보 및 산업성장이 가능한 미래유망 기술을 도출하는 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 KrKwic, Excel, NetMiner등의 분석 툴을 활용하여 무인항공기산업 분야의 특허데이터를 대상으로 동시출현 단어를 활용한 소셜네트워크분석과 하위그룹분석, 인지지도분석 방법을 제시하였다. 그 결과, ‘비행조정 기술’, ‘피아식별 기술’ 등은 향후 유망한 기술로 선정하여 집중 투자할 필요성이 큰 기술이라 볼 수 있었다. This study aims at providing a methodology for retaining international technology competitiveness, marketable industry, and sustainable promising technology in a field of new growth engine industry such as national unmanned aerial vehicle industry. We draw a result by analysing with tools such as KrKwic, Excel, NetMiner, presenting methods of a Social Network Analysis, sub-group analysis, and cognitive map analysis based on patent data in a field of unmanned aerial vehicle industry. As a result, some future promising technologies are prospected as what worths concentrated investment, such as "pilot control tech", "identification of friend or foe tech".
스마트폰 뱅킹서비스에 대한 사용자만족과 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

In recent years, smartphone is one of the most famous IT devices in Korea. Since January 2010, the electronic banking safety regulations set by the Financial Supervisory Service have enforced that both wired Internet banking and smartphone banking services require the similar level of security. The number of mobile banking customers based on smartphone have increased sharply compared to the past. In addition, sales growth regarding the smartphone banking service has continued. The purpose of this study is to discover such factors which much influence satisfaction and continuance intention of use in the smartphone banking service. In doing so, we chose several characteristics of the smartphone banking channel(convenience, security, convergence, and economy) and users(familiarity and innovativeness) as independent variables. We selected continuance intention of use as a dependent variable for this study. Through a statistical experimental analysis, we found that both convenience and convergence have a significant influence on perceived usefulness along with perceived trust. Both security and economy have a significant effect on perceived trust only. Familiarity affects perceived usefulness as well as perceived trust, and innovativeness only affects perceived usefulness. Finally we found that perceived trust affects perceived usefulness and satisfaction at the same time; perceived usefulness affects both satisfaction and continuance intention of use; and satisfaction affects continuance intention of use in sequence.
비대면 은행서비스채널의 성능에 영향을 미치는 품질 요인

본 연구는 은행 서비스를 이용하는 고객들이 직접 종업원이나 직원을 통한 금융서비스 제공이 아닌 비대면 채널, 즉 인터넷뱅킹과 CD/ATM을 이용하는 실제 은행 고객들에 대한 실증조사를 통해 비대면 채널 서비스에 대한 일반 고객들의 이용현황과 이러한 비대면 채널 서비스로부터 지각한 정보시스템 품질요인(정보품질, 서비스품질, 시스템품질)들이 은행에 대한 고객 만족에 미치는 영향요인의 관계를 살펴보게 된다. 한국은행(2010)의 보도 자료에 따르면 계좌조회와 계좌이체(송금) 서비스 거래비중의 차이가 인터넷뱅킹 채널과 CD/ATM에 많은 차이가 나는 것으로 조사되었다. 이를 바탕으로 서비스형태(계좌조회, 계좌이체)에 따른 정보시스템품질요인과 사용자만족의 관계를 분석하고 서비스충성도의 연관성을 분석하였다.그 결과, 은행의 비대면 채널별 서비스형태에 따라 사용자만족과 서비스충성도에 영향을 미치는 정보시스템품질 요인이 다르다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 먼저 자동화기기(CD/ATM)의 경우 계좌조회 서비스와 계좌이체(송금) 서비스를 이용할 때 이해성, 응답성, 신뢰성, 보안성이 각각 서비스형태에 따라 사용자만족에 대한 영향력 관계에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인터넷뱅킹의 경우 계좌조회 서비스와 계좌이체(송금) 서비스를 이용할 때 정확성, 이해성, 응답성, 보안성, 편리성이 각각 서비스형태에 따라 사용자만족에 대한 영향력 관계에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 비대면 채널별 서비스형태에 따라 정보시스템 분야의 차별화된 전략을 통해 은행 이용 고객의 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대하며, 정보시스템품질 요인들을 은행의 비대면 채널 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위하여 차별화된 정보시스템을 개발하고 업그레이드하는데 반영할 수 있을 것이다. This study is not for the advantage of customers who get their banking services through “face to face” communication with bank employees, but for the benefit of the indirect service channels, mainly focused on Internet banking, that target the common customers who have experience with indirect banking services. The surveys were about the current situation that the common customer’s perception of utilizing indirect banking service, in the view of quality factors for information systems (quality of information, quality of service, system quality) that influence customer satisfaction. The research results showed that the accuracy, responsibility, reliability, and ease of use of CD/ATM systems have a significant influence on user satisfaction with consideration to the account checking service. Regarding the fund transfer services, accuracy, reliability, security, and ease of use have a significant influence on user satisfaction. Both services have a significant influence on service loyalty. Also, the accuracy, understandability, reliability, and ease of use of Internet banking systems have a significant influence on user satisfaction with consideration to the account checking service. Regarding the fund transfer services, accuracy, reliability, security, and ease of use have a significant influence on user satisfaction. Both services have a significant influence on service loyalty. As indicated in this study, with the different forms of banking services, by utilizing the different operation plans flexibly, the amount of business and business plans of indirect banking service can be promoted. Ultimately, it can be anticipated that an increase in the revenue of the bank will happen. It can be expected that according to the trend of cooperation inside the banking industry, the integration of multichannel information system services will emerge in the future.
인터넷뱅킹시스템 품질이 서비스형태별 사용자만족과 서비스충성도에 미치는 영향

Based on the reports of the Bank of Korea, people use the Internet banking services usually for the two different transactions, such as account checking and fund transfer. From the perspective of the service in the Internet banking channel, this study analyzed the influence of the quality factors of information systems on both user satisfaction and service loyalty. The research results showed that the accuracy, understandability, reliability and ease of use of the Internet banking systems have a significant influence on user satisfaction with regard to the account checking service. Regarding the fund transfer services, the accuracy, reliability, security and ease of use have a significant influence on user satisfaction. Both services have a significant influence on service loyalty. This channel analysis contributes the increase in revenue to the bank and promotes the analysis on non-face-to-face banking channels. Ultimately, it is expected that the multichannel information system services will be integrated in the near future, keeping face with the trend of coordination in the bank industry.
