컴퓨터 기반 협력학습에서 사회적으로 공유된 조절을 지원하는 시각화 도구 및 학습성과 분석

목적 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터 기반 협력학습(이하 “CSCL”)에서 사회적으로 공유된 조절을 지원하는 도구를 통해 사회적으로 공유된 조절이 성인 학습자의 팀 협력학습 과정과 결과에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 방법 연구 1은 성인 학습자의 CSCL에서 사회적으로 공유된 조절을 지원하는 시각화 도구의 특성을 알기 위해, SSRL 설계원리와 3C 등을 활용해 비교 준거를 설정하고 분석하였다. 연구 2는 국내 대학의 대학원생 19명을 대상으로 CSCL 환경에서 사회적으로 공유된 조절을 지원하는 도구를 활용한 문제해결식 학습을 실행하여, 팀 협력학습의 과정 및 결과와의 관계를 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 국내외에서 활용되는 시각화 도구 중 뮤랄(Mural)이 CSCL에서 사회적으로 공유된 조절을 지원하는 데 유용함을 확인하였다. 둘째, CSCL에서 사회적으로 공유된 조절 지원 도구를 제공받은 실험집단의 경우, 통제집단보다 학습자 간의 상호작용 질이 높은 것 나타났다. 셋째, 협력학습 결과에서 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 우수한 산출물을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 사후 분석 결과, 사회적으로 공유된 조절에 대한 실험집단의 인식이 통제집단에 비해 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 CSCL에서 학습자 간 협력학습 촉진을 위한 사회적으로 공유된 조절의 기능적 역할과 시각화 도구에 대한 학문적, 실천적 시사점을 제안하고, 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다. Objectives The purpose of our study is to examine the effect of socially shared regulated learning on the team collaborative learning process and outcomes of adult learners through the tool that supports socially shared regulated learning in the CSCL environments. Methods In study 1, we used design principle of SSRL(Socially-Shared Regulated Learning) and 3C framework to analyze the characteristics of visualization tools that support SSRL in the CSCL environments. In addition, In study 2, we examined the relationship between the tool supporting socially shared regulated learning and the team collaborative learning process and outcomes through 19 graduates students in the CSCL environments. Results First, among the visualization tools, We verified that the Mural was the most useful in supporting socially shared regulated learning. Second, the experimental groups that were provided the socially shared regulated learning tool had a qualitative interaction between learners compared to the control groups. Third, the experimental groups derived better learning performance than the control groups. Finally, although it was insignificant, we found that the experimental group positively perceived the socially shared regulated learning compared to the control groups in the result of the posthoc analysis. Conclusions This study provides theoretical and practical implications for the functional role of socially shared regulated learning and visualization tools to promote collaborative learning in the CSCL environments. We also suggest the research limitations and directions for further research.
한국의 교육 ODA 사업으로서 ‘라오스 중등학교 교과서 보급사업’의 특성에 관한 연구

최근에 한국의 교육 ODA 사업에 대한 논의가 활발해지고 있지만, 관련연구나 사업 실적은 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 한국의 교육 ODA 사업 중 하나인 ‘라오스 중등학교 교과서 보급 사업’을 통해 논의의 틀을 제시하고, 그에 따라 특성을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구에 의하면 이 사업은 인도적인 목적을 지니고 있으며, 국제원조의 효과성 기준이나 교육원조의 흐름이 반영되었다는 점에서 지금까지와는 차별성을 보이도록 구성되었다. 또, 한국의 교육발전 경험의 실제적인 내용을 전수한다는 측면에서 한국의 교육 ODA 사업에 발전적인 방향을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 국가별, 분야별 전략 부재와 단기적인 계획에 입각한 사업구성 및 불완전한 프로그램식 원조방식 등, 사업 구성에서 한계점이 있어 개선이 요구된다. This case study is about the ‘Project for Developing and Publishing Textbooks for Secondary School in Lao PDR’, one of the educational sectors of Official Development Assistance(ODA) between Korea and Laos. In this study, we have tried to answer the following questions; First, what are the characteristics for building the ‘Project for Developing and Publishing Textbooks for Secondary School in Lao PDR(Textbook project)? And Second, what is the meaning and significance of this project? Up to now, the educational sector of ODA scheme in Korea has been inactive and most of the previous studies have discussed shaping the strategy, rather than the practical achievement. However, this ‘Textbook project’ pursues a more efficient and well-organized providing system compared to earlier projects. For that reason, we have preceded this study focused on how this project has commenced and pushed forward by investigating and analyzing the related documents, as well as interviewing the specialists. During the literature reviews and interviews, we have found that the educational sector of Korean ODA scheme is largely dependent on the politics and the foreign policy of the Government. Projects that produce outcome quickly such as building the infra structure were preferred as a tool for the short-term foreign policy and mutual interest. ODA based on the programmed approach was never done before, showing the insufficiency of Korea's system compared to the international standard. Therefore, the educational part of Korean ODA scheme needs to be improved. The ‘Textbook project’ can be evaluated as a humane project, as it considers the educational needs of Laos more than the interest of the supplying nation, Korea. This project supports the people in Laos, as well as respects the ownership of them. This project is not perfect and difficult to define as a program-based approach due to the unstable funding and lack of communication between supplier and receiver. That being said, it is becoming a more appropriately programmed system, and can be separated from previous projects because each individual part of this project harmoniously pursues one common goal. On the educational side, this project not only increases the quantity of educational chance by offering textbooks to secondary and high schools in Laos, but also improves the quality of the educational system. This project also matches the tactic of international educational aid as a single project, just as textbook supplying is done with the other small supporting projects by a well-defined program. In addition, this project contributes to the ‘Korean Education Development Assistance Program’, as many specialists or researchers are visiting and passing on their knowledge through this project. All together, this project is recognized as it is moving toward a program-based approach and focusing on basic education more than the vocational training or higher education. This project is important to both countries as Korean education assistance's new approach is successful and Lao's educational development capacity has been improved.

Single- phase permanent magnet motor has lower efficiency than 3-phase permanent magnet motor, however, there are advantages such as reduction of switching elements and high efficiency, and thus, it is widely to small portable. The single phase PMSM has asymmetric gap. Therefore, an unstable mode switching phenomenon may occur due to an error in the rotor position angle during sensorless switching. The proposed soft sensorless operation switching is verified through several experiments.
