본 논문은 HVDC 케이블 관련 연구개발 시험 및 신뢰성 평가시험 시 사용되는 DC 전류인가 설비에 대해 기술하고 있다. 케이블 개발 및 인증시험 단계에서 실제부하 연결을 통한 시험조건 구성은 현실적으로 어렵기 때문에 전류인가 설비로 도체 순환전류를 발생시켜 케이블의 시험 온도조건을 구현하고 있다. 현재까지는 주로 비접촉 유도식 AC 전류원을 이용하고 있으나, 최근 HVDC 케이블 시험을 위한 DC 전류원 수요 및 필요성이 높아지고 있다.

In the domestic design for reinforced retaining wall, the maximum particle size of land fill materials is specified less than 19 mm to assess the strength reduction by the installation damages. However, it is impractical to use a high quality of land fill materials under 19 mm of particle size in construction site. In this study, the hybrid geosynthetic strips were developed with polyester yarns secured by PE coating and then laminated with PET mesh on the surface in order to improve the installation damages. Using the hybrid goesyntheic strips, we evaluated and verified the improvement of installation damages with various particle sizes of land fill materials.
잉크젯 잉크의 수명예측을 위한 광열화 가속시험법에 관한 연구

We have performed accelerated photo-degradation test using a 10-Sun level high irradiance Weather-Ometer<SUP>ⓡ</SUP> (10-Sun Ci5000) in an attempt to study acceleration and correlation between accelerated and service conditions for ink-jet ink. The accelerated test was used to predict lifetimes of ink-jet ink through the calculation of scaling factor for intensity of irradiance and duration of usage combined with estimation of lifetime distribution and inverse power model as a life-stress model. The lifetimes and acceleration factors for foreign and domestic inks were compared with each other. The results showed that the failure mechanisms and life-stress models for ink-jet ink were different among the color of ink which means that we might be in need of further study by color of inks.

The airbag module is an inflatable restraint system that inflates within 0.05 seconds automatically in a collision to protect the occupants. The airbag fabrics used in the module are required to have the good resilience and strength and also to have retained at least 80% of mechanical properties after using longer than 10 years. In this study, we develop an accelerated test method in order to predict the lifetimes of airbag. In this test, we select temperature and humidity as environmental stresses by analyzing the failure mechanisms of coated and uncoated nylon 66 fabrics. It is found that the degradation of airbag fabrics is effectively accelerated under the combined conditions of high temperature and humidity. Analyzing the results of the accelerated test, the lifetimes of airbag fabrics are predicted to be longer than 10 years.
