Because of the rapid increase of the number of elderly people, there are many problem in modem society. Especially the support of elderly people is becoming the hot issue, which results from a nuclear family and social activity of woman.<br/> The Policy of community care of the elderly people in western is caused by a heavy cost and isolation from the society of a facility care policy. Since 1980, Concept of 'home care for elderly people' has been appeared in korea. The Facility causing by these movement is 'Multipurpose senior center'.<br/> The purpose of this study is to present the alternative data to improve the quality of medical and rehabilitation part in multipurpose senior center. Data collecting skills such as drawing documents analysis, interviews, observation were used to examine the condition of medical and rehabilitation. And, case study method was used to generate the alternative medel which can be used for the spatial composition and the area calculation.

목적: 소아청소년 환자들을 대상으로 주 증상 별 뇌 MRI의 병적 그리고 양성 이상 결과의 빈도와 수율(yield rate)를 후향적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: 2010년1월1일부터 2014년12월31일까지 5년의 기간 동안 전북대학교병원 소아청소년과의 외래, 입원실, 응급실에서 만 20세 미만의 환아를 촬영한 뇌 MRI 중 1,686건을 후향적으로 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 결과: 총 918명(54.4%)에서 이상소견을 보였으며, 407명(24.1%)에서 병적 소견, 597명(35.4%)에서 양성 소견을 보였다. 병적 소견 중 근 긴장저하 10명(83.3%)와 대두증 19명(65.5%)이 높은 수율을 보였다. 전체 479건의 병적 이상 소견 중 측뇌실확장이 103건(21.5%)으로 가 장 많은 빈도를 보였다. 총 697건의 양성 소견 중에는 뇌 주변 조직의 염증성 병변이 591건(84.8%)으로 가장 많은 빈도를 보였으며, 이 중 부비동염 462건으로 가장 많았다. 결론: 이 결과는 임상의들이 높은 수율을 보이는 임상증세에 대한 뇌 MRI 촬영을 우선으로 고려하고, 상대적으로 낮은 수율을 보이는 증세에 대하여는 MRI 검사 처방에 좀 더 신중을 기하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the reasons of taking brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), determine the prevalence of the abnormal findings on the images and calculate the yield rate according to the symptoms in pediatric patients with the various neurologic conditions. Method: We retrospectively analyzed a total of 2,398 pediatric patients aged 0-19 years underwent a brain MRI at Chonbuk National University Hospital from January 2010 to December 2014. Two hundreds and seventy eight patients who were diagnosed with precocious puberty and 434 patients who were on follow up of previously diagnosed diseases were excluded. A total of 1,686 MRI scans was used to make the result of the study. The chief complaints were recorded by reviewing charts. The abnormalities found on MRI were divided into benign or pathologic findings and the yield rate was calculated respectively. Results: The most frequent reason to take brain MRI was seizure, 657 (39.0%) followed by headache, 293 (17.4%) and central nervous system infection, 142 (8.4%). The patients with abnormal findings were categorized into two groups as follows: 407 (24.1%) had pathologic findings, 511(30.3%) had benign findings. When we consider patients with both pathologic and benign findings, the patients with benign findings are even more 597 (35.4%). The symptoms with relatively high yield rate in the pathologic findings were hypotonia, macrocephaly and central nervous system infection. Conclusion: Our data may help clinicians make a decision of ordering brain MRI for pediatric patients with various neurologic conditions.
수소첨가 가솔린기관의 희박한계 및 희박연소특성에 관한 연구

In order to realize the ultra lean burn, the method of hydrogen supplement in gasoline engine has been examined and analyzed. A small quantity of hydrogen gas was supplied and mixed with gasoline fuel in the intake manifold. As the results, lean limit was extended to fuel-air equivalence ratio 0.35 which normal combustion was impossible by gasoline fuel. The NO and CO were remarkably decreased, and thermal efficiency and torque were increased. It was also found that by considering cycle variation, emission characteristics, torque and thermal efficiency, suitable operate region of hydrogen supplemented gasoline engine was equivalence ratio 0.5.
Evaluation of QuEChERS Method for Determination of pesticide Residues Using GC/NPD and GC/ECD

The modified QuEChERS method was evaluated for rapid determination of pesticide residues in spinach by gas chromatography-nitrogen phosphorous detector (NPD) and electron capture detector (ECD). Fifty GC-amenable pesticides which were most frequently detected in monitoring were selected in the current study. Matrix-matched calibration was performed. The detector response for all pesticides was linear with determination coefficients higher than 0.995. LODs for most compounds ranged between 0.001 and 0.1 ug/g, and about 90% of the compounds had LODs of less than 0.05 ug/g. LOQs ranged from 0.001 to 0.32 ug/g, which were well below the MRLs permitted for most of pesticides. In the majority of cases, the recoveries (80-120%) and relative standard deviations (RSDs) (less than 20%) were within acceptable levels except for dichlorvos, propamocarb, chlorothalonil, dichlofluanid, cyhalothrin and fenvalerate. Also, this method which is applied to routine samples showed good results when comparing with traditional multi-residue method.
가락동 농수산물도매시장 반입 들깻잎과 상추의 잔류농약 실태 및 안전성 평가

This study was conducted to monitor residual pesticides in perilla leaf & lettuce and to assess their risk to human health. The total number of perilla leaf & lettuce were 4,063 and 2,248 respectively and these products were collected at the Garak-dong Agricultural & Marine Products Market sold by auction from 2010 to 2012. Multi-residual analysis of 285 pesticides were performed by GC-ECD, GC-NPD, HPLC-DAD and HPLC-FLD. In perilla leaf, 61 pesticides were detected and detection rate was 20.0%. 28 pesticides were detected in case of lettuce and detection rate was 4.8%. In order to do risk assessment by perilla leaf & lettuce consumption, estimated daily intake of residual pesticides were determined and compared to acceptable daily intake, referring to hazard index (HI values). The range of % HI values of perilla leaf was from 0.000% to 0.049%. The range of % HI values of lettuce was from 0.000% to 0.095%. These results show that the risk caused by pesticide residues in perilla leaf & lettuce intake were very low and these vegetable intake was safe.

3.20 전산 대란, 카드사 고객정보유출사고 등에서 알 수 있듯 보안이 전제되지 않고서는 그 어떤 편의성과 효율성도 담보할 수 없다. 그뿐만 아니라 금융권은 다른 산업보다 고객 이익의 침해 가능성이 커 보안사고 발생 시 이용자의 정신적·금전적 피해가 발생할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 집단 소송, 고객 이탈, 평판 실추, 대외 신뢰도 하락 등으로 이어져 해당 기업의 비즈니스 연속성에도 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 금융보안 위험에 대한 효과적인 관리가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호 관리 효율성 개선을 위해 국내 대표 정보보호 인증제도를 통합하고 금융 산업의 특성을 반영한 정보보호 관리체계 인증의 필요성을 밝히고자 한다. 또한 금융권 정보보호 관리체계 인증이 필요하다면 앞으로 어떤 방향으로 개발되어야 할지에 대해 제시하고자 한다. Considering the results of the 3.20 Cyber Attack, leaks of personal information by card companies, and so on, convenience and efficiency cannot be guaranteed without security as a prerequisite. In addition, it is more likely that customers’ interests seem to be interfered with in financial institutions than in any other industry. Therefore, when a security accident occurs, users may suffer mental damage and monetary loss, leading to class action, customer defection, loss of reputation, and falloff in international credibility, which all may have a significant effect on the business continuity of corporations. This study integrates the representative information security certification systems in order to improve the efficiency of information security management and demonstrate the necessity of information security management system certification for the financial sector. If the certification is needed, we would like to recommend the desirable development direction.

GC-μECD 이용한 수삼, 건조인삼, 홍삼 중 DDT(o,p’-DDE, p,p’-DDE, o,p’-DDD, p,p’-DDD, o,p’-DDT, p,p’-DDT)의 효율적인 분석 방법을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 단순하며 소량의 용매를 사용하는 동시분석법을 이용하여 인삼으로부터 DDT(DDD 및 DDE포함)를 추출하고 헥산 및 6% 에테르 함유 헥산으로 SPE-Florisil(500 ㎎) 정제하는 것이 GC-μECD 크로마토그램에서 인삼고유성분과 DDT(DDD 및 DDE포함) 피크의 분리도와 회수율 측면에서 가장 효율적이었다. 또한 인삼 중 저농도(0.01-0.05 ㎎/㎏) DDT(DDD 및 DDE포함) 이성질체를 SPE-Florisil(500 mg) 정제 전 30% 황산 처리 후 원심분리로 인삼 고유성분을 제거하여 정확성을 높였다. 동시다성분법 추출 후 황산처리 및 SPE-Florisil(500 ㎎) 정제방법을 이용한 수삼, 건조 인삼분말, 홍삼분말에 DDT(DDD 및 DDE포함) 이성질체 표준용액을 0.01 ㎎/㎏ 농도가 되도록 첨가하여 실험한 회수율은 87.9-99.6%이었으며 표준편차는 0.9-5.9%였다. 또한 검출한계(Method Detection Limits)는 0.003-0.009 ㎎/㎏이었다. The MRLs (maximum residue limits) of DDT (DDD and DDE) in fresh ginseng, dried ginseng, and steamed red ginseng are set as low as 0.01 ㎎/㎏, 0.05 ㎎/㎏, and 0.05 ㎎/㎏, respectively. Therefore, this study was undertaken to develop a simple and highly sensitive analysis method, as well as to reduce interfering ginseng matrix peaks, for the determination of DDT isomers (o,p’-DDE, p,p’-DDE, o,p’-DDD, p,p’-DDD, o,p’-DDT, and p,p’-DDT) in fresh ginseng, dried ginseng, and steamed red ginseng at the 0.01 ㎎/㎏ level. The method used acetonitrile extraction according to simultaneous analysis, followed by normal-phase Florisil solid-phase extraction column clean-up. The purification method entailed the following steps: (1) dissolve the concentrated sample extract in 7 ㎖ hexane; (2) add 3 ㎖ of H₂SO₄; (3) vigorously shake on a vortex mixer; (4) cetrifuge at 2000 rpm for 5 min; (5) transfer 3.5 ㎖ of the supernatant to the Florisil-SPE (500 ㎎/6 ㎖); and (6) elute the SPE column with 1.5 ㎖ of hexane and 10 ㎖ of ether/hexane (6:94). The determination of DDT isomers was carried out by a gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-μECD). The hexane and ether/hexane (6:94) eluate significantly removed chromatographic interferences, and the addition of 30% H₂SO₄ to the acetonitrile extract effectively reduced many interfering ginseng matrix peaks, to allow for the determination of the DDT isomers at the 0.01 ㎎/㎏ level. The recoveries of the 6 fortified (most at 0.01 ㎎/㎏) DDT isomers from fresh ginseng, dried ginseng, and steamed red ginseng ranged from 87.9 to 99.6%. The MDLs (method detection limits) ranged from 0.003 to 0.009 ㎎/㎏. Finally, the application of this method for the determination of DDT isomers is sensitive, rapid, simple, and inexpensive.
