Inclined surface milling in the mould and die industries is one of the most commonly needed cutting process. For the variety and complexity of cutting characteristics in various cutting condition, it is difficult to select a optimal tool path orientation. Especially, when the cutting process becomes unstable, it induces self-exited vibrations, a frequent cause of poor tool life, rough surface finish, damage to the workpiece and the machine tool itself, and excessive down time. The comparative results through FFT analysis in this study provide a guideline for the selection tool path orientation.

In order to detect a chatter vibration, the fluctuation of radial force is analyzed since this component is sensitive to the chatter. It was found that the mode and mode width were closely correlated with the chatter amplitude as well. The comparative results through FFT analysis in this study provide a guideline for the selection tool path orientation.

Micro end-milling is one of effective technology that is able to do ultra-precision machining while increasing the productivity and has wide application field. But selection of machining condition is very difficult because of complicated machining mechanism. Therefore this study was carried out to select working factors to get the optimum surface roughness. Machining condition are depth of cut, feed rate and spindle revolution. The result of this study showed that Surface roughness was affected, in the other of depth of cut, spindle revolution, feed rate. And this study provided an regression equation relating surface roughness to working factors through Regression Analysis and determination coefficient of regression equation had a satisfactory reliability of 79%.

The purpose of this thesis are to search for mutual relations between emotional labor and organizational commitment and to study how emotional intelligence of the PCO employee affect these correlations through analyzing the job of the PCO employee in Korea. The following results were obtained. First, Both the deep acting and surface acting - all of the configuration factors of emotional labor affects the organizational commitment of the PCO employee. Second, emotional intelligence of the PCO employee can`t control mutual relation between emotional labor and organizational commitment of the PCO employee. By the results of this study, emotional labor of the PCO employee is one of components that can affect organizational commitment. The administrators must consider the feelings of the PCO employee. How to control the PCO employee deep acting and surface acting and how to manage the employee`s emotional intelligence in order to raise the royalty to the company. and to make the PCO employee love their work place and their job. And they should study the way that can develop the education program in PCO

This study aims to find the optimal cutting conditions, when are IR Detection device HgCdTe is machined with diamond tool of diamond turning machine. Machining technique for HgCdTe with single point diamond turning tool is reported in this paper. The main factors influencing the machined surface quality are discovered and regularities of machining process are drawn. It has been found HgCdTe has more and more important applications in the field of modern optics. The purpose of our research is to find the optimum machining conditions for ductile cutting of HgCdTe and apply the SPDT technique to the manufacturing of ultra precision optical components of brittle materials.
