Shipping firms are needed to build up the Environment & Safety - Quality Management System to meet a nation - wide and certification requirements and to improve the quality of shipping business in excessive international competition. Furthermore the marine environments are changed. The increase of excessive tonnage, the weakening of liner conference, the protectionalism in international trade, the increase of Green concept, are the main factors of the change of marine environment. This study performed Green Marketing Strategy for shipping company. Nowadays shipping company is under the WTO system in which Green marketing concept is strongly recommended, thus, Green management and marketing strategy on the basis of characteristics of shipping business were sought. This thesis carried out a comprehensive research and futhermore, established the Green Marketing Strategy in shipping market based on the Environment & Safety - Quality Management System such as ISO 14000, ISO 9002 and ISM Code which are typical standards. This study suggests environment, safety and management assurance system for shipping company. Thus, marketing strategy based on ecological management should be formulated. In conclusion, the establishment of Green marketing strategy is a good marketing strategy which firms can use to manage and optimize the Environment, Safety and Quality of the Shipping Service connected with realizing marine protection, pollution prevention, safety and benefits for shippers and customers.

Typically, large scale power generation facilities are linked to 345kV transmission line through a step-up transformer. If the value of transient voltage by generating lightning stroke is large more than electric equipment’s BIL, devices insulation is destroyed. LA(Lighting Arrester) is used as a main means of prevention. However, the installation of LA takes the constraints of installation place and expensive installation costs. Therefore, we need to carefully study whether installation of installation can be omitted and the most efficient place of installation. In this paper, we simulated the transient voltage detected by lightning stroke at each equipments in the 345kV transmission power grid by using EMTP-RV program.

인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 인해 인터넷을 통한 정보교환은 일상생활에서부터 군사 영역에 이르는 특수분야까지 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 인터넷과 네트워크를 통한 정보의 교환이 일반화 됨과 동시에 정보보호와 정보보안이 큰 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 기업의 정보소통의 근간인 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 관점에서 정보보안을 바라본다. 인간과 기계를 통틀어 경영정보 시스템의 일부로 생각하며 정보유출의 관점뿐만 아니라 외부 공격으로 인해 전산자원이 낭비되거나 비정상적으로 작동되고 있는지를 파악하기 위한 시스템을 구축하는 방법에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이에 패킷 스캐닝 방식의 방화벽과 어플리케이션 스캐닝 방식의 방화벽을 상호 비교하여 각각의 작동원리와 장단점을 파악하여 각 기업 고유의 환경에 적용하기 위해 어떤점들을 취사 선택할 것인지 연구한다.

When small cogenerators are operated in connected with power system, there are many positive aspects such as the reduction of power plant construction, making a improvement of power security etc. At the same time, there are some negative effects or difficulties such as we should make sure of protective coordination, especially, Actually these are not fault, but it is likely to consider the current as the fault. This is one of major causes of malfunctions for protective relays in power distribution system which is including interconnection point. Thus, in this paper, We showed that the directional protection is necessary to the dispersed generation system which is including connection point. We also executed contingency analysis to find out the magnitude of fault current and direction which are classified by fault points, length of line and kinds of faults using ETAP power system analysis program.

Due to the growth of the power demand and the power supply with high voltage, the fault current is increased in the electrical power system, which is affected by its configurations such as system voltage and short circuit current. To protect the electrical power system against excess of circuit's rated breaking capacity, the both abilities, the TRV(transient recovery voltage) and RRRV(rate of rise of recovery voltage), are very important in the circuit breaker. In this paper, the characteristics of the TRV and RRRV for stable operations of the power system and protective devices are analyzed through the PSCAD/EMTDC.

Nowadays, it is a global trend to build refinery or chemical plants with an isolated system in a place distant from the center of a city. In the refinery or chemical plants equipped with an isolated system, induced motors mostly take the load, and the scale of high-voltage electric motors reaches from several kW up to several MW. Therefore, it is needed to examine the effects of electric motors on the power system closely in the stages of planning and designing a plant to build a stable power system. This study is aimed to investigate how to decide rated voltage in consideration of stability which has not been considered in the stages of planning and designing so far in order to secure stability for the power system.
저항접지 시스템에서 지락사고시 CLR과열 소손방지를 위한 GPT 정격용량의 적정성 연구

Among the high distribution voltage consumers, high-capacity consumers are often applying the grounding resistance method in order to overcome demerits such as erroneous operation of the ground reply or potential increase in the battery at the accident of the isolated neutral system. In this paper, to prevent damage to CLR and GPT in the delay to block the breakdown in the resistance grounded neutral system, this study aims to provide a proper suggestion for continuous rating capacity of GPT to check the appropriateness of CLR size and reduce GPT burden. Thereupon, this study comparatively analyzes CLR current applied in general GPT and the current gained when CLR demanded in the system is used and analyzes the simulated system through simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC in order to suggest GPT’s proper continuous rating capacity.
