        플랜트 출력을 이용한 선형모델 추종기 설계

        The linear model following controller (LMFC) scheme controls a plant based on the output of a reference model, thereby replacing a PI controller that has better time response characteristics, which are irrelevant to the structural perturbation of a plant. However, the main weakness of the LMFC scheme is a slow response time to load changes. Thus, to solve this problem, a robust linear model following controller (RMFC) was developed that is robust in load changes. However, when compared with the LMFC scheme, the RMFC scheme has a weaker performance in the case of system parameter changes. Therefore, this paper presents a new LMFC scheme, where the controller is designed based on the output of a plant rather than the output of a model, as in the case of the conventional LMFC scheme. As a result, in the case of load changes, the response characteristics of the proposed scheme are slower than those of the RMFC scheme, yet faster than those of the conventional LMFC scheme, however, for parameter changes, the proposed scheme has a superior performance over the RMFC scheme. The usefulness of the proposed LMFC scheme is verified through a comparison using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

        유전 및 육종 : 한우의 유전체 표지인지 활용 개체 혈연관계 추정

        한우의 유전체 전장의 정보를 Illumina BeadArrayTM Bovine SNP50 assay를 이용하여 단일염기다형 현상을 조사한 결과, 유전적 다양성을 보이는 좌위가 약 32,567 좌위 이상에서 다양성을 보이고 있었으며 약 5,554 좌위에서 다양성이 조사되지 않았다. 이는 조사된 자료의 가계집단의 수가 크게 제한되었기 때문에 기인될 수 있으며 또 다른 원인으로는 한우 종축집단의 크기가 작을 수 있다는 현상을 반증한다고 사료된다. 유전분석의 기초가 되는 혈통기록에 의한 개체간 혈연관계를 유전체 정보에 의한 혈연관계와 비교하여 본 결과, 유전체 정보에 의한 혈연관계의 크기가 혈통기록에 의한 혈연관계보다 좀 더 정확하게 추정될 수 있다는 장점이 있으며 혈통기록상의 오류로 그릇된 혈연관계의 크기를 유전체 정보를 통하여 보완할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이러한 장점을 활용하면 유전체정보를 이용한 유전능력 평가의 정확성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다. The emergence of next-generation sequencing technologies has lead to application of new computational and statistical methodologies that allow incorporating genetic information from entire genomes of many individuals composing the population. For example, using single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) obtained from whole genome amplification platforms such as the Ilummina BovineSNP50 chip, many researchers are actively engaged in the genetic evaluation of cattle livestock using whole genome relationship analyses. In this study, we estimated the genomic relationship matrix (GRM) and compared it with one computed using a pedigree relationship matrix (PRM) using a population of Hanwoo. This project is a preliminary study that will eventually include future work on genomic selection and prediction. Data used in this study were obtained from 187 blood samples consisting of the progeny of 20 young bulls collected after parentage testing from the Hanwoo improvement center, National Agriculture Cooperative Federation as well as 103 blood samples from the progeny of 12 proven bulls collected from farms around the Kyong-buk area in South Korea. The data set was divided into two cases for analysis. In the first case missing genotypes were included. In the second case missing genotypes were excluded. The effect of missing genotypes on the accuracy of genomic relationship estimation was investigated. Estimation of relationships using genomic information was also carried out chromosome by chromosome for whole genomic SNP markers based on the regression method using allele frequencies across loci. The average correlation coefficient and standard deviation between relationships using pedigree information and chromosomal genomic information using data which was verified using a parentage test andeliminated missing genotypes was 0.81±0.04 and their correlation coefficient when using whole genomic information was 0.98, which was higher. Variation in relationships between non-inbred half sibs was 0.22±0.17 on chromosomal and 0.22±0.04 on whole genomic SNP markers. The variations were larger and unusual values were observed when non-parentage test data were included. So, relationship matrix by genomic information can be useful for genetic evaluation of animal breeding.

        DSP를 이용한 모바일 TFT-LCD의 자동 감마 최적화 시스템 개발

        This paper presents an automatic LCD gamma control system using gamma curve optimization. It controls automatically gamma adjustment registers in mobile LCD driver IC to reduce gamma correction error and adjusting time. The proposed gamma system contains Module-Under-Test (MUT, LCD module), PC installed with program, multimedia display tester for measuring luminance, and control board for interface between PC and LCD module. Proposed algorithm and program are applicable for most of the LCD modules. It is realized to calibrate gamma values of 1.8, 2.0, 2.2 and 3.0. The control board is designed with DSP and FPGA, and it supports various interfaces such as RGB and CPU. Developed automatic gamma control system showed significantly reduced gamma adjusting time of 240 sec. and much less average gamma error of 11% than 42h and 27% with conventional manual method. We believe that the proposed system is very useful to provide high-quality LCD and to improve production process.

        모터 파라미터 변화에 강인한 안정도 최대화 PI 제어기 설계

        This paper propose a PI controller that maximizes the degree of stability using a stability in a simplified motor model the applies decoupling control. The PI controller gains are directly from the motor parameters, thereby reducing the element of trial and error, and, the Kharitonov equation was used to evaluate the robustness of the gains to changes in the motor parameters. In addition, the system poles are located in the same position, the proposed method can provide a fast response. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified by simulation results.

        Sell call radio buoy is mostly used for searching for the location of fishing nets. Sell call radio buoy for the detection of the code uses the band pass filter(BPF). All BPF is used by imported from Japanese companies. But, Japanese companies stopped selling buoys for searching for the location of fishing nets, and domestic manufacturing companies could not sell buoys any more. Therefore, In this paper, a new method to replace the conventional buoy code detector is proposed. The proposed methods are constructed with an analog filter division composed of BPFs and notch filters as well as a microprocessor with analog digital converters. The advantage of proposed methods is able to combine various codes, can enhance receiver sensitivity. The experimental results confirm the usefulness of the proposed method.

        1차 지연회로를 사용한 ZVS Full-Bridge 컨버터 구동회로 설계

        The full bridge converter have been used for high power system that is needed to switch the big current. So, EMI and stability problem is occurred. The Soft switching method is the solution to solve the above problem, But implementation of soft switching(ZVS: Zero Voltage Switching) is so complicate and expensive because of the DSP MCU and shift circuit. In this paper, we introduce the technical method for driving circuit of ZVS full bridge converter with 1st order delay circuit and logic elements. The realization of this method is so simple and cheap. The effectiveness of the proposed circuit is verified by experimental results.

        터렛 서보 시스템에서 멀티-턴 검출이 가능한 센서리스 위치제어기 구현

        본 연구는 터렛 서보 시스템에서 사용되는 고가의 절대형 엔코더를 대체하기 위해서 멀티-턴 가능한 센서 리스 위치제어기를 구현하였다. 센서리스 제어를 위해서는 모터의 위치 정보가 필수적이다. 따라서, 터렛 서보 시스템에서 사용되는 영구자석형 동기 전동기의 수학적 모델로부터 자속 추정기를 구성하였다. 자속 추정기로 부터 회전자 자속을 계산하여 회전자의 속도와 위치 정보를 얻었다. 제로-크로싱 기법을 사용하여, 추정한 회전자 자속이 1회전 할 때마다 하나의 펄스를 생성하여 멀티-턴 횟수를 측정하였다. 모의실험과 실험을 통해 제안한 방법의 유용함을 확인하였다. This study is implemented as a sensor-less position controller capable of multi-turn detection to replace the expensive absolute encoder used in the turret servo system. For sensor-less control, the position information of the rotor is essential. For this, a magnetic flux estimator was implemented from the mathematical model of IPMSM used in the turret servo system. The position of the rotor and the angular velocity of the rotor were obtained using the rotor magnetic flux calculated from the magnetic flux estimator. Using the zero-crossing technique, one pulse was generated for each rotation of the estimated rotor magnetic flux to measure the number of multi-turns. Simulation and experiment results confirmed the usefulness of the proposed method.

        고로 용융물 레벨 변화 추정을 위한 디지털 필터 설계

        Optimizing the tapping time of a blast furnace is important to a stable operation and life extension. To optimize the tapping time of the blast furnace, the location of Hearth Liquid Level should be recognized. There are several ways to measure the hearth liquid level in the blast furnace, such as Electromotive Force(EMF) measurement, pressure measurement by putting in nitrogen probe and manometry with strain gauge. In this paper, it will be discussed using strain gauge among the three methods. Conventional strain gauge must be revised periodically. Since, internal pressure, temperature of internal refractory material and wind pressure have effect on the strain gauge. However, static pressure value is required to compensate. To solve these problems, this paper suggests finding relationship between Hearth Liquid Level and strain gauge output, adding digital filter in strain gauge. Using the proposed method, it was possible to estimate the hearth liquid level and determine the appropriate tapping time. Usefulness of the proposed method through simulations and experimental results are confirmed.

        전동기 구동 시스템에서의 적분기 포화 방지를 위한 새로운 안티-와인드업 기법

        In a high performance motor driving system, PI controller which is simple implementation is frequently used. But, PI controller has various problems because of an integrator saturation. Therefore, the various methods of an anti-windup have been studied to solve such problems. But, conventional anti-windup methods have still problem with large overshoot and long settling time in the driving conditions. In this paper, to improve such problem, it is proposed a new anti-windup strategy. Using LPF and PI controller, it is improved an overshoot and reduced settling time. Simulation results have verified usefulness of the proposed method using MATLAB/Simulink.
