하도급 불공정행위 사례를 통해 살펴본 조선산업의 문제점과 개선방안에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of shipbuilding industry through case studies of subcontracted unfair practices and to suggest the improvements. We analyzed the press releases from 2007 to August 2017 provided by the Fair Trade Commission of Korea, and summarized 533 unfair practices that were violated by 146 companies and we figured out that 11 companies related to the shipbuilding industry had made 21 unfair acts. Unlike other industries, it is found that the Article 4 (prohibition of illegal subcontracting) was the most violation among cases of 21 unfair practices. Also, when compared with other companies, it can be seen that the characteristics of unfair practices in shipbuilding industry are different. In conclusion, we proposed the necessity of development of electronic information system specialized in shipbuilding industry, the expansion of survey of written facts, and the necessity of compulsory education to improve unfair practices of shipbuilding industry.

This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of the base and main industries related to the 8 leading industries in the Dongnam Economic Region of South Korea, which have a high share in this region. For this purpose, first, this study has confirmed the base and main industries among the manufacturing industries in the Dongnam Economic Region using the location quotient. By the regional growth rate differential analysis, this study has classified the base and main industries of Dongnam Economic Region as competitive advantage and competitive disadvantage. The results showed that among the 8 leading industries in the Dongnam economic region, industries related to clean car, aerospace, and power generation facilities have generally competitive advantage. The results also showed that industries related to fine chemicals, offshore plant equipment, and shipbuilding equipment have competitive disadvantage.
경상남도 제조업과 정보통신/과학기술서비스업의 연계성에 대한 연구

본 연구는 경상남도의 제조업과 정보통신 및 과학기술관련 서비스업에 대해 네트워크 중심성 분석을 시행하여 경상남도 제조업의 구조 고도화의 핵심이 되는 중심산업과 산업들 간 주요연계관계를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2013년 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 네트워크 자료를 구축하였다. 연구결과 본 연구가 분석한 산업 네트워크의 중심점은 금속 및 기계산업으로 이들 산업은 네트워크 내에서 국지적 및 총체적 차원의 중심점인 동시에 전후방연쇄효과와 통제력까지 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 정보통신 및 과학기술관련 서비스업 가운데 경상남도 제조업의 주요후방산업은 과학기술관련 전문서비스업과 연구개발업으로 나타남에 제조업의 구도 고도화와 4차 산업 육성과정에서 도내 과학기술 분야의 대학, 연구소, 과학단체들의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 4차 산업혁명을 위한 산업간 융합의 핵심인 ICT소프트웨어의 경우 경상남도가 아닌 서울의 소프트웨어개발 및 컴퓨터관리서비스업이 주요 후방산업으로서 산업네트워크에 대한 매개중심성이 높게 나타남에 따라 경상남도가 지역 내생적 원천으로 4차 산업혁명에 성공하기 위해서는 특히 소프트웨어 분야에 대한 지역적 차원의 육성책이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the core industries which are the key to the structural improvement of the manufacturing industry in Gyeongsangnam-do Province and suggest the major linkages between industries. For this purpose, this study has constructed the network data and analyzed the network centrality using the regional Input-Output table in 2013. Research shows that the center of the industrial network is the metal industry and the machinery industry. Among the service industries related to ICT and science technology, the main backward industries of manufacturing industry in Gyeongnam have identified as scientific technical service industry and R&D business. However, in the case of ICT software, the core of the 4th industrial revolution, the software development industry in Seoul has been the main backward industry of core manufacturing industries in Gyeongnam. Therefore, in order for Gyeongnam to succeed in the 4th industrial revolution based on an endogenous sources of the region, the government of Gyeongnam should implement polices to foster the software industry on the regional basis.
선박수리업 관련 기업인 심층면접을 통한 우수기술인력 확보 요인에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the main factors of securing excellent technical manpower through in-depth interview with CEOs related to ship-repair industry. In this study, the result of in-depth interview is very realistic in comparison with the various proposals presented in the previous studies. In the case of future-oriented proposals in previous studies, CEOs are looking for a technical manpower who is able to solve real-world problems on the spot. The following 3 common requirements were proposed in the in-depth interview: 1) Employees with the technology required by the company; 2) Employees with good communication; and 3) Employees with excellent resolution ability. In addition, this study is meaningful in that it was able to identify the factors based on direct intentions of CEO through in-depth interview.
양측성 신동맥 협착증에서 발생한 급성 비대상성 심부전과 급성 신손상

Atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis (RAS) may result in hypertension, azotemia, and acute pulmonary edema. We report on a renal angioplasty with stent placement for bilateral RAS in a patient with acute decompensated heart failure and acute kidney injury. A 67-year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital with acute shortness of breath and generalized edema. Echocardiography showed left ventricular wall motion abnormality and the follow up electrocardiography showed T wave inversion in the precordial leads. We performed a coronary angiography to differentiate ischemic heart disease from non-cardiac origin for the cause of the heart failure. The coronary angiography showed no significant luminal narrowing, but bilateral RAS was confirmed on the renal artery angiography, therefore, we performed renal artery revascularization. After the procedure, the pulmonary edema was improved and the serum creatinine was decreased. Two weeks later, an echocardiography showed improvement of the left ventricular systolic function.
과산화수소 농축을 위한 투과증발공정의 정량적 위험성 분석

Quantitative risk analysis has been performed for a pervaporation process for production of high test peroxide. Potential main accidents are explosion and fire caused by a decomposition reaction. As the target process has a laboratory scale, the consequence is considered to belong to Category 3. An event tree has been developed as a model for occurrence of a decomposition reaction in the target process. The probability functions of the accident causes have been established based on the frequency data of similar events. Using the constructed model, the failure rate has been calculated. The result indicates that additional safety devices are required in order to achieve an acceptable risk level, i.e. an accident frequency less than 10-4/yr. Therefore, a layer of protection analysis has been applied. As a result, it is suggested to introduce inherently safer design to avoid catalytic reaction, a safety instrumented function to prevent overheating, and a relief system that prevents explosion even if a decomposition reaction occurs. The proposed method is expected to contribute to developing safety management systems for various chemical processes including concentration of hydrogen peroxide.
해외수출을 위한 주요 요인들과 중소기업의 해외수출 가능성에 관한 연구

The aim of the present study is to research how the main factors for the export of SMEs affect SME’s Export possibility in structural method. 62 SMEs in Busan Region were participated in this study. For the empirical analysis, a multiple regression analysis and a path analysis were used with Spss18 and Amos 5v to figure out the relationship between the main factors and SME’s Export possibility(SEP). The main factors as variances are “Manpower Needs(MN)”, “Technology Innovation Needs(TIN)”, “Education Needs for Export(ENE)” and “Intention of Decision-Maker(IDM)”. The result indicated that ENE and TIN with IDM could structurally affect SEP through path analysis and implies that the main factors have to be considered with the intention of decision-maker as CEO for the successful export of SMEs.
