웨이브렛 변환을 이용한 철도 고압배전선로의 고장검출기법

This paper proposes technique to detect ground fault in railway high voltage distribution lines. Overcurrent relay technique is widely used for detecting one line ground fault that occurs most frequently in railway high voltage distribution lines. However, ground fault in distribution line is usually high impedance fault with arc. Because the fault current magnitude measured in substation is very small, the conventional overcurrent relay can"t detect the high impedance ground fault. Therefore this paper proposes the advanced technique using wavelet transform. It extracts D1 component from fault signals and detects fault comparing magnitude of D1 component in each phase. To evaluate this proposed technique, we model distribution system using PSCAD/EMTDC and extract various fault data. In conclusion this technique can detect ground fault including high impedance fault regardless of fault distance, fault impedance etc.
DC 정류기 부분방전 신호검출을 위한 SHF 센서의 성능평가

Online monitoring system is becoming an essential element of railway traction system for utilized to condition based malignance management and various techniques currently employed in railway traction system. Among the various techniques, it is efficient to detect partial discharge signals by electromagnetic wave detection in order to detect insulation fault of rectifier. Although VHF (Very High Frequency), UHF (Ultra High Frequency) sensors were adopted to detect partial discharge of power facilities, due to characteristics of urban railway, excessive noise occurs from 500 ㎒ to 1.5 ㎓ on UHF bandwidth. In this paper a new measurement system able to monitoring the conditions of power facilities on DC substation in metro was studied and set up. The system uses UHF sensors to measure the partial discharge of the rectifier due to electric faulting and dielectric breakdown. Comparison and estimation for performance of SHF sensor which had devised to detect partial discharge signal of urban railway rectifier has conducted. In order to estimate performance of SHF sensor, we have compared the sensor with existing UHF sensor on sensitivity upon frequency bandwidth generated by pulse generator, and also we have verified performance of the SHF sensor by detection results of partial discharge signal from urban railway rectifier.
도시철도 변전소의 네트워크 기반 실시간 데이터 취득 시스템 구현

This paper is focused on implementing a real-time data acquisition system that checks power facility status by applying network based technology to Urban Transit substation power facilities and the results of its on-field tests. This system is composed of a sensor part, a measurement part, a transceiver part, a host computer, and a power source part. The system is designed to collect, save, analyze, and display the online state power facility AI (Analog Input). This system measures voltage and current from positive feeders and negative feeders where it is possible to check abnormalities of the substation’s main power facilities. By monitoring abnormal data of the Urban Transit power facilities real-time and analyzing stored data, establishing procedures of optimized maintenance is possible.
도시철도 전력설비의 노후화 판단을 위한 예측 프로그램 구현

In this paper, we present a deterioration judgment model of urban rail power equipment using driving history, the frequency and number of failures. In addition, we have developed a deterioration judgment program based on the derived failure rate. A deterioration judgment model of power equipments on metro system was designed to establish how much environmental factors, such as thermal cycling, humidity, overvoltage and partial discharge. The deterioration rate of the transformers followed the Arrhenius log life versus reciprocal Kelvin temperature (hotspot temperature) relation. The deterioration judgment program is linked to the online condition monitoring system of urban railway system. The deterioration judgment program is based on the user interface it is possible to apply immediately to the urban rail power equipment.
배전선로의 고장유형 판별을 위한 적응형 퍼지추론 시스템

본 논문에서는 배전선로에서 발생하는 여러 고장유형을 판별하기 위해서 적응형 퍼지추론 시스템을 적용하는 새로운 기법을 제시하였다. 배전선로의 고장과 고장유사현상 데이터를 추출하기 위해서 EMTP를 이용하여 RL부하, 아크로부하, 컨버터부하가 있는 배전계통을 구성하고 여러 형태의 고장과 고장유사현상에 대해 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 이를 통해 얻은 전류파형으로부터 기본파성분, 영상분전류, 짝수 고조파성분의 합, 홀수 고조파성분의 합, 그리고 비정규 고조파성분의 합의 5개의 입력변수를 추출하고 학습을 통해서 각 입력변수의 소속함수의 소속도를 자동으로 결정하였다. 이 적응형 퍼지추론 시스템을 이용한 기법을 평가하기 위해서 학습시와 다른 고장상황을 모의하여 얻은 데이터와 실증시험 데이터를 이용하였다. 결과적으로 제안한 기법은 배전선로에서 발생하는 고장유형을 빠르고 정확하게 판별할 수 있었다. This paper proposed the new technique for the fault types classification using adaptive network fuzzy inference system in the distribution lines. To acquire the fault and fault-like data, many fault and fault-like conditions in RL load, arc furnace load and converter load were simulated by EMTP. The 5 input of the fundamental frequency component, zero sequence component current, the sum of even harmonics, the sum of odd harmonics, and the sum of sub harmonics were extracted from these simulated current signals and the degree of the membership function were determined automatically by learning. This technique was tested using another simulation data unused learning and actual experiment high impedance fault data. So, it can classify the fault types in the distribution lines fast and accurately.
