일반적으로 내화재의 내침식성은 크롬 함량이 증가함에 따라 향상되는 특성을 가지는데, 본 연구에서는 이러한 크롬 내화재의 물성을 보다 향상시키기 위하여 인산염 화합물인 AlPO₄를 첨가하는 실험을 진행하였으며, 이러한 실험 결과 선정된 AlPO₄ 1% 첨가 크롬 내화재를 대상으로 캐스타블 및 브릭 형태로 각각 제작하였을 때 내침식 특성에 대해 회전 침식 시험장치를 이용한 실험을 실시하였는데, 실험 결과 캐스타블에 비해 브릭 내화재가 내침식성이 우수하지만 일부 spalling이 발생하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고, 가스화기로의 석탄 공급 방식에 따라 내화재 벽면에서 발생하는 석탄입자에 의한 내화재 침식 정도에 대한 전산해석을 수행한 결과 top feeding에 비해 side feeding 방식이 내화재 전면에 걸쳐 침식 현상이 크게 발생할 것으로 예측되어 보다 크롬 함량이 많은 내화재를 선정해야 할 것으로 평가되었다.

Bowens disease is generally regarded as a premalignant dermatos s..f untreated, 3% to 5% of patients may develop squamous cell carcinoma. However, sebaciou carcinoma arising from Bowens disease is very rare. We presented a case of quarnous cell carcinoma and sebaceous circ s disease in a 68 year-old male. He had multiple bowenoid skin lesi nsties. A bean-sized nodule as developed on the bowenoid lesion of the he had a large yellow crust.ed exudative tumor on the Rt. thigh. We took a biopsy specimen of these three discrete lesions. The nu lipid stain of frozen section revealed Bowens disease, squarnous concllnoma arising from Bowen on the trunk and extremi Rt. lower abdomen. Verrucous hemangioma is a structural variant of capillary, cavernous or mixed hemangioma which undergoes a reactive proliferative epidermal change. Most verrucous hemangiomas are present at birth, but in some cases, they appear during infancy. In most cases, the Iesions arise on the lower extremity. The differentiation of verrucous hemangioma from angiokeratoma circumscriptum is important because they are different on the therapeutic and prognostic aspects. We report a case of verrucous hemangioma which develop on the left lateral malleolar process of 18-year-old girl. The lesion was 3.2×2.6×1.5 cm sized, dark and keratotic. Histopathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis and irregular acanthosis in the epidermis. Greatly dilated vessels were seen just beneath epidermis or enclosed within the papillomatous epidermis in upper dermis. There were numerous capillary luminas and proliferation of endothelial cells in the lower dermis and subcutis. Treatment was by wide surgical excision and skin graft.
