        8 - Methoxypsoralen이 Phytohemagglutinin 으로 자극시킨 림프구의 DNA합성에 미치는 영향

        N/A We have observed the dark effect of 8-methoxypsoralen(8-M(P) on the viability and DNA synthesis in human lymphocyte cultures after stimulaticn with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) in the absence of ultraviolet A radiation. The concentratioiis of 8-MOP was 0.5-32 ug/ml. We have also measured the LDH activity in supernatant. of lymphocyte cultures treated with 8-MOP. The results were as follows: 1. There was no 8-MOP dose-dependent decrease in the viability of lymphocytes up to 8- MOP 32pg/ml. 2. There was a 8-MOP dose-dependent decrease in PHA-induced DNA synthesis of lymphocytes from the concentration of 8-MOP 2 ug/ml. 3. There was a time-dependent decrease in PHA-induced DNA synthesis of lymphocytes at the concentration of 8-MOP 32 ug/ml. 4. There was no LDH release in supernatant of lymphocyte ciltu es after incubation with 8-MOP up to 8-MOP 32ug/ml. (Kor J Dermatol 992;30(5):601-607)

        M진 Sidel'nikov 수열의 $F_p$ 상에서의 선형복잡도와 1-오류 선형복잡도

        본 논문에서는 $M\geq3$이고 $p\equiv{\pm}1$ mod M인 경우에 대해서 주기가 $p^m-1$인 M진 Sidel'nikov 수열의 $F_p$ 상에서의 선형복잡도의 하계와 1-오류 선형복잡도의 상계를 유도한다. 특히 $m\geq4$이고 $p\equiv-1$ mod 3인 경우에는 3진 Sidel'nikov 수열의 정확한 1-오류 선형복잡도를 계산한다. 이 결과들을 바탕으로 선형복잡도와 1-오류 선형복잡도의 주기에 대한 비율의 근사적 특성을 제시한다. In this paper we derive some lower bounds on the linear complexity and upper bounds on the 1-error linear complexity over $F_p$ of M-ary Sidel'nikov sequences of period $p^m-1$ when $M\geq3$ and $p\equiv{\pm}1$ mod M. In particular, we exactly compute the 1-error linear complexity of ternary Sidel'nikov sequences when $p^m-1$ and $m\geq4$. Based on these bounds we present the asymptotic behavior of the normalized linear complexity and the normalized 1-error linear complexity with respect to the period.

        림프구 생존능과 DNA 합성에 미치는 PUVA의 영향

        N/A We have investigated the effect of PUVA(8-methoxypsoralen and ultraviolet A) on the viability and DNA synthesis in human lymphocyte cultures after stimulation with phytohemagglutinin(PHA) using various concentrations of 8-MOF(0㎍/㎖, 0.01㎍/㎖, 0.1㎍/㎖, 1㎍/㎖) and doses of UVA radiations(0J/㎠, 0.1J/㎠, 0.5J/㎠, 1J/㎠). The results were as follows ; 1. There was a UVA dose-dependent decrease in the viability of lymphocytes at every 8-MOP concentrantion. In the 0.01㎍/㎖ 8-MOP treated group, there was a statistically significant decrease in viability from 0.5J/㎠ UVA in the 3 and 5 day cultures. In 0.1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP group, there was a significant decrease in culture viability from 2J/㎠ UVA at 1 day. 0.5J/㎠ UVA at 3 days, 0.1J/㎠ UVA at 5 days and in the 1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP group, from 1J/㎠ UAV at 1 day, 0.1J/㎠ UVA at 3, and 5 days. 2. There was a 8-MOP dose-dependent decrease in viability of lymphocytes. In the 0.1J/㎠ UVA exposed group, there was a statistically significant decrease in viability from 1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP in the 3 day old culture, and 0.1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP at 5 days. In the 0.5J/㎠, 1J/㎠ and 2J/㎠ UVA exposed groups, there was a significant decrease in viability from 0.1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP in the 3 and 5 day old cultures. 3. There was a UVA dose-dependent decrease in DNA synthesis after stimulation with PHA in lymphocytes. In the 0.01㎍/㎖ 8-MOP treated group, there was a significant decrease in DNA synthesis from 0.5J/㎠ UVA, and in 0.1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP, and 1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP groups, there was a decrease from 0.1J/㎠ UVA. 4. There was a 8-MOP dose-dependent decrease in DNA synthesis. In the 0.1J/㎠ UVA exposed group, there was a significant decrease in DNA synthesis from 0.1㎍/㎖ 8-MOP and in 0.5J/㎠, 1J/㎠, 2J/㎠ UVA groups, from 0.01㎍/㎖ 8-MOP.

        극소 부호의 새로운 확장 기법

        In a secret sharing scheme, secret information must be distributed and stored to users, and confidentiality must be able to be reconstructed only from an authorized subset of users. To do this, secret information among different code words must not be subordinate to each other. The minimal code is a kind of linear block code to distribute these secret information not mutually dependent. In this paper, we present a novel extension technique for minimal codes. The product of an arbitrary vector and a minimal code produces a new minimal code with an extended length and Hamming weight. Accordingly, it is possible to provide minimal codes with parameters not known in the literature.

        횡단절편을 이용한 정상 두피와 원형탈모증 병변의 병리조직학적 관찰

        N/A Histopathologic Findigs of Normal Scalp and Alopecia Areata in Transverse Sections Jin Ho Chung,M.D., Hee Chul Eun, M.D.* Department of Dermatology, Capital Armed Forces General Hospital Seoul, Korea Department of Dermatology*, College of Medicine, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea To observe the normal transverse histopathological findings of the follicles in the human scalp, a 4-or 6-mm punch biopsy specimen was taken from the normal scalp in 5 normal adults and 10 alopecia areata patients. We cbserved the normal transverse findings of the follicles in the transverse sections of normal scalps. The histopathological findings of the transverse sections taken from patches of 10 alopecia areata patients were also observed. The results were as follows ; 1) The follicular unit which usually consisted of 2-4 terminal follicles and I vellus follicle, sebaceous lobules and arrector pili muscles was observer in transverse section. The normal density of follicular units was about 0.62/㎣. 2) There were differences in the transverse sectional findings of the hair follicle according to levels, such as mode of keatinization in outer root sheath. 3) In the transverse section of the scalp biopsy specimen, it was possible to differentiate the various phases of the hair growth cycle. 4) The transverse sections of the patches in alopecia areata showed that 23%-100% of follicles were in telogen stage. 5) The observation of transverse sections of scalp biopsy specimen seems to be a useful method in the histopathologic study of the hair follicle disorders particularly alopecia areata.

        능동형 대퇴의지 시스템의 설계 및 최적화 연구

        본 논문에서는 능동형 대퇴의지 시스템의 설계 및 최적화에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 능동형 대퇴의지 시스템은 무릎부의 1 자유도를 통해 슬관절의 움직임을 모사하는데, 실제 다리의 기능을 대체하는 것이므로 사람의 다리 무게와 최대한 유사해야 하며, 경량화가 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 개발된 3-링크 구조의 능동형 의지 시스템의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 기어 구동 방식의 능동형 대퇴의지 시스템을 설계 및 제작하였고, 사용자의 만족감 향상 및 피로도 저감을 위해 최적화를 통한 경량화를 진행하고 유한요소해석을 통해 응력 및 변위 특성을 분석하고 안정성을 검증하였다. 또한 능동형 의지 시스템이 사용자의 보행 의도에 맞추어 작동하기 위해 의지의 인공 발에 스트레인 게이지를 부착하여 보행시 발의 앞, 뒷부분에 각기 다르게 가해지는 하중을 측정, 보행 주기를 판단할 수 있도록 한다. 이 때 스트레인 게이지는 미세한 변형에도 민감하게 반응하므로 유한요소해석을 통해 적절한 부착위치를 결정하고, 실제 제작 및 실험을 통해 안정성 및 보행주기 판단 여부를 검증한다. This paper presents a design and optimization of the fully-active transfemoral prosthesis leg system. As it has one degree of freedom in knee joint, this prosthesis leg can imitate the human’s gait. The weight of system, which makes the users more comfortable due to less tiredness, and the knee joint torque to rise stability of the system are major factors of prosthesis leg system. Thus the mechanism of prosthesis changes from 3-linkage type to geared type. The sensorized foot is also designed to effectively determine human’s gait by measuring deformation of the foot during gait. Topology optimization is carried out for the sensorized foot to remove its unnecessary weight. The safety of optimized foot is verified by carrying out finite element analysis.
