        타운하우스 외부공간의 유기적 연계성에 관한 연구

        Recently, in response to the growing number of people demanding higher standards for residential environment than shared housing. The main contemporary residential type and town house residential type that adopted the long points of single family house is being supplied. This type offers cozy residential environment by solving the shortcoming of apartment that comes with insufficient personal space in high density and maintenance difficulty of single house family house, and providing with higher quality in residential environment. In the case of domestic town houses, the units are in lower level facilitated with personal garden inside with water and green space outside. On the other hand, consider town house is a type of shared housing and mostly planned for nature friendly space type with uplifted ratio of water and green space, it is inevitable that organic association of the inside and outside space with nature is virtually hard to achieve. Therefore, this study intends to extract exterior space planning element for organic space association of town house from Korean traditional architecture theories to proposed town house with organic concept of exterior space types. Nextly, the study classifies the basic concepts of town house space composition which classifies and arranges main unit and private garden to correlation between main units and shared yard to compose the framework of case analysis. Lastly, the research grasps problems of existing town house through case survey and analysis hence to deduces town house exterior space forming methodology in compliance with the organic concept of Korean traditional architecture.

        친환경 실내건축 연구 성향에 관한 조사 분석 연구

        Including interior architecture, diverse fields of study for eco-friendly environment is in progress due to the world"s crisis consciousness of global environment. And nevertheless, practical use of the research results are still low and systematical problems of the studies are inevitable reality. Thus, this study focused on to the enbodiment of green interior architecture study understanding the problems of precedence studies to make suggestion for the future direction and balancing green interior architecture study seeking for better motivation. Analysing results of the precedent studies indicates that the existing studies loss its diversity and concentrated in the narrow based directions. For the enbodiment of green interior architecture, not simply immerse existing planning method found from case study, the study need to perform in overall areas of green interior architecture and diversify its direction. Besides space designer, user"s consciousness are also important results to form a new paradigm of eco-friendly environment. For the applications and use of the study results as the design factor in green interior architecture, first and the most important stept is to innovate attitude towards the nature and shift of consciousness through education as well as the relative studies of design and planning realm to drive both technical, and non-technical design factors are highly demanded.

        전라북도 내 화학사고 특성분석과 사고 발생 저감을 위한 연구

        This study aimed to identify the characteristics of 40 chemical accidents that occurred in Jeollabuk-do from 2004 to2019. During this time, there were 2.5 accidents per year on average in the province; their types were classified asspill/leak, fire, explosion, adverse reaction, and complex. There were 34 leaks and six explosions, and they are categorizedas follows: 12 by worker error, 16 from facility defects, and 12 by transport vehicle accidents. The substances involvedin these accidents were ammonia (15%), sulfuric acid (12.5%), and silicon tetrachloride (7.5%). Notably, the rate ofchemical accidents (75%) is the highest during spring and summer. In order to reduce chemical accidents, first, there shouldbe compliance with the relevant laws. Second, the quality of safety education and training of workers should be improved. Finally, valuable government support is also necessary to improve facilities. 본 연구는 2004년부터 2019년까지 16년간 전라북도 내에서 발생한 40건의 화학사고 특성을 알아보기 위하여 진행하였다. 도내에서는 연평균 2.5건의 사고가 발생하였다. 사고유형을 유·누출, 화재, 폭발, 이상반응, 복합사고로 분류한 결과, 유·누출은 34건, 폭발은 6건 발생하였다. 사고원인으로는 작업자과실 12건, 시설결함·노후화 16건, 운송사고12건 발생하였다. 사고 원인물질로는 암모니아가 15%, 황산 12.5%, 테트라 클로로 실리콘 7.5% 순으로 나타났다. 계절별 화학사고 발생률을 확인한 결과 봄·여름이 75%로 가을·겨울에 비해 높게 조사되었다. 화학사고 발생 저감을위해서는 관련법의 철저한 준수가 선행되어야 하고, 취급자의 안전교육과 훈련을 강화해야 한다. 더불어 취급시설개선을 위한 정부의 적극적 지원이 필요하다.

        저산소 조건에 의한 HepG2 세포주의 성장에서 HIF-1α 비의존적 기전의 확인

        Background/Aims: When hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is exposed to hypoxic condition, HIF-1α is activated and results in angiogenesis and increased tumor burden. Although inhibition of HIF-1α may reduce tumor growth, there are some limitations to control tumor growth completely. For a more effective therapy for HCC, we investigated HIF-1α independent pathway related tumor growth with angiogenesis. Methods: We cultured HepG2 cells (HCC cell line) in both normoxia and hypoxia conditions. These cells were divided into three groups: a echinomycin treated group, a echinomycin and quinazoline treated group and a control group without any treatments. Growth morphologies of cells were observed with a microscope after 24 hours. Immunocytochemistry assay was done to detect the angiogenesis during inhibition of HIF-1α and/or NF-κB in hypoxia condition, and compared with results in normoxia condition. Results: In normoxia, the expression of HIF-1α on tumor growth was not found. In hypoxia, inhibition of HIF-1α reduced the tumor growth compared to the control group. But, inhibition of both HIF-1α and NF-κB did not show apparent reduction of tumor growth as shown in HIF- 1α only group. Conclusions: Signaling pathways related to cancer cell growth exist through a vast network. Inhibition of one target molecule may result in over-expression of other molecules related to the tumor growth. For an effective therapy in blocking of the tumor growth, more comprehensive understanding of the network related to signaling pathways on tumor growth is necessary. (J Liver Cancer 2016;16:31-37)

        디지털 건축에서 유기적 형태의 구축특성에 관한 연구

        This study seeks to integrate the principles of expression and the constructive system in the past with the technique of digital shape extraction. Then it continues to analyze cases by means of codification. The study provides objective data on organic characteristics and principles of digital architecture and its construction process based on the findings of the aforementioned processes. The scope of selection at each stage and corresponding criteria are as follows: First, the technique of shape deduction is analyzed by using the criteria digital architects have been applying in their designs since 1990 in consideration of the link such shape deduction technique has to the organic expressive principles. Second, this study draws factors of organic architecture based on its formative relationships. The identified factors are used along with the digital shape techniques to form approaches to the shape structure system. Third, techniques of obtaining shapes in the shape structure system are classified using principles of expression and formative relations in digital architecture. Fourth, the findings from the preceding process are codified into various stages in order to form a set of criteria required to analyze the principles and characteristics of digital architecture. The process of codification is where the stages of analysis are summarized, classified, and integrated. Fifth, cases are selected according to the scope which cases are determined. Cases are then run through basic analysis process to reach the final conclusion of the study by applying the criteria of analysis formed in the previous process.

        국내 타운하우스 유형별 모델개발 및 적용가능성에 관한 연구

        The indigenous culture of Korean dwelling space formed and developed through the influence of natural environment. After the year 2000, with decline of apartment housing due to population decrease and higher interest in dwelling environment, consumers are increasingly interested in environment-friendly dwelling. Therefore, more and more dwellers are now seeking for multi dwelling type with advantage in security and convenience of country house type townhouse. However, a most of townhouse are formed and completed based on simple layout and ununiform private garden, common yard, standardized tree plant, and hydraulic factors rather than organic space relationship between unit plan and the outdoor space. Thus, this study focused on the modern reinterpretation of Korean traditional architecture in the means of friendly environment methods and sufficient applications for organic relationships of unit plan and garden or exterior yards. the results of the study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, in traditional Korean architecture, on the openness factors of 'hengrangche' - 'sarangche' - 'anche' attached with its organic connections of fence to fence can be interpreted as similar structure of 'common yard' - 'Private garden' - 'unit plan' sequence. Secondly, in architectural form of townhouse, a method to satisfy all two kind of purpose - each housing unit with territory sign for privacy protection and secure view right to out door, a role of an opening attached to between fences are realized. Thirdly, a classification of fence type is followed between unit plan(A code), private garden(B code), common yard(C code) with fence plan form (Separated type, Partial integral type, Front and back open type, Integral type), and elevation form (Shielding type, Partial open type, Full open type, Half shielding type) enforcing a proper application to adjust opening and closure in between private garden and common yard for an effective organic connection.

        국내 친환경 건축 문헌의 특성에 관한 조사 분석 연구

        Though not a low carbon and green growth is a front policy of the government, recently, increasing demand for the green architecture became reality. To promote for the professional practitioners in making of realistic green architecture, not only for the certifications, an immediate need of useful design guideline for a practical application during a process of design is now further necessary. The published literature and the research papers of academic institute can be utilized as a basic material for the composition factor forming the design guideline. Thus, this study is to propose a direction of future research by an evaluation from the papers of AIK(Architectural Institute of Korea) from year 2000 to 2009 which classified in area of planning, mechanical, and theoretical contents to understand their tendency and the present condition. From the analytic results, first, verification of rapid increasing numbers of research paper in green architecture. Secondly, classification of the biased research paper - the majority of research papers focused in planning mainly related to design, mechanical area related to the results of simply a lab test data, and theoretical part mainly to the evaluation and certifications. Thirdly, biased research paper mostly in the area of housing claiming for the need of diverse study in building type. Increasing numbers in the literature of 'Green' and upsurge its interest, contents of the papers are limited as the design guideline material for professional to practice green architecture which further demands for a diverse direction in green architecture regarding the published research papers.

        노후화된 콘크리트 구조물에 적용되는 알칼리회복제의 성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        Carbonation is a representative mechanism of performance deterioration with the lapse of time occurring in ordinary environments. It gradually approaches to reinforcing bars inside and causes the corrosion of reinforcing bars, and finally damages the structural appearance by stripping covering concrete off or incurring sectional loss and influences the internal force of concrete members. As an effort to prevent damages due to the carbonation of concrete structures or to improve the performance of deteriorated concrete structures, alkalinity Recovery Agent, which has the capacity to restore and reinforce concrete structure, is recently being utilized.The outer walls of concrete structures are usually finished with mortar. Thus, mortar finish is directly exposed to carbonation and various deteriorating phenomena, and is more vulnerable to external influences for the long run than concrete inside the mortar. Thus, it was believed that a test on mortar finish, which reacts on carbon dioxide first, would provide a base for assessing the performance of alkalinity Recovery Agent in restoring concrete, so this study examined the performance of alkalinity Recovery Agent by digesting a mortar test piece in alkalinity Recovery Agent for a certain length of time and then leaving it in the open air.
