아로마요법이 스트레스 관련 변인에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

최근 현대인들이 겪는 만성적 스트레스가 심각해짐에 따라 건강을 예방·치유하기 위한 대체요법으로 아로마테라피에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 바, 아로마요법이 스트레스에 미치는 개별 연구물들을 바탕으로 통합적인 결과를 도출하여 치유를 위한 체계적 근거를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2000년 1월-2017년 12월까지 수행 된 아로마테라피와 스트레스 변인과 관련한 연구 논문 129편을 기반으로 R프로그램의 ‘metafor’ package을 활용하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 아로마요법이 스트레스에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례 수는 총 508개, 전체 효과크기가 0.394로 중 간 정도의 효과크기가 나타났고, 그에 따른 전체 38가지의 하위변인에서 정신적 스트레스가 -1.49로 다른 변인에 비해 가장 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 정신적(심리적) 완화를 위한 대체요법을 발견했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 한편, 한계점으로 병리, 의학, 건강에 접목한 다각적 연구가 부족했다는 점이다. 향후 연구에서는 융합적 접근을 통해 다양한 변인을 추가하여 연구를 진행해보고자 한다. Recently, as the chronic stress of modern people has become serious, interest in aromatherapy has been increasing as an alternative therapy to prevent and heal health. As a result, treatment has been developed based on individual studies of aromatherapy on stress. The purpose is to prepare a systematic basis for. Therefore, in this study, meta-analysis was conducted using the ‘metafor’ package of the R program based on 129 papers related to aromatherapy and stress variables conducted from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2017. As a result, the total number of cases for the effect of aromatherapy on stress was 508, and the overall effect size was -0.394, showing a moderate effect size, and the mental stress was -1.49 in all 38 sub-variants. It was analyzed to have the largest effect size compared to other variables. This study is significant because it has found alternative therapies for mental (psychological) relief. On the other hand, the limitation was that there was a lack of multi-faceted studies incorporating pathology, medicine, and health. In the future research, we intend to proceed with research by adding various variables through a convergent approach.

표준광원을 이용한 헤어컬러 발색 차이 연구

본 연구에서의 얼터너티브 헤어쇼는 독창적이고 창의적인 헤어아트디자인을 매년 발표하는 세계 최초의 헤어쇼이자 백혈병과 림프종 혈액관련 암으로 고통 받는 사람들의 치료와 복지 ,연구 등을 위한 자선 기부의 목적으로 이루어진 헤어쇼로 유명하다. 세계 최초 자선 헤어쇼인 얼터너티브 헤어쇼 2013년~2017년 작품에 나타난 맥시멀리즘을 분석하였다. 건축과 미술 미디어 패선으로 나누어 조사 분석한 결과 예술의 한 흐름으로 작용하고 창의적인 디자인 발상에 커다란 도움을 줄 수 있는 맥시멀리즘의 특성이 표현됨을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 헤어쇼의 역사에서 많은 업적과 창의적인 작품 활동의 무대로 평가 받고 있는 얼터너니브 헤어쇼의 2013년부터 2017년 보여지는 작품의 맥시멀리즘 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 맥시멀리즘의 특징이 두드러지게 표현된 전위성과 그로데스크, 다원주의성, 실험성, 유희성의 내적의미를 분석하고 작품에서 보여지는 선, 형태, 색, 재질 등을 외적인 형식으로 나누어 제시하며 다양한 시각과 방법으로 헤어아트에 접근하는 창의적인 디자인발상의 기본 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 또한 헤어아트디자인이 조형예술의 한 분야임을 밝히는 기초적 토대를 마련하고자 한다. The alternative hair show in this study is the first charity hair show in the world presenting unique and creative hair art design. It is renowned as the hair show aiming the charitable donation for medical treatment, welfare and research for those who suffer from leukemia, lymphoma and cancers related to blood. Thus, this study tried to analyze the features of maximalism which may be of a great help for inspiring the creative design as a kind of art trends among the alternative hair show, the first charity hair show in the world. To this end, the features of maximalism were divided into architecture, art and media fashion, investigated and analyzed. The analysis focused on the features of maximalism presented from 2013 to 2017 in the alternative hair show which was evaluated as the stage for creative works. Furthermore, the connoted meaning of avant-guard and grotesque nature, pluralism, experimentation and playfulness markedly expressing the features of maximalism were analyzed. The features of maximalism were explained using the external forms including lines, shapes, colors and materials observed in the works. The analysis of this study tried to provide the basic data inspiring the creative design which approaches to the hair art in a variety of viewpoints and methods. In addition, this study will provide the basis as the first hair show converging beauty industry and culture through the hair show which declares hair art design as one of the formative arts.

헤드스파테라피 이용경험에 미치는 영향요인 연구

이 연구에서는 20대 이상 성인 남성과 여성을 대상으로 헤드스파테라피 이용 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 두피모발 인식도 및 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 헤드스파테라피 이용 경험을 분석하였다. 이는 헤드스파테라피에 대한 인식을 고양시키고 올바른 관리습관을 제안하여 헤드스파테라피의 발전방향을 제시하고 효과적인 관리를 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 수집된 자료는 통계 처리프로그램인 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였고 그 결과 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 헤드스파테라피 이용 경험은 그렇게 많지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 두피모발 인식이 긍정적이고, 연령이 높고, 최종학력이 높을수록 헤드스파테라피 이용 경험은 증가하였다. 이에 따라 헤드스파테라피를 적극적으로 이용할 수 있는 특성을 고려한 올바른 인식정립이 필요하며 헤드스파테라피를 통해 청결한 두피와 충분한 영양공급, 원활한 혈액순환, 심신의 안정작용을 도울 수 있도록 관리하는 습관이 중요하다는 것을 인지하고 실천되어야 한다. This study analyzed the experience of using head spa therapy according to the degree of scalp hair recognition and demograpic characteristics in order to understand the factors that affect the experience of using head spa therapy for men and women over 20 years old. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of head spa therapy and provide basic data for effective management by promoting awareness of head spa therapy and suggesting proper management habits. The collected data were analyzed using statistical processing program SPSS 23.0. As a result, it was found that experience of using head spa therapy according to demographic characteristics was not so much. In addition, the experience of using head spa therapy increased as the scalp hair recognition was positive, the age was high, and the final education level was high. Therefore, it is necessary to establish proper recognition in consideration of characteristics that can actively use head spa therapy, and it is important to manage the head spa therapy so as to help clean scalp, sufficient nutrition, smooth blood circulation, It must be recognized and practiced.

뷰티문화융합 교육개발을 위한 현장적용 사례연구

본 연구에서는 이주여성을 위한 뷰티문화융합 교육을 현장에 적용함으로써 이에 도출된 결과를 분석하여 뷰티문화융합 교육의 실현가능성을 검증하였다. 이에 본 연구자는 이주여성의 심리적 안녕감 증진을 위한 뷰티융합문화교육을 운영하였으며 이를 통해 이주여성의 행복감과 안녕감의 감정정화를 돕고자 하였다. 연구의 방법은 이론적 배경을 통하여 디아스포라 여성의 심리적 특성과 학습특성을 파악하였으며 심리적 안녕감과 구성요인을 고찰하였다. 또한 이주여성 대상의 수요조사를 실시하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 실질적 교육활동 내용을 도출 하였다. 따라서 뷰티의 영역을 바탕으로 도출된 뷰티문화융합 교육은 이주여성의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키고 이들의 슬픔이나 부정적 감정의 극복과 회복할 수 있는 마음자세를 취하게 함에 긍정적 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 치유적인 관점으로의 뷰티행동을 활용한 문화융합교육 개발에 기초적 자료로 활용됨에 의의가 있으며 향후 열린사회시대의 새로운 융합치유 프로그램 도출에 있어 뷰티 영역의 메이크업, 헤어, 네일, 피부, 이미지 메이킹 등 세분화, 전문화된 개별적 뷰티영역과 문화교육의 융합으로의 심화연구를 기대한다. In this study, the results of the application of beauty culture convergence education for migrant women were analyzed to verify the feasibility of beauty culture convergence education. The researcher implemented beauty convergence culture education to promote psychological well-being among migrant women. Based on the theoretical background, the research method identified psychological and learning characteristics among women in the diaspora, examining psychological well-being and its components. In addition, a demand survey was conducted on migrant women to determine the actual educational activities that are needed at the site. This study has confirmed that beauty culture convergence education, which is derived from the general area of beauty, had a positive effect, leading to a significant improvement in migrant women’s psychological well-being, especially considering that a positive mental attitude is required to overcome and recover from the sadness and other negative emotions that migrant women face. This is meaningful because it can be used as basic material for the development of cultural convergence education, in particular, the application of beauty behavior to healing. In the future, in order to create new convergence healing programs, we look forward to further studies on the convergence of specialized individual beauty areas and cultural education, including makeup, hair, nail, skin, and image making.

천연염료를 활용한 헤어컬러링 연구

본 연구는 현대 미용 산업에서 새치염색에만 국한되어 있는 모발 천연염색의 다양한 색상을 표현하고 실무에서의 실용가능성을 연구하였다. 연구 방법으로는 버진 헤어를 탈색 후 실험용 헤어피스로 만들고 오배자, 코치닐, 락, 자초, 꼭두서니, 울금, 멀베리의 천연염료를 무매염 외에 매염제 5가지 (초산구리, 구연산, 명반, 수산화나트륨, 황산 제 1철)을 첨가하여 동시매염으로 염색하였다. 그 후 염색한 헤어피스를 색차계와 분광측색계로 분석하여 색 추출의 데이터 결과이다. 오배자는 철매염제를 뺀 나머지 매염제들로 소프트톤의 주황빛을 띈 노란색을 보였고 서로 간에 색상은 육안으로 큰 차이가 없었다. 코치닐은 동물성 천연염료로 전반적으로 붉은색으로 염색되었다. 락은 총체적으로 딥톤, 다크톤의 붉은색으로 염색되었다. 자초는 다색성 천연염료이기 때문에 시각적으로 매염제에 따라 각각의 다양한 색상을 보여주었다. 꼭두서니의 경우 전반적으로 선명한 색조인 노랑, 주황의 웜톤의 색상으로 염색되었다. 하지만 구리매염제를 사용해서 염색한 헤어피스의 HV/C 값은 7.2Y 4.5/3.2이고, 철매염제에서는 8.9Y 3.2/3.1로 염색되었다. 울금으로 얻어진 색은 아주 밝고 약간의 주황빛을 띈 선명한 노란색을 보였다. 멀베리는 모든 헤어피스가 다크톤과 덜톤의 초록색과 연두색으로 염색되었다. 본 연구는 천연염료에 다양한 매염제를 활용함으로써 천연염모제의 다양한 색상의 헤어컬러링을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. This study investigated the expression of various colors in natural hair dyeing, which is currently limited to covering gray hair in the modern beauty industry, and examined its practical applicability in the field. For the study, virgin hair was bleached and made into experimental hairpieces. These hairpieces were dyed using natural dyes from gallnut, cochineal, lac, lithospermum root, madder, turmeric, and mulberry. In addition to dyeing without mordants, five mordants (copper acetate, citric acid, alum, sodium hydroxide, and ferrous sulfate) were used in simultaneous mordanting. The dyed hairpieces were then analyzed using a colorimeter and a spectrophotometer to obtain data on the extracted colors. Gallnut showed a soft-tone yellow with an orange tint with all mordants except for the iron mordant, and there was no significant difference in color between the different mordants as observed by the naked eye. Cochineal, an animal-based natural dye, resulted in an overall red color. Lac dyed the hairpieces in deep and dark tones of red. Lithospermum root, being a polychromatic natural dye, exhibited various colors visually depending on the mordant used. Madder, on the other hand, dyed the hairpieces in warm tones of yellow and orange, generally showing bright hues. However, the HV/C values of the hairpieces dyed with the copper mordant were 7.2Y 4.5/3.2, while those dyed with the iron mordant were 8.9Y 3.2/3.1. The color obtained from turmeric was a very bright, vivid yellow with a slight orange tint. Mulberry dyed all hairpieces in dark and dull tones of green and light green. This study can be used as a foundational resource for achieving diverse hair coloring with natural dyes by utilizing various mordants.
