Polyimide 기판을 이용한 Flexible CIGS 박막 태양전지 제조

In this study, we fabricated the Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ (CIGS) thin-film solar cells by using a polyimide substrate. The CIGS thin-film was deposited on Mo coated polyimide substrate by a 3-stage co-evaporation technique. Because the polyimide shows thermal transformation at about 400?C, the substrate temperature of co-evaporation process was set to below 400?C. Corresponding solar cell showed a conversion efficiency of 7.08 % with V_{OC} of 0.58 V, J_{SC} of 24.99 mA/cm² and FF of 0.49.

음운사 연구에서의 언어 변화 이론의 수용과 전개-ㅇ의 음운사 연구를 중심으로-

이 논문은 국어 음운사 연구에서 음운변화를 어떻게 이해하고 또 어떻게 기술하여 왔는지를, 외래 음운변화 이론의 수용과 관련지어 살피는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 논의의 주제를, 국어 음운사 연구에서 가장 오랫동안 관심의 대상이 되어온 `ㅇㆍ`로 한정하고 외래 이론의 수용에 주목하면서 이와 관련된 기존의 업적들을 검토하였다. 그 결과 그동안의 국어 음운사 연구는 음운변화를 체계의 외적 실현으로, 또 대립 관계의 변화로 이해하는 유럽의 구조언어학 이론을 바탕으로 하여 국어의 음운변화를 면밀히 관찰하고 또 여기에 미국의 생성음운론적 방법론을 보태가면서 국어 음운사에 대한 깊이 있는 통찰을 추구해온 과정이었다고 하였다.

방언형의 분포(分布)와 개신파(改新波) - 양순음(兩脣音) 뒤 j계 상향이중모음(上向二重母音)의 축약(縮約) 현상(現象)을 중심으로 -

이 논문은, 양순음 뒤 j계 이중모음의 縮約 現象을 중심으로 방언형의 分布를 관찰ㆍ기술하고 이를 통해 j계 이중모음의 通時論을 記述하는 것을 目的으로 하였다. 특히 j계 이중모음의 縮約에서, 隣接하고 있지 않은 방언들이 동일한 특징을 보일 때 이러한 分布上의 不連續性을 어떻게 解釋해야 할지에 焦點을 두고 論議를 진행하였다. 그리하여 관련 현상들에서 나타나는 不連續的인 方言 分布는 해당 改新波의 擴散 過程에서 방언마다 그 受容 與否를 달리한 데 起因한 것이라고 하였다. 즉 양순음 뒤 j계 이중모음의 축약에 있어 형태소 내부와 경계의 相違를 보이는 중부방언과 제주방언의 경우는 형태소 경계에서 일어난 새로운 改新波를 두 방언이 受容하지 못한 데에서, 그리고 ‘비비-어’에 있어 서남방언과 경북 東部 地域 사이에서 발견되는 方言 分布의 斷絶은 경남방언에서 震源한 완전순행동화의 改新波가 北上한 데에서 비롯한 결과로 解釋하였다. This study aims to clarify the changing processes of the j- diphthongs in Korean, especially in the post-bilabial. In order to achieve the aim, we examine the standard forms with the phoneme sequences of 'bilabial consonant + j-diphthong' and their equivalent forms in dialects, as well as their geographical distributions. This study argues that the coalescence of j-diphthong under the inside of a morpheme is identified in the whole country, but such a coalescence in the morpheme boundary isn't identified in Jungbu-dialect(namely, the central dialect), Jeju- dialect(the Jeju island dialect) and Dongnam-dialect(the southeast dialect). The analysis in this paper is based upon the corelation between dialect distributions and innovation waves(that is, the wave of sound change). So to speak, a diachronic phonological processes may have an effect on the geographical distribution of dialectual forms. As a consequence, the discontinuities of dialect distribution in the coalescence of j-diphthong is related with the acceptance of phonological processes (e.g. off-glide j-insertion, glide formation, and progressive assimilation), which is occurred in those dialects.

주시경(周時經)의 음학(音學)-산제본(刪除本) 『말』을 중심으로-

이 논문은 周時經의 문법서 말 (1906~1907)을 중심으로 周時經 音學에 드러난 근대 언어학적 인식 양상과 그 특징을 살피는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 周時經 音學의 이론적 진전 과정을 고려하면서 말 에 나타난 音學的 서술로부터 周時經 音學의 대강을 기술하였다. 周時經은 음운론적 교체 현상을 元素的인 단위에 의해 분해하면서 기술하는 分析的 音學을 전개하였다. 이로부터 周時經은 규칙적 교체를 따르는 음운 현상과 불규칙적 교체를 따르는 음운 현상을 구별하여 기술할 수 있게 되었고, 나아가 규칙적인 교체가 보이는 일반성에 주목할 수 있게 되었다. 그리하여 周時經은 궁극적으로 이러한 일반성을 밝히는 音學, 다시 말해 일반적 교체 방식을 따르는 本音의 音學을 추구하였던 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 周時經이 本音을 표기의 기준으로 삼는 형태음소적 표기법의 타당성을 주장하게 되었음은 물론이다. This study aims to revaluate Ju, Si-gyeong(1876~1914)'s phonological theory by scrutinizing the cognitive aspects of his phonology implied in his grammar Mal(that is, The Speech), written between 1906~1907. The main points of this paper can be summarized as follows : Ju, Si-gyeong discovered the phonologically conditioned alternations in Korean by examining phonological environments thoroughly. He also developed the analytic phonological theory, which posited ‘elements’ and explained all other sounds as ‘complexes of those elements’. Futhermore the ultimate aim of his phonological research was to discover the generality of phonology. Therefore the aim led him to be interested in regular alternations with the generality, which were covered by a general statement.

Flexible CIGS thin film solar cell was fabricated using STS430 plate as a flexible substrate in this work. A diffusion barrier layer of SiO₂ thin film was deposited on STS430 substrate by PECVD followed by deposition of double layered Mo back contact. After depositing CIGS absorber layer by co-evaporation, CdS buffer layer by chemical bath deposition, ZnO window layer by RF sputtering and Al electrode by thermal evaporation, the solar cell fabrication processes were completed and its performance was evaluated. Corresponding solar cell showed an conversion efficiency of 8.35 % with V_{OC} of 0.52 V, J_{SC} of 26.06 mA/cm² and FF of 0.61.

The purpose of this study is to describe the lexical history of some residential space-related words. In particular, we select three words ‘Anbang (main room), Keonneonbang (second room), Maru (wooden floor)’ among the words related to the residential space of the main house, check the regional traditional forms of these words and their dialect distribution, and through this, estimate and describe the historical change process of the words. Ultimately, this research becomes a task of preserving tradition and establishing regional identity in addition to promoting academic development in the fields of architecture and lexicology by recording and organizing the spatial structure and vocabulary of traditional houses before change.

순국문(純國文) 『이태리건국삼걸젼』 (1908)에 대하여

이 논문은 梁啓超의 『意大利建國三傑傳』(1902)을 純國文으로 번역한 『이태리건국삼걸젼』(1908)을 대상으로 그 번역자 및 근대 개념어의 수용 문제를 검토하는 데 목적을 두었다. 그리하여 이 논문에서는 『이태리건국삼걸젼』을, 이보다 앞서 간행된 申采浩의 國漢文 번역서 『伊太利建國三傑傳』(1907)과 비교하면서 이 책의 서지와 표기 그리고 근대적 용어의 번역 양상을 세밀히 살폈다. 그 결과 『이태리건국삼걸젼』은, 표지에 명기된 바와 달리 周時經의 저작물이 아니며 卷頭에 기록되어 있는 대로 ‘리현셕’의 번역서라 규정하였다. 또 용어의 정착은 이의 指標가 되는 純國文體에서 비로소 확인할 수 있으며, 이에서 비로소 대중들은 啓蒙하는 용어로 확고히 자리매김할 수 있었다. 그러기에 純國文 『이태리건국삼걸젼』은, 근대 개념어가 수용되는 과정 속에서 문명의 존재를 알리는 역할을 충실히 수행한 번역서의 하나라 하였다. This study aims to scrutinize and research the historical biography of Three Founding Heroes of Italy, written by a Chinese historian and translated into Korean in enlightenment period, focusing on its translation aspects. To achieve the aim, we compared the pure Korean version Itaerigeonguksamgeoljeon with the original version in Chinese(『意大利建國三傑傳』, 1902) written by Liang, Qichao(梁啓超) and the Korean version with Chinese characters(『伊太利建國三傑傳』, 1907) trans-lated by Shin, Chae-ho(申采浩). We argue that the pure Korean version Itaerigeonguksamgeoljeon, with many modern terms, translated by Lee, Hyeon-seok in 1908. It is also argued that a lot of terms in translation version, especially the pure Korean version, were the indicators of term fixation. As a result, the Korean version of Three Founding Heroes of Italy was the book in which modern civilization had been introduced into Korean in enlightenment period.
