The current harmonic detector consists of the load current detector and the notch filter. It obtains the harmonic current from the output of the load current detector using the Notch filter. The GIC in the notch filter is used instead of inductor to minimize the magnitude and phase characteristics variation caused by using twin-T notch filter and passive elements(inductor).

We have developed a power line simulator which is one of the basic tools for the research of the power line communication and its control system. In the developed simulators, we have considered the transfer function of the power line, noises and signal attenuation characteristics. Simulator was made using the matlab tool program. We made the power line modern using the FSK chip(ST7537) and experimentalized to show the efficiency grade of simulator. We have expected that the developed simulators are very useful in the area for the power line communication research and the control system design.

Today there is an ever increasing effort to control high-pressure discharge lamps with electronic ballasts. HID lamps can be ignited by high-voltage pulses and need an ignitor to start them. An ignitor gives high-voltage pulses to HID lamps, which have the type of the arc discharge. Three kinds of ignitor circuits have been analyzed by the P-spice program and we have shown experimental results in this paper. The result of this study seems to be able to help to develope various ignitors.
전원의 고조파 제거를 위한 Hybrid Filter의 실현

This paper proposed Hybrid Filter for harmonics elimilation on the power line. It's control method is very simple, but its permance is better than the results by passive filter. For the harmonics elimination, we improved the performance of the BPF(Band-pass Filter) with the GIC(Generalize Impedance Converter), and the new hysterisys controller.
