The applicability of existing rock cover criteria for concrete lining pressure tunnels has bee reviewed in this paper and limitations placed based on site geology and any other site specific characteristics. Because the geological factors may occur great difficulties in operating pressure tunnels, it was necessary to fully recognize this factors at tunnel design and construction stages.

외수압에 의한 강관 라이닝 좌굴 사례를 조사, 평가하여 강관 라이닝의 안전성에 미치는 요소 및 그 중요도를 산정하고자 하였다. 대상터널은 ○○광역상수도 도수시설인 직경 2m의 수로터널로서 터널 라이닝은 내부의 강관 라이닝과 배면의 뒷채움 콘크리트로 구성되어 있다. 두 개의 수로터널에서 발생된 강관 라이닝 좌굴 손상을 대상으로 손상의 형태 및 설계 조건을 상세하게 조사하였다. 좌굴 손상에 적용 가능한 좌굴 안전성 평가방법을 기존의 문헌 자료를 참조하여 선정하였으며, 손상에 대한 조사결과와 비교하였다. 또한 본 지역의 수리지질학적인 특성이 좌굴 손상에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 연구결과 수리지질학적 지층특성뿐만 아니라 터널 라이닝의 적절한 시공이 강관 라이닝의 좌굴에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이며, 외수압의 크기 결정은 수리지질 특성에 따라 산정되어야 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 기존 손상 사례에 대한 연구는 압력 수로터널의 강관 라이닝에 대한 설계, 시공 및 유지관리 기간 중의 문제점 및 개선사항을 도출하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The main objective of this paper is finding the influence factors and their degree of importance to steel liner"s safety by investigating and evaluating the buckling incidents of steel tunnel liner under external water pressure. The study was based on the detailed investigation to the design conditions and incident shapes at 2m diameter waterway tunnel with a partially buckled internal steel liner and concrete backfilled lining as the raw water transmission pipe line of regional water supply project. Appropriate buckling theory capable of applying this incident points was selected by referring the existing literature and compared with the results of investigation. Also, hydrogeological characteristics of this site on buckling pressure was evaluated. The result of this study was shown that both the hydrogeological characteristics of upper geologic layers and proper tunnel construction are important factors on buckling at steel liner, and hydraulic gradient level should be decided according to the hydrogeological characteristics. This incident case analysis on steel liner of pressurized waterway tunnel was expected to provide more information for realizing the problems and improvements at each design, construction and maintenance stages.

본 연구는 중앙심벽형 필댐인 주암댐과 임하댐을 대상으로 자동계측에 의해 연속적으로 생산되는 침투수량 계측자료에 대하여 분석을 통하여 필댐 고유의 특성에 따른 장기 침투특성과 댐의 안전관리 방법을 검토하고자 하였다. 필댐의 침투수량 계측 값에는 내재 하는 강우 성분 등의 외부 요인의 영향으로 직접적으로 이상 누수의 발생을 검출하는 것은 어렵다. 이 때문에, 종래저수위와 강우량을 고려하는 중회귀분석 등에 의해 누수량을 추정하는 방법이 적용되어 왔으나, 강우 성분의 추정 오차가 상대적으로 크고 정밀도가 불량한 것으로 알려졌다. 본 논문에서는 강우 성분의 분리해석을 통해 직접적으로 강우 성분에 영향을 받지 않는 저수지 수위에 연동하는 댐별 침투거동을 평가함과 아울러 분석대상 댐의 지형적, 수리지질학적 특성을 반영한 3차원 수치해석을 실시하여 계측 침투수량 자료와 비교하였다. 2개 대상댐의 침투거동은 각각의 고유한 특징을 가지고 있으며, 장기적으로 침투수량의 감소를 보여주고 있어 안정적인 상태로 나타났다. 또한, 수문곡선분리법은 침투수 안전관리 방법으로 적용가능한 것으로 판단되었다. The main objective of this study was to offer informations about long-term seepage behavioral characteristics and to find a leakage safety management method for Juam Dam and Imha Dam, a central cored rockfill dams in Korea by the evaluating the automatically monitored leakage data. In the water leakage monitoring of fill dam, the generation of abnormal water leakage is difficult to directly detect due to the effect of outside factors such as the component of rainfall inherent in the observation value. Therefore, conventionally estimation methods of water leakage quantity were applied by multiple regression analysis considering reservoir water level, rainfall, etc.. However, the estimated error of rainfall component is relatively big in these method. This paper identifies the seepage characteristic of each dams which is not directly affected by rainfall through the hydrograph separation analysis and 3 dimensional analytical method, and thinks a leakage management method. It was noticed that two dams had site specific seepage behaviour features and were in stable state with the decreasing leakage quantity. It was also found that hydrograph separation method might be applicable to leakage safety management method.

The object of this study is to establish a leakage safety management method for Juam Dam, a central cored rockfill dam in Korea, after appreciating the behavoral characteristics of the leakage monitoring data. In the water leakage monitoring of fill dam, the generation of abnormal water leakage is difficult to directly detect due to the effect of outside factors such as the component of precipitation inherent in the observation value. Therefore, conventionally estimation methods of water leakage quantity are applied by multiple regression analysis considering reservoir water level, precipitation, etc.. However, the estimated error of precipitation component is relatively big in these method. This paper identifies the water leakage quantity estimation formula linked to reservoir water level which is not directly affected by precipitation through the hydrograph separation analysis, and proposes a leakage management method.

교량의 하부구조는 고정하중과 차량 활하중 등의 수직 방향 하중을 지지할 뿐만 아니라 횡방향 하중을 지지해야 하므로 교량의 안전성에 있어 매우 중요한 구조 요소임과 동시에 경제성에 영향을 미치는 요소이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 말뚝캡 직상부에 모멘트 집중을 피할 수 있는 말뚝형 기둥의 현장 적용성에 대한 기초적인 사례연구를 수행하였으며, 말뚝 본체의 구조성능보다는 지반의 지지력이 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. A substructure of bridges is very important structural element for safety and supporting not only vertical loads as dead load and live load but lateral loads as break load, wind load, seismic load, hydrostatic pressure and dynamic water pressure, lateral earth pressure, impulsive load, temperature change and load effect of temperature change, creep and shrinkage. Most of domestic bridges are reinforced concrete piers and have an effect on economy of bridge. Recently, understanding importance of substructure, we are getting more interested in new substructure system.

Structural health monitoring(SHM) and damage identification are assuming larger and larger importance in civil engineering, SHM is defined as the use of in-situ, non-destructive sensing and analysis of structural characteristics in order to identify if a damage has occurred, define its location and estimate its severity, evaluate its consequences on the residual life of the structure. This paper studied the safety management network system of infrastructure which constructed smart sensors, closed- circuit television(CCTV) and monitoring system. This safety management of infrastructure applied to bridge, cut slop and tunnel, embankment and playground etc. It was constructed safety management system of various infrastructure to improve efficient management and operation for many infrastructure.

According to this research, it was confirmed that safety coefficient is useful tool to rationally quantify structural deterioration of pipe. In addition, it could perform simple and rapid evaluation escaping from confinement by time and budget, and it can be utilized as a tool to set up policy for future water supply.
