The continuous chip in turning operation deteriorate, the precision of workpiece and can cause a hazardous condition to operator. Thus the chip form control becomes a very important task for reliable turning process. The chip forum is identified using the neural network of supervised data Through the measurement of energy radiated from the chip, The feed mechanism is adjusted in order to break continuous chip according to the result of the chip form recognition and it shows a good approach ;or precision turning operation.

In the present industry, there is not only the cutting of iron metal, but also the cutting of alloy aluminum, brass and plastic to wood(Paulownia). A variety of material is used and these industry is made need of the cutting material but lots of experiments processing is not enough at the moment. At this point, our team processed the basic experiment about influencing of cutting angle of bite concerned to manufacture in the turning of non-iron metal. Generally speaking, we recognized that there was occurrence of increase of rough surface with increasing of cutting angle in the non-iron metal. but in the cutting of wood we knew, there was special change with change of cutting angle.

When designing an engine part the designer has to choose the proper material and to define the dimensions of the part. in the most Rudimentary case he has available as guidelines the collective experience from similar applications. The performance of the part is tested on occasion of the trial runs for the full system, and possibly occurring deficiencies are corrected until a satisfactory usable life and safety of operation is achieved. This procedure is time consuming and costly, and the learning effect is minimal. These requirements have to be condensed into characteristic values ameanable to computation. Since testing and computation are complementary we have to look at the currently existing mathematical models for engine bearing performance.

Fused deposition (FD) modeling by Stratasys Inc., is one of the material deposition subfamilies of solid freeform fabrication (SFF) technologies. In this process, build material in the form of a flexible filament, is heated to a semi-liquid state and extruded from a controlled deposition head onto a fixtureless table in a temperature controlled environment. The position of nozzle is computer controlled relative to the base, which allows geometric complex models to be made to precise dimensions. FDM provide what the part was directly tested by the worker. It provide believable data. This Study is identify to surface roughness by build orientation adjustment. So, the paper is the study on surface roughness by build orientation at FDM.

In any rapid prototyping process, the layer by layer building process introduces an area error between the staircase and the surface line specified by the computer-aided design model. This affects the dimensional accuracy as well as the surface finish for different part build orientations. This paper describes a methodology for computing the area error for any orientation of the part built by the fused deposition modelling system. This technique can be applied to determine the best build orientation of the part, based on the minimum area error. This technique is verified by comparing the results with the experimental measurements of the area error of the parts built at different orientations.

In the present industry. there are necessary to cut not only iron metals but also non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, plastic and wood(Paulownia). therefore it had been made the studies of non-ferrous metals by many scientists. we hope this kind of study will continue. The purpose of this study is to conduct the basic experiment about influencing of the feedrate adjustment and the change of the side rake angle at turning of non-ferrous metals. As the results, the surface roughnesses were on the decrease with a side-rake angle and feedrate diminution in the case of the plastic, brass, aluminum, and paulownia.

In the automobile and machine industry, Forming type conveyer system have problems in that hinge belt plate are stretched, produce a noise and get abrasion. they make the machine get out of order. we make hinge belt thicker for reducing the trouble. Thick hinge belt was stronger. But it was heavier. And it was hard to come up with buyer's expectations because the mold which makes the hinge belt have limit of strength, life cycle and size. So, we developed the machine welded each part of hinge belt plate

Metal Bearing' s research that use the clad steel had led in advanced country. Metal Bearing that is produced by domestic companies is ship, vehicles, development equipment and plant equipment. This is Cast White Metal Lining Bearing that is Bimetal Bearing standing 2 generation. Cast White Metal Lining Bearing is foreseen to be used widely on industry whole in the future. Cast White Metal Bearing is product that need precision processing. But the technique is generalized widely. So an advanced country is depending on import from a developing country that price is cheaper than itself manufacture. it is judged that high added value creation by deepening of price competition is difficult. Therefore need product development of new form and is changing to Trimetal Bearing parts. Trimetal Bearing is high quality technique that do compression junction to thin plates of special object on the Back Metal. Therefore, this research developed Trimetal bearing's materials.
