본 연구에서는 다양한 생리활성 기능과 항산화력을 가진 미강을 0, 5, 10, 15%로 함유하는 절편을 제조한 후 수분 함량, pH, 색도, 아밀로스 함량, texture 측정, 항산화 활성, 항염증 활성을 측정하였다. 미강 절편의 수분 함량과 pH는 미강의 농도가 증가할수록 감소하였다. 색도 측정 결과 명도는 0%가 79.32, 15%일 때 54.48로 미강 함량이 증가할수록 값이 감소하였지만, 적색도와 황색도는 미강 함량이 증가함에 따라 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 아밀로스 함량은 15% 첨가군에서 13.54%로 가장 낮았다. Texture 측정 결과 경도와 부착성은 미강 함량이 증가할수록 값이 높아지는 경향을 보였고, 응집성은 감소하였다(P<0.05). 총 폴리페놀 함량은 15% 미강 절편의 에탄올 추출물에서 653.14 ㎍ GAE/100 ㎎, 물 추출물에서는 604.93 ㎍ GAE/100 ㎎으로 가장 높았으며, 총 플라보노이드와 탄닌 함량 또한 미강 함량에 비례하여 높은 활성을 보였다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능, ABTS 라디칼 소거능, 환원력도 미강 농도에 의존하여 유의적으로 증가하는 결과를 나타내었다(P<0.05). LPS로 NO 생성을 유도한 대식세포에 추출물을 250 ㎍/mL로 처리하여 NO 생성능을 비교한 결과, LPS 처리군에 비해 미강 함량에 의존하여 유의적으로 감소하는 것을 확인하였다(P<0.05). 본 연구 결과 미강은 항산화, 항염증 식품으로써의 가능성을 확인하였으며, 가격이 저렴하고 쌀보다 생리활성이 뛰어나 쌀의 일부분을 대체할 수 있어 경제적으로도 큰 이점을 지닐 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. This study investigated the quality characteristics and biological activities of Jeolpyeon added with rice bran. Jeolpyeon was prepared by the addition of rice flour and 0% (control), 5%, 10%, and 15% rice bran. The moisture content and pH decreased with increasing concentration of rice bran. The lightness of the sample was reduced significantly, but the redness and yellowness level increased with increasing rice bran content (P<0.05). Jeolpyeon added with 15% rice bran showed the lowest amylose contents (13.54%). The hardness and adhesiveness of texture increased with increasing rice bran content while the cohesiveness was decreased. The polyphenol contents of the ethanol and water extract of Jeolpyeon added with 15% rice bran were 653.14 ㎍ gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/100 ㎎ and 604.93 ㎍ GAE/100 ㎎, respectively. The flavonoid and tannic acid contents increased with increasing rice bran concentration. The 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging ability and reducing power activities increased significantly with increasing rice bran concentration (P<0.05). In addition, Jeolpyeon added with rice bran inhibited the formation of nitric oxide induced by lipopolysaccharide in RAW 264.7 cells (P<0.05). These results suggest that rice bran can be used effectively as a functional food with anti-free radical scavenging and anti-inflammatory activities.

태권도 수련생의 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 태권도 수련생의 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 태권도장 수련에서 수련생의 인성교육과 효 교육에 따른 유용한 정보를 제공하고, 효율적인 효행지도와 실천방법을 재점검 할 필요성과 효 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 그 목적이 있으며 연구대상은 경기도 광명시 일대 태권도도장 수련생을 대상으로 147명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 인성발달 설문지는 정명덕(2008), 양철환(2009)의 연구에서 사용한 설문지를, 효는 유재민(2009), 채광병(2008), 이성재(2001)의 연구에서 사용한 설문지를 전문가의 자문을 통해 수정 보완하여 사용하였고, 요인분석을 통하여 타당성 검사를 실시하였다. 인구통계학적 특성은 빈도분석을 사용하였고, 신뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 신뢰도 분석과 주성분분석을 실시하였고, 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 태권도 수련생의 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향 중효에 대한 인식이 자신감에 미치는 결과는 순종, 공경, 양지, 보신에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 효에 대한 인식이 협동심에 미치는 결과는 순종, 공경, 봉양, 양친, 보신에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 효에 대한 인식이 자기통제에 미치는 결과는 순종, 시봉, 양친에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 효에 대한 인식이 절제에 미치는 결과는 공경, 양지에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 효에 대한 인식이 지도력에 미치는 결과는 시봉, 봉양, 보신에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to make an analysis of the influence on the development of human nature according to recognizing filial duty taken by Taekwondo trainers and to give informations about nature education and useful knowledge in training academy and also to be informed with influence on useful teaching method, reconsideration of practicing method. The research area is confined within Kwangmyong city. Kyong-Gi Province and 147 trainers. As checking methods, the questions sheets made by Jeong. Myong-Duk(2008) and Yang. Chul-Hwan(2009) were used. Concerning filial duty, the questions sheets made by Yu, Jae-Min(2009),Chai, Kwang-Myong(2008) were used after examined by experts’ advices. In order to check the propriety, we worked out preliminary investigation as to 100 persons and the source analysis. For realistic analysis method, frequency method was used for the analysis of population movement. So as to know the truth, we examined it and the main elements. And also, we selected the method of separate example T-test and one changeable analysis. In order to recognize the influence on filial duty, we did analysis of the relationship and the mass revolution. The influence on the recognition of filial duty obtained by the Taekwondo trainers is as follow; the result that appeared in the of the trainers is obedience, respects, concession and self-protection . It appeared that the results are beneficial according to the statistics. The consideration of filial duty which has influenced on cooperation was considered to be useful for obedience, respect, serving parents and self-protection. The filial duty having given influence on self-control is thought to be statistically useful in the aspect of serving parents and appreciation. Its influence on leadership was considered to be useful in serving parents and self-protection. To certify confidence and validity of this research, we examined the former standard of character and filial duty. According to the training period (below one year, between 1 and 2, 2 or 3, and above 3), above research was also examined. Through constant examination of the training result, we are to prepare a thesis about how much the filial duty and human nature are increased. Based on the data accumulation obtained by the research, we can make much progress in this field.

신호 · 프로토콜 · 메시지 차원의 드론 무선통신 통합보안 연구

본 논문은 드론 무선통신에서의 취약점에 대한 통합보안에 대해 연구한다. 우선 상용 드론을 활용하여, 시나리오 기반의 취약점 테스트를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 복합적 공격이 들어옴에 따라, 단일 보안만 적용된 드론들의 경우 무력화되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 실제 드론 공격 시나리오들을 체계적으로 분석하였고, 세 관점으로 나누어 보안 방안을 설계하였다. 이렇게 각 관점별로 설계한 보안 방안을 바탕으로 단일 관점에서 테스트를 진행하고, 이후 통합보안을 적용시켜 복합적 공격에 내성을 갖는 드론 통신 모델을 제안한다. 나아가 결과물을 바탕으로 정부에서 발표한 "드론 사이버보안가이드"의 한계를 보완하여, 드론 무선통신 보안 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 예상한다.
