성공적인 태권도장 운영을 위한 요인 분석

본 연구에서는 이러한 태권도 경영의 바람직한 방향을 제시하기 위하여 현재 국내의 태권도장 중 성공적인 도장과 비성공적인 도장의 차이를 분석하여 기존의 태권도장 지도자들과 향후 태권도장을 개관할 지도자들에게 방향성을 제시하는데 필요성을 두고 연구를 진행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째로, 시설, 지도자에 대한 꾸준한 투자이다. 둘째로, 주변에서의 좋은 평판을 들 수 있다. 세 번째로 다양한 수련 프로그램을 들 수 있다. 네 번째로 도장만이 가지고 있는 특징을 잘 활용하는 것이다. 마지막으로 지도자의 역량이다. 지도자는 성공할 수 있는 요인을 인식하고 이를 실천할 수 있는 역량을 배양해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서 전문분야의 이론을 도입한 경영 및 운영 방식 도입하고, 지도자의 단점 극복을 위한 끊임없는 연구가 이루어져야 하며 현실에 안주하지 않는 개척정신이 필요하다. 성공적인 지도자들은 혁신적인 사고방식을 가지고 자신의 꿈을 추진해 나가는 지도자들이다. 하루 24시간을 어떻게 활용하는가는 지도자 본인에게 달려있는 것이다. 24시간을 48시간처럼 쓰는 지도자가 미래에 웃을 수 있는, 바로 ‘성공적인 도장’을 운영하는 지도자가 되는 것이다. The necessity of this research has an aim for Taekwondo masters who will open their own Taekwondo school through they compared successful Taekwondo school management to unsuccessful Taekwondo school management. The major results of this study are as follows. First, there is a training schedule for belief of students’ parents in successful Taekwondo school but there is no training schedule in unsuccessful Taekwondo school. Second, Masters wear Taekwondo uniforms in successful Taekwondo school but Masters don’t care of their Taekwondo uniforms. Third, they don’t change their master easily and they have a manual for new masters. Fourth, they are also important factor that an external forms and internal forms like interior. Fifth, there are not masters sometime in unsuccessful Taekwondo school because students’ parents have a belief if masters be or not. Last, it is successful factor that communication between Taekwondo grandmaster and masters for their school.

태권도 지도자에게 요구되는 윤리성

This study investigated the ethics required of Taekwondo masters and provided the basic data to help them to be qualified as educators, as well as the necessity and purpose of research in order to elucidate why ethics is emphasized. The participants were Taekwondo athletes and masters, and those who had more than 10 years of experience in coating operation. Six participants were selected in accordance with the objective sampling method. Data were collected through in depth interviews. The following conclusions were obtained due to the required ethics. First, Taekwondo masters thought that they should pay particular attention to words and phrases. Secondly, they thought that they should not relax the privacy. Finally, they thought that they should maintain strictness to themselves and their family. Taekwondo masters should have basic ethics as an educator, but it is also necessary to recognize that the specificity of Taekwondo requires more ethics and that it requires more rigor in training the body through Taekwondo.

장애인 체육으로서 태권도의 역할

The study found the following conclusion based on the need for and purpose of research in providing basic data on what role taekwondo should play as a physical activity for the disabled in the future by looking at Taekwondo as a disabled sport. First, as a sports for the disabled, Taekwondo should be given a chance to make the disabled feel happy and overcome themselves anytime, anywhere, and through professional sports, they could gain new challenges and life satisfaction through the domestic competition. And it is necessary to foster professional leaders who can understand and guide the characteristics of the disabled. Second, the role of Taekwondo as a disabled sport needs to be developed and distributed by disability, facilities and economic support for disabled taekwondo trainees, and development and distribution of taekwondo self-defense programs for the disabled.

성인태권도 활성화를 위한 수련 프로그램의 개발을 위한 방향모색

This study concentrated hwadoeeo children and to extend the floor of taekwondo student of layers, especially in adults can lead to looking for ways to diversify Taekwondo training for adults to provide the basis for program development needs and objectives of the study based on results of research conducted and the results were as follows. The first training program for active adults the direction of Taekwondo are (1) adults learn what you need to know about what has (2) adults to learn to be self-directed. (3) Adults have a much different experience. (4) adult-centered and task (problem focused) is to learn from. (5) and adults learning to strong internal and external motivation that we have focused development will have to, To this end, specific programs: 1) Taekwondo psychological training, development, and 2) the music used taekwondo production, 3) prevention of diseases program production, 4) for Adults in the new development of Competition, 5) Family Taekwondo program will be activated.

태권 ‘도(道)’의 도복과 태권도 ‘경기(競技)’의 유니폼(경기복), 그 논쟁에 대한 고찰

본 연구에서는 도복과 경기복의 의미를 살펴보고, 현재 태권도 현장에서 착용하는 도복과 경기복 유형을 통하여 태권도를 수련하고 경기에 참가하는 수련생과 선수들이 착용하는 의복을 ‘도’복으로서 바라보아야 할 것인지, 아니면 ‘경기’복으로 봐야 할 것인지 하는 의문감을 해소시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 필요성 및 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 도복은 무술이 가지고 있는 고유한 특성을 표현하고, 수련하는데 있어서 경건하고 진지한 마음가짐을 가질 수 있도록 도와준다. 둘째, 태권도 경기복은 편안함과 경기력 향상, 그리고 상업적 의미에서 미디어 노출이라는 요소를 모두 포함하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 태권도 경기복에 대한 논쟁은 ‘태권도 경기 역시 무도의 일환이다’라는 것과 ‘태권도 경기는 스포츠이다’라는 시각으로 살펴볼 수 있으며, 이러한 논쟁 속에서 잊지 말아야 할 것은 태권도가 지니고 있는 본질을 잃지 않는다는 것이다. In this study, the author examined the meaning of uniform and competition uniform. This study aimed at providing basic data to clear doubts about whether uniform worn by trainees and players who learn Taekwondo through dress and basic clothes types and participate in the competition should be considered as uniform for cultivation(道) or "competition" uniform. Findings from this study are presented as follows. First, Taekwondo uniform for cultivation helps to express its unique martial characteristics and take calm and deliberate attitude in the course of training. Second, Taekwondo competition uniform involves elements such as comfort, playing improvement, and media exposure in terms of commerce. Third, the debate over Taekwondo competition uniform can be viewed as “Taekwondo is a part of martial art,” and “Taekwondo is a sport.” What should be noted is that the essence of Taekwondo should never be missed.

태권도학과생들의 커뮤니케이션과 집단응집력, 학교조직몰입과의 관계

This study for students of department of Taekwondo communications group cohesion and analyze the impact of school organizational commitment in the future good Taekwondo Culture, development of materials provides a sound basis for research aimed at the following conclusions based on the results of conducted was obtained. First, communication and group cohesion for students of department of Taekwondo school, the relationship between commitment to the norm than ever immersed in all of the factors showing no significant correlation was static double the impact of communication in the learning environment in a cohesive group, unity, mutual trust, physicians in communication has had a positive influence , fraud, professional-type in the co-brother has had a positive impact on the. In addition, the communication school, the impact of organizational commitment and emotional commitment in the professional-type, continuous cooperation in immersion-type showed a positive affect. Finally, the collective impact of a cohesive organizational commitment to the school morale and emotional commitment, continuous commitment has had a positive impact on mutual trust and emotional commitment showed positive effects.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 국기원에 대한 인식 및 제고방안

Based on the results of the research conducted to analyze the perception of the Kukkiwon through big data analysis and find out how to enhance it, the following conclusions were obtained. First of all, frequency analysis and TF-IDF weight analysis, connection-centeredness analysis, and N-gram analysis were conducted, and the results showed that taekwondo, Kukkiwon, as well as promotion test(Kukkiwon promotion test, poomsae, basic movements, Kukkiwon promotion test fee, dan(poom) certification), related of demonstration(demonstration, demonstration team), executive(the president, Choi Young-yeol, the chairman, the director, task(business agreement, rule, the inauguration ceremony, and presentation ceremony), and research & education(research, master course). CONCOR analysis results could be divided into executive, task, promotion test and event. Through this analysis was classified into related of promotion test, related of demonstration & promotion, related of executive, related of educational and research measures were sought. In this study, we looked at the recognition of the Kukkiwon through big data analysis and discussed ways to secure the training base by classifying it as promotion test, demonstration, executive, education, and research.

도복의 다양화와 태권도의 정체성

In this study, we reviewed the diversification of Taekwondo uniforms in the history of modern Taekwondo and related this with the identity of Taekwondo. We aim to provide basic information on the direction of future Taekwondo uniform and Taekwondo itself. First, Taekwondo uniforms can be classified by their purposes – uniforms for training, official match, exhibition, instructor, and so forth. Training uniforms was first introduced in 1978, which include a uniform with black collar for the master level (i.e. black belt), a uniform with black and red collar for expert level, and a uniform with white collar for the beginner level. Recently colored uniforms, female uniforms, summer uniforms and so forth have been introduced. Uniforms for official match can be divided into two – for Kyorugi (sparring) and for Poomse (forms). In cases of Poomse, uniforms can be further separated into the master and expert levels with gender differences. Even uninforms for grandmasters exist. Exhibition uniforms are usually adapted from existing training uniforms. Instructor uniforms have made differences by employing high-quality cloth or adapting modernized hanbok (traditional Korean dress). Among the uniforms introduced, colored uniforms or tight uniforms have become provocative, and it may cause controversy over the identity of Taekwondo. We infer that Taekwondo embraces ‘Do(way)’ – the basis of orientalism, on the contrary of other sports, and always prioritizes “educational” purposes.

문화 콘텐츠로서의 무술, 현재와 미래의 공존

This study recognized the possibility of martial arts as cultural contents and examined the area of martial arts in literary and virtual space through the portrayal of martial arts through the most classical ground, especially martial art novels. Martial arts has seen the role of martial arts through the genre of novels, cartoons, and fantasy in the space of books. In the development of computers, martial arts and new martial arts can be enjoyed in classical, online, I could see the possibility of becoming a new training form in virtual reality. In the martial arts, past, present, and future coexist, which will allow researchers to recognize that the role of martial arts gradually grows in human culture, to think more about the role of martial arts, You will have to find a variety of ways to do this.

영상문화 속의 무술

The purpose of this study is to examine the martial art that are handled in the image and to provide the basic data that can raise the interest of martial art in the future by indirectly experiencing martial art with the essence of martial art. In modern society, martial art is approaching the masses in various forms as well as the essence of ‘practice’ and ‘physical fitness’ in a new culture. The video helps the public to enjoy and easily understand these martial art. Through the appearance of martial art in the "media culture" which can be easily accessed by the public, it was intended to bring about a new change of awareness of martial art that is changing and developing from past to present and future. In the change of culture, it is transformed into a form that everyone, young and old enjoys. In this change, the image culture that helps various martial arts easily accessible can contribute to the development of martial arts in the future. In addition, it is possible to show the possibility that the form of martial art that is not greatly restricted by time and space can be developed into a new culture form which can be easily accessed in future society, in accordance with the trend of the fourth industrial revolution that has come up in the 21st century.
