Enhancement of exterior's insulation performance like wall or window etc. is general way for building's energy efficient and thermal performance. But exterior's opening plan is important for minimizing the energy consumption and heat loss. In this paper, energy saving rate will be analyzed and compared considering the window area's rate in a apartment with Building Energy Rating System's evaluation tool. In the process of evaluation, energy saving rate is measured at each stage of the window area's rate from 20% to 60% every 10% term. As a result of this research, energy saving evaluation could not be measured exactly with existing evaluation tool. Accord this research, Building Energy Rating System's evaluation range is needed to be broaden for exact evaluation of energy saving rate.

Currently, Exterior wall's U-value about building envelope is 0.29~0.47W/㎡K(Central Region), but window's one is 3.3W/㎡K according to air gap of glazing, filling gas, coating and type of windows. The door's one is 1.6~5.5W/㎡ · K depending on material and configuration of door. As such, energy loss per unit of door is considerably larger like windows. The door for the recognition was relatively low because energy loss through the door is relatively small compared to window area. In this paper, thermal performance was analyzed through simulation targeting the door which has thermal break that can improve the insulation performance and doesn't have one.

In the high oil price age, intensification of energy efficiency promotion in the building sector is required, Windows are dominating in large percent of whole building loads, and are regarding as the primary target of energy efficiency, In this study, in order to reduce heat loss of buildings, we investigate the thermal performance properties of Temperable Low-e glazing coated Ag membrane that has high electrical conductivity. The Temperable Low-e glazing windows has high insulation and shading properties, and it has strength that can supply various product which consumers want. In order to evaluate thermal performance of temperable windows, we install single low-e windows and double low-e windows in the experimental chamber and analysis the comparison heating energy consumption between single and double Low-e glazing windows. performance evaluation was conducted.

Dry wall using steel stud has the advantage of possibility to install various building, so it used to many buildings inside and outside of the country very rapidly. Though Light gauge steel framed housing offers many advantages to the consumer and the builder, the use of steel studs in wall system cause thermal problems such as thermal performance and pattern staing on walls. The present study has been conducted to observe effect of stud by the shape, and two kind of stud is made for this test to compare thermal performance. The test was conducted by setting those stud on the chamber and heating them. As the results of test and photograping by using TVS, there was temperature gap of each stud, and surface temperature of each section was appeared differently due to shape of stud delaying thermal bridge.

The parts of building which has the most influence on thermal load are skins, outer walls and windows. Among them, window is the worst weak point of building even if it has many advantage of solar radiation gain than other parts. The present time, many researches on various performance of window and many types of system-window are being made. This study evaluates thermal performance of tilt & sliding system window by simulation program Therm 5.2 and Window 5.2. After making a sample model improving it's thermal weak point, this study evaluates real thermal performace of system window. As a result, this study understands manufacture ability condition of domestic company and proposes a research plan of system window.

Low-e glazing is classified as soft low-e glazing and hard low-e glazing. Hard low-e glazing can be temperable and its handling is comfortable because its coating film is a oxide film generated at high temperatures. But there is a fatal weakness that its insulation performance and shielding performance are lower compared to soft low-e glazing by low electrical conductivity of coating film. Soft low-e glazing is excellent because its coating film consists of Ag that is excellent electrical conductivity and it has strength that can supply various product consumers want. But soft low-e glazing has weaknesses that temperable and handling are difficult because Ag is oxidized easily. Therefore this study analyzes thermal performance of glazing by changing filling gas according to applying low-e glazing through simulation to judge performance before making sample. After this process, a comparative experimental study was done through TVS by making temperable low-e glazing.
전문가 설문조사를 통한 건축물 에너지효율등급 인증제도에 관한 연구

The measures for energy saving in buildings have been tried because particularly the role of building division is very important for implementing national greenhouse gas reduction targets and Green growth. However there are many problems due to lack of relevant personnel to do this work. Furthermore it is expected that certification services will be increased by revitalizing the Building Energy Rating System and expanding the target of certification. Therefore Government must prepare for the expansion of the Building Energy Rating System by training experts with effort to supply low-energy building. This expert survey results are that 72% of the respondents answer that expansion of the certification authority is needed to prepare for increase in the certification and 87% answer that training experts is needed. In this study, we suggest the basic data for the introduction of obligation and expanding certification by analyzing the operating system and legal system of the Building Energy Rating System. Additionally, the operating and legal system of the Building Energy Rating System which is appropriate for our country will need to be built based on practices in developed countries to present way to expand the target of certification.
