Le but de cet article est de promouvoir l'enseignement du FLE via l'Internet de nouvelle génération (Web 2.0), et plus précisement grâce à l'utilisation de Youtube qui nous semble être l'outil le plus approprié du fait de sa facilité d'utilisation, de sa diversité de ressources et de sa popularité auprès d'un large public. Les vidéos de Youtube ne doivent plus être considérés comme de simples divertissements ou comme des compléments de cours mais comme de vraies bases pour le cours. Nous présenterons tout d'abord les caractéristiques du “Web 2.0” qui se distingue de l'ancienne version par son principe de partage et de coopération des utilisateurs. Ensuite, nous aborderons les caractéristiques du “digital native” et les notions de “smart learning” de manière detaillée. Aussi, nous présenterons les vidéos de Youtube pour l'apprentissage du FLE, par exemple films, dessins animés, vidéos clips etc. Et pour finir, nous proposerons un exemple de cours d'après une base de données Youtube. Nous conclurons en montrant que cette nouvelle manière d'enseigner et d'apprendre rendra la classe de FLE beaucoup plus vivante et agréable, que ce soit pour le professeur ou l'étudiant.

Here I report on how Fourier Transform Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(FTEIS) overcomes the potential-current linearity problem encountered in the impedance calculationprocess. FTEIS was first invented to solve the time-related drawback of the conventionalimpedance technique. The dramatic time reduction of FTEIS enabled the real-timeimpedance measurement but brought about the linearity problem at the same time. While theconventional method circumvents the problem using the steady-state made by a sufficiently longmeasurement time, FTEIS cannot because of its real-time function. However, according to themathematical development reported in this article, the potential step used in FTEIS is provedto avoid the linearity problem. During the step period, the potential and the current are linearizedby the electrochemical impedance. Also, Fourier transform of the differentiated potentialand current is proved to give the same result of the original ones.
Smartphone-based Chemistry Instrumentation: Digitization of Colorimetric Measurements

This report presents a mobile instrumentation platform based on a smartphone using its built-in functions for colorimetric diagnosis. The color change as a result of detection is taken as a picture through a CCD camera built in the smartphone, and is evaluated in the form of the hue value to give the well-defined relationship between the color and the concentration. To prove the concept in the present work, proton concentration measurements were conducted on pH paper coupled with a smartphone for demonstration. This report is believed to show the possibility of adapting a smartphone to a mobile analytical transducer, and more applications for bioanalysis are expected to be developed using other built-in functions of the smartphone.
다중 스케일 시간 확장 합성곱 신경망을 이용한 방송 콘텐츠에서의 음성 검출

In this paper, we propose a deep learning architecture that can effectively detect speech segmentation in broadcast contents. We also propose a multi-scale time-dilated layer for learning the temporal changes of feature vectors. We implement several comparison models to verify the performance of proposed model and calculated the frame-by-frame F-score, precision, and recall. Both the proposed model and the comparison model are trained with the same training data, and we train the model using 32 hours of Korean broadcast data which is composed of various genres (drama, news, documentary, and so on). Our proposed model shows the best performance with F-score 91.7% in Korean broadcast data. The British and Spanish broadcast data also show the highest performance with F-score 87.9% and 92.6%. As a result, our proposed model can contribute to the improvement of performance of speech detection by learning the temporal changes of the feature vectors.
한국인 프랑스어 학습자를 위한 국제방송 콘텐츠 활용 교육: KBS 월드라디오를 중심으로

In general, international broadcasting produces many educational programs for those who want to learn the language of the originating country. In this manner, KWR (KBS World Radio), an international broadcasting station in Korea, also provides Korean language programs geared towards foreign learners. The goal of this study is to determine to what extent KWR’s Korean lessons for French students can be used as a tool for Korean students who study French. To achieve these goals, this study first analyzes the educational programs of international broadcasting. Second, we examine the advantages of the KWR's Korean lessons as French education programs for Koreans. Finally, this study proposes effective French learning tool-models that take advantage of the KWR's contents for French students. The results of the study may suggest that KWR’s Korean lessons for the French can be useful for Korean learners who want to learn French.
한국인을 위한 영어 말하기 시험의 컴퓨터 기반 유창성 평가

In this paper, we propose an automatic fluency evaluation algorithm for English speaking tests. In the proposed algorithm, acoustic features are extracted from an input spoken utterance and then fluency score is computed by using support vector regression (SVR). We estimate the parameters of feature modeling and SVR using the speech signals and the corresponding scores by human raters. From the correlation analysis results, it is shown that speech rate, articulation rate, and mean length of runs are best for fluency evaluation. Experimental results show that the correlation between the human score and the SVR score is 0.87 for 3 speaking tests, which suggests the possibility of the proposed algorithm as a secondary fluency evaluation tool.

Le Ministere de l``Education et des Sciences Technologies a rapporte que nous devions developper le Smart- Learning pour former les etudiants du 21ieme siecle en 2011. Les caracteristiques principales de Smart-learning sont : l``auto-apprentissage personnalise, le renforcement de la motivation, l``utilisation de contenus digitaux et l``utilisation d``une technique de pointe. Le developpement national de Smart-learning necessite de l``argent et un temps relativement long cependant la participation volontaire des etudiants repand de plus en plus le Smart-learning via Youtube, SNS, Podcast et les applictaions. Cette etude a presente un projet pour le Smart-learning de la langue etrangere. Il s``agit de donner des cours de conversation franeaise avec des franeais natifs grace a KakaoTalk. Ce cours peut etre dirige de maniere autonome par les etudiants. Chatter par KakaoTalk peut renforcer la motivation des etudiants grace a l``aspect ludique de la demarche. Ils peuvent choisir le sujet de leurs conversations suivant leurs niveaux de franeais. Ce cours utilise SNS et Contenus digitaux ce qui en fait par consequent un cours en Smart-learning. Et pour finir, nous esperons que ce projet peut resoudre les problemes actuels de l``enseignement des langues etrangeres.
