금융회사의 개인정보 이용 동의 구현에 대한 효과성 개선 모델

개인정보보호법 및 개인정보 보호 관련 법률에서는 개인의 정보를 수집 이용 제공하고자 할 때 이용자의 동의를 얻도록 규정하고 있다. 이에 따라 금융회사에서는 고객으로부터 개인정보 이용 동의서를 징구하여 고객의 개인정보이용 동의를 얻고 있다. 또한 정부차원에서 고객의 실질적인 동의 의사 확인을 위해 거래별, 상품별 동의서 양식을 다양화하고 필수항목과 선택항목을 구별하는 등의 동의서 양식 개선 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 아직 금융회사에서는 동의의 본질에 충실하지 못해 동의의 효력을 얻기 어렵거나 동의 의사를 판단하기 어려운 동의서들을 수집 보관하는 사례가 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인정보처리자인 사업자의 개인정보 이용 동의 처리 과정에서 개인정보보호 관련 법률을 준수하고 정보주체에게 동의의 본질에 충실한 동의를 유도하기 위한 동의서 검증 절차를 추가한 발전된 개인정보 이용 동의 구현 모델을 제안한다. It is required to have Personal Information Agreement when a financial company uses personal information by the Law of Privacy. So, financial companies have to demand customers the submission of Personal Information Agreement. Thus, financial companies have made Personal Information Agreement in various formats for customers. However, financial companies are lack of a verification process, the cases of collecting invalid Agreement often occurred. This study focuses on the verification process of Personal Information Agreement and the contents of Personal Information Agreement. In conclusion, this study proposes an improved model that added to the process of verification for the concept of Agreement. Based on this study, I hope financial companies to reform their agreement process and to improve the effectiveness on the implementation of Personal Information Utilization Agreement.

This paper describes the design study of heat exchanges for high efficient condensing gas boiler. In this study, the preliminary specifications of two kind heat exchangers, one is cylindrical type and the other is square type, are described. The heat transfer and flow characteristics on each heat exchangers are studied by numerical methods and performance of the pilot gas boilers are investigated by experimental method. As a results, the pilot boiler efficiency reach to about 85%, but the NOx and CO emission levels are very high than the target levels. Supplementary investigations will be carried out to decrease the emission level of NOx and CO.
가솔린기관의 연소현상 진단을 위한 브레이크다운 전압의 특성에 관한 연구

A classic examples of the abnormal combustions are the knock and misfire, which raise noxious performance and life of the engine. A heavy knock can also cause severe damages to the engine itself, which gives more reason why it must be detected and corrected. With the response of the today's requirements, we have researched the new diagnostic system which uses the breakdown voltage characteristics between electrodes of spark plug. This breakdown voltage depends on the pressure, temperature and even the shape and material of electrodes. But there is no data of breakdown voltage in case of using the spark plug as a electrodes. So, in this study, we show the breakdown voltage characteristic by pressure and temperature in constant volume bomb, which will make it possible to diagnose the engine combustion phenomenon.

Emission characteristics of NOx and CO with heat loss under high efficiency combustion conditions of CH₄/Air prmixed flame were examined numerically using detailed-kinetic chemistry. The one-dimensional combustor length was fixed 5cm, and the equivalence ratio was varied from 0.75 to 0.95. To consider the effects of heat loss on NOx and CO formation, the radiative heat loss rate and combined heat loss rate of conductive and convective heat transfer are included. The following conclusions were drawn. In order to reduce the NOx and CO emission level simultaneously, the temperature of product gases must be reduced under 1,800K as soon as possible but kept over 1,300K during the residence time which is needed to converge CO to CO₂.

Strict pollutant regulations of NOx emission and increasing awareness of the environmental damage stimulated interest in research to obtain useful information regarding CO and NOx reductions at the same time. In this study, CH₄/air premixed flame was examined numerically to reduce CO and NOx emission level simultaneously in the post-flame region by the heat loss models in which radiative and combined conductive and convective heat losses were included. To reduce the NOx emission, first heat exchanger location was decided near the name. After first heat exchanger was decided for the optimal NOx emission(about 30ppm), in order to decide the optimal CO emission(about 30ppm), seocond heat exchanger location was tested and decided for several cases. Finally, the optimal location of heat exchanger for minimal CO and NOx emission simultaneously were determined and suggested.
컴팩트 연소실 내 CO튜브 삽입에 따른 오염물질 배출특성

본 연구는 컴팩트 연소실내 CO 튜브 삽입에 따른 NOx 및 CO 배출 특성에 관한 연구로써, CO 튜브 삽입에 따른 연소기와 CO튜브 사이의 거리와, CO튜브와 주열교환기 사이의 거리에 따른 배출 특성을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 위해 상용프로그램인 Fluent9t GRI 2.11 상세 반응 기구를 이용하여 수치해석과 실용 연소기를 모사한 단순 모델 열교환기의 실험을 통해 CO튜브 삽입에 관한 NOx 및 CO 배출특성을 검토하였다. 그 결과 연소기와 주열교환기 사이에 CO 튜브를 삽입하여 CO 튜브가 연소기에 근접하고 CO 튜브와 주열교환기 사이를 넓어짐으로써 NOx 및 CO 저감에 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이로 인해 CO 튜브 삽입에 따른 NOx 및 CO를 동시 저감법을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was the effect of CO tube insert for NOx and CO emission characteristics in a compact combustion chamber. In detail, NOx and CO emission characteristics with changing of distance due to inserting the CO tube between the burner and the main heat exchanger were investigated. For this study, the commercial program, FLUENT, and the GRI 2.11 detail reaction mechanism were used for the numerical study and a simple model heat exchanger was tested for the experimental study. As results, when the CO tube was inserted between the burner and the main heat exchanger, it was verified the simultaneous NOx and CO reduction method because of increasing the residence time and decreasing the flame temperature.

This study was about the development of green high-efficiency condensing heat exchanger which does not need a technical importation from foreign country and is able to produce it by own technology. The efficiency of BAND A, SEBBUK was set more than 90 %, and CO and NOx emissions were targeted less than 50 ppm and 40 ppm, respectively. The pilot unit was made using a heat exchanger Benchmarking of developed countries, and the shape and the position of tube were adjusted to reduce CO and NOx emissions at the same time.
