개구면 결합 공진기 급전 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 단순하고도 정확한 등가 회로를 추출한다. 이 등가회로는 이상적인 트랜스포머, 어드미턴스 소자, 그리고 전송선으로 구성되고 각 소자 값들은 가역 정리와 스펙트럼 영역 이미턴스 방법에 기반한 복소 전력 개념으로부터 구할 수 있다. 기 게재된 논문의 연구 결과를 이용하여 제안한 등가회로의 타당성을 검증한 후 이중 대역 안테나를 유전 알고리즘과 Holder-Mead 방법을 통한 이종 진화적 최적화 방법으로 설계하였다. 설계 목표치에 적합한 결과를 도출하였고, 이 결과는 이종 진화적 최적화 방법이 설계에 매우 효율직임을 확인해 준다. A simple but accurate equivalent circuit of an aperture-coupled cavity-fed microstrip patch antenna is developed. It consists of ideal transformers, admittance elements, and transmission lines, and the related circuit element values are computed by applying the reciprocity theorem and complex power concept with the spectral-domain immittance approach. After validating by the published design example, a dual-band antenna was designed with the help of a hybrid optimization method. For this purpose, the Genetic Algorithm is applied with the Nelder-Mead simplex method. The obtained good results show that this approach turned out to be a very efficient tool for the design of aperture-coupled cavity-fed microstrip patch antenna having various structural design parameters.

X-밴드 10W 출력의 전력증폭기를 0.25um GaN HEMT 공정을 이용하여 MMIC로 설계, 제작하였다. 9GHz에서 10GHz에서 이득은 17dB이상 이며, 펄스 입력에 대한 포화 출력 전력은 40dBm (10W)을 얻었다. 출력부 정합 구조는 ADS Momentum을 이용한 EM 시뮬레이션 결과를 사용하여 설계되었으며, 제작된 MMIC의 크기는 1750 x 2450um2이다.

A total of 500 sera and lungs of slaughtered pigs were examined to investigate antibody titer, prevalence of pulmonary lesion, and interrelation among lung lesion score, type of pulmonary lesion and antibody titers by ELISA. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The highest distribution of antibody titer was showed at 20 - 80 in M hyopneumoniae, 160 - 640 in P multocida type A and 160 - 640 in A pleuropneumoniae serotype 2 and 5. 2. The prevalence of pulmonary lesions was 84.0%, mean pulmonary lesion and mean lung score listed as 24.0±19.8% and 2.5± 1.6, respectively. 3. In the prevalence of type of pulmonary lesion, enzootic pneumonia, pleuropneumonia and pleuritis were 58.2%, 10.0% and 15.8%, respectively. 4. Lung lesion score and type of pulmonary lesion were not interrelated with the distribution of antibody titer to specific pathogens, and causative pathogens of respiratory diseases were complicated with various bacteria.
動物에서 分離된 Candida tropicalis 및 Candida pseudotropicalis에 對한 基礎硏究

The yeast- like-fungi were isolated from 4 animals and their biochemical properties and immunological reaction were investigated. 58 strains were identified as Candida tropicalis and 21 strains were Candida pseudotropicalis. In the test of an antimicrobial drug sensitivity Candida tropicalis were sensitive to nystatin(89.7%) and econazol(74.1%), whereas Candida pseudotropicalis were sensitive to nystatin(95.2%), econazol and miconazole(80 %).
