성광교회는 인천 부평 부개동에 있는 예장 통합 인천노회 소속의 교회이며, 1997년에 부개택지 지역에 세워진 교회로 장신대에서 기독교교육을 전공한 임형빈 목사가 담임하고 있다. 3세대 양육을 특징으로 하고 있는 이 교회는 영유아를 위한 아기학교, 자라나는 세대를 위해 디모데 제자학교, 부모세대를 위해 마더 와이즈, 기성세대를 위해 목자학교, 남성제자학교, 루디아제자학교, 노인세대를 위해 경로대학 등을 운영하고 있다. 특별히 다음세대 신앙교육을 위해 매주 토요일마다 초등학교, 중학교 학생들을 대상으로 10년째 디모데 제자학교를 운영하고 있다.

Seedlings of Nongbaek representing strong cold tolerant variety of rice plant, Jinheung of medium variety and Tongil of weak variety were used respectively for the present study. These seedlings were water cultured in phytotron which maintained at the daytime and night temperature of 30-$25^{\circ}C$, 20-2$0^{\circ}C$, 20-15$^{\circ}C$ and 15-1$0^{\circ}C$. The growth rate of plant height, tillering rate, increase in dry weight and absorption pattern of important mineral nutrients at their early growth stage under each temperature conditions were observed. Generally, it appeared that Nongbaek was more active in the growth of plant height than Jinheung, and Jinheung was more active than Tongil under low temperature condition. The tillering rate of these three varieties was equally rapid while it was decreased in the order of weak cold tolerant variety, such as Tongil, Jinheung and Nongbaek as the temperature declined gradually. The dry weigh tincreasing curve showed almost the same pattern in the varieties at the treatment of each temperature. Under low temperature conditions, Nongbaek showed higher absorption rate of N per dry weight and higher absorption amount of per plant body, Jinheung followed and Tongil was the lowest. The absorption amount of P2O5 increased in the top part compared with the roots as temperature rose and decreased as temperature declined. There seemed to be no difference of absorption among the varieties which have different cold tolerance each other. Under low temperature the absorption rate of K per dry weight was high, as a whole, especially Nongbaek was markedly higher than the other two. The absorption rate of Ca, Mg and Fe was also equally high in all varieties under low temperature and Nongbaek showed a more absorptive tendency in the absorption amount under low temperature.
GIBBERELLIN 處理가 LEAF LETTUCE의 Ca와 ASCORBIC ACID 含量에 미치는 影響

This experiment was undertaken with the purpose of investigating the effects on the Fresh weight, the Ca and Ascorbic acid contents of two Leaf Lettuce forma, Grand Rapid(V_1) and Early Prize Head(V_2) by GB treatment. The concentration of GB applied were, 0(control), 5, 10, 20, p.p.m. respectively and they were treated before ten days of the harvest of vegetables. The results which obtained by means of the Quantitative analysis of Potassium Permanganate Volumetric method for Calcum, Indophenol titration method for Ascobic acid are summarized as follows. 1. Yield of Fresh weight was increased significantly by treatment of GB. 10 p.p.m. solution that is the V_1 was increased 20% of control plots and V_2 was increased 17.1% of control. ^(2)In Calcium content, V_1 was increased from 38.07 mg% to 50.74 mg% by GB 10 p.p.m. treatment, V_2 from 50.37 mg% to 64.34 mg% by 20. p.p.m. of GB treatment, and treated plots were highly significant in comparison with those of controls. (3) In ascoRbic acid content, V_1 and V_2 were increased significantly by 10 p.p.m. of GB treatment, that is the V_1 was increased from 11.61 mg% to 18.30 mg%, V_2 from 10.59 mg% to 17.54 mg%. (4) In conclusion, it seems to be that the most effective concentration of GB treatment for the yield increasing of the fresh vegetable and the considering of Ca and Ascorbic acid contents of Leaf Lettuce is 10 p.p.m.
연속림관하(連續林冠下)에서 trenching 이 하층식생(下層植生)에 미치는 영향에 관한 예비조사

(1) After two growing seasons, the nusmber of individuals in the trenched quadrats were greater than those in the controlled quadrats. And so were the number of species. (2) The number of individuals had increased in two growing seasons in all the quadrats, and so has the number of species except Plot Nos. 5-T, 4-C, and 2-C. (3) Point density may be associated with the increase in the number of individuals, e.g., the lower the point density, the greater the numbers of individuals and species may become. (4) The vegetatio in the trenched quadrat was larger, darker and thriftier in all instances than in the controlled. Therefore, the following can be concluded ; 1. Trenching has increased the number of individuals as well as the number of species regardless of stand composition in two growing seasons. 2. The effect of thinning in 1964 in increasing soil moisture has been apparent. 3. The effect of trenching may have been accelerated by lower point density. 4. There may be competition among species within a quadrat.
