        지체장애인의 신체적 자기효능감에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify physical self-efficacy of individuals with orthopedic impairments participating in exercise and living in S city, K province. Subjects included 172 participants (male: 109, female: 63). The questionnaire concerning physical self-efficacy was developed by Bandura (1977) which consisted of 2 factors, 22-item, and 13 background variables (gender, age, others 6-item, exercise participation 4-item, disability type). Multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA were used for data analysis, and the reliability was performed by Cronbach's α value (α = .8411). The results were as follows: First, interest and encouragement of leaders had a significant effect on physical self-efficacy. Second, the frequencies and number years of exercise parti챠pation had a significant effect on physical self-efficacy. Third, individual exercise and group exercise according to exercise type had a significant difference on physical self-efficacy. Fourth, persons with spinal cord injury (or amputee) and persons with les autres according to disability type had significant difference on physical self-efficacy.

      • 하지 근력강화 트레이닝을 통한 편마비 환자의 장애아동을 대상으로 한 무용교육 자원봉사활동이 대학생들의 자아정체감 형성에 미치는 영향

        The goal of this study is to foster the self-identity of university students according to their voluntary service activities in dance educational program to disabled children. The subjects of the study were 292 4 year-undergraduate students or in a 2-3 year college course. This study employed both survey research and in-depth interviews. In order to overcome the restrictions of each method, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used simultaneously. The self-identity used in this study consisted of 8 sub-factors; Confidence, Future plans, Self-regulation, Uniqueness, Sociability, Self-acceptance, Values, and Social adaptability. As a result of the analysis of the data according to each research method, it was found that participation in dance voluntary services for disabled children resulted in a positive influence on self-identity of students. Statistically significant differences were found in Confidence, Self-regulation, Values, Future plans, Self-acceptance, and Social adaptability according to participation in the voluntary services, their participation attitude, motive of participation, type of school (4-year or 2-3 year courses), and academic performances. This study is meaningful in that it encourages voluntary service activities in teaching dance by university students for the purpose of establishing their self-identity by understanding vivid changes in self-identity through voluntary service activities in dances for disabled children; and, that it suggests positive aspects of dance for the welfare of disabled children and a return of benefit to the community.

        특수체육 : 무용요법이 다운증후군 아동의 인성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of 8-weeks dance therapy on personality of Children with Down Syndrome. 12 Subject, 8 to 14 years children with Down syndrome, participated the dance therapy program movement activities. Their recognition capacity is educationally limited. Before the study, 12 subjects were evaluated in their personality based on Korean Personality Inventory for Children(KPI-C). After 8 weeks on participation in the dance therapy program, they were evaluated in the same manner. Established on the basis of Marian Chace theory, the dance therapy program for this study was in consideration of the emotions of children with Down syndrome in Korea. The supervised dance therapy program was conducted for 3 days a week during 8 weeks of the experiment. Pair t-test analysis methods were used for this task, and raw data were transformed for the normal distribution.Results were drawn as follows:1. There is a significant difference in F scale of validity scale between before dance therapy program and after.2. There is a significant difference in VDL scale of clinics scale between before dance therapy program and after.In conclusion, the dance therapy for 8 weeks possibly helps the Children with Down syndrome improve their personality capacity. It is highly probable that the longer period of time they are invloved in the dance therapy program, the better result they can acquire.

        무용-신체활동 프로그램이 지적장애아동의 적응행동능력에 미치는 영향

        The research analyzed the effects on adaptive behavior ability of intellectually disabled children who engaged in a special dance-movement program for 20 weeks. For this study, the intellectually disabled children participated in an athletic dance class for students with disabilities at "D" university located in Gyeonggi-Do were selected as the study subject. They selected 10 children with no previous dance experience but are possible for dance education to take part in a special dance-movement program from March in 2009 to July in 2009 for a total of twenty weeks. The control group selected 10 disabled students of B university located in Seoul, who did not have participate any program related to this research, and had any previous dance experience. The group also compared their adaptive behavior ability over 20 weeks. Based on the research, first of all, it appeared that the special dance-movement program had an impact on the attentive effect of intellectually disabled children. After comparing and analyzing the data of after and before the special dance-movement program was applied, there were statistically relevant attentive improvements for the 5 lower half of the study. We should improve the adaptive behavior of intellectually disabled children by developing diversified dance-movement programs through this research.

        인문,사회과학편 : 무용요법에 따른 다운증후군 아동의 정서발달 변화

        본 연구는 무용요법 프로그램에 따른 다운증후군 아동의 정서발달 변화를 검증하고 이를 실제 현장에 적용함으로써, 사회적응에 어려움을 보이는 장애 아동들의 학습에 실질적인 기초 자료 제공과 함께 무용요법의 학문으로서의 정립에 도움을 주고자 한다. 다운증후군 아동의 정서발달 변화를 객관적으로 측정하기 위하여 선정된 교육가능급 아동 11명에게 8주간 마리안 체이스(Marian Chace)의 무용요법 원리를 본 연구에 맞게 수정, 보완하여 만든 무용요법 프로그램을 실시하였다. 사전, 중간, 사후의 3회에 걸친 검사의 t-test 결과, Buck에 의해 만들어진 HTP검사의 하위변인인 집, 나무, 사람 그리기에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보여, 무용요법이 다운증후군 아동의 정서발달에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인임을 검증하였다. By applying dance therapy programs to the children with Down syndrome for 8 weeks and investigating the effect of the programs, the clinical value of the dance therapy and the knowledge bases for it would be built and examined. To evaluate the effect of dance therapy for 8 weeks on emotional development of children with Down syndrome, the following study was performed. The experimental group were 11 children with Down syndrome participating physical training class for disabled people held by S university graduate school after getting consent from their parents. Before treatment in all study subjects, the baseline emotional development was examined by House-Tree-Person(HTP)test. The variables of HTP test were pictures of house, tree and person. During 8 weeks study period, the dance therapy program was applied to the experimental group three times in a week. After 4 weeks treatment and at the time of completion, the HTP test was also done as the same manner of baseline evaluation. Analysis of their emotional development by HTP test revealed. The house, tree and person variables were gradually improved in proportion to the sessions of dance therapy program. In conclusion, it is suggested that dance therapy could improve emotional development in children with Down syndrome. Moreover, this might induce proper mental and psychological development in these handicapped children.

        발달장애학생의 신체활동 지도에 대한 예비특수체육교사의 낯설고 익숙한 경험: 사이클 프로그램의 사례

        이 연구는 발달장애 학생에게 신체활동을 지도하는 예비특수체육교사를 대상으로 어떠한 상황을 경험하는가에 대해, 특히 예비특수체육교사가 발달장애인에게 신체활동 제공을 위한 준비요건에서 나타나는 낯설지만 익숙한 경험을 탐색하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구 참여자는 특수체육교육과에 재학 중이면서 장애학생을 대상으로 사이클 프로그램을 지도하고 있는 대학생을 예비특수체육교사로 조작적 정의하여 총 4명으로 구성하였고, 반구조화된 질문지를 통해 사이클 프로그램의 시행과정에서 예비특수체육교사가 지각하는 문제점과 효과를 질적 접근을 통해 면밀히 살펴보고 분석하였다. 이상의 과정을 토대로 도출된 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비특수체육교사는 낯선 장소에서 사이클 프로그램을 진행하는 과정에서 다양한 환경적 요인에 노출되어 있었다. 둘째, 장애학생과 예비특수체육교사 간에는 친밀감과 라포 형성이 매우 중요하다고 제시되었지만, 실질적으로 장애학생의 특성파악이나 동기적 요소의 강화는 제한되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비특수체육교사들은 IEP의 원리를 잘 이해하고, 이를 개별화교육을 통해 체계적으로 적용하고 있었다. 그러나 실제 행정적 영역과 진단 및 평가는 다소 소홀히 하거나 주관성에 의존하는 문제를 보였다. 넷째, 예비특수체육교사들은 반성적 사고를 통한 교수문제점 분석, 계획수립과 적용을 통해 장애정도와 현재수행능력을 고려하여변형수준을 판단하고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate what kind of situation a pre-adapted physical education teacher, especially, to explore the unfamiliar and familiar experiences of the preparation adapted physical education teachers in the preparation requirements for providing physical activity to people with developmental disabilities. the study participants consisted of 4 students who defined as a pre-adapted physical education teacher to teaching the cycle program for the students with developmental disabilities, the problems and effects perceived by pre-adapted physical education teachers in the implementation of cycle program were closely examined and analyzed through qualitative approach through semistructured questionnaires. The conclusion of this study, based on the above process, is as follows. First, the pre-adapted physical education teachers were exposed to various environmental factors in the course of the cycle program in an unfamiliar place. Second, it is suggested that intimacy and rapport are very important between the students with developmental disabilities and the adapted physical education teachers. However, the understanding of characteristics of students with developmental disabilities and the strengthening of motivational factors are limited. Third, pre-adapted physical education teachers understood the principles of IEP and systematically applied them through individualized education. However, the actual administrative area and the diagnosis and evaluation showed a problem that was somewhat neglected or dependent on subjectivity. Fourth, pre-adapted physical education teachers were judging the level of deformation by considering the degree of disability and current performance ability through analysis of teaching problem through reflective thinking, planning and application.

        정신지체인(精神遲滯人)을 대상(對象)으로 한 무용료법(舞踊療法) 프로그램에 관한 理論的 考察

        人間의 歷史는 움직임으로서 始作된다. 이 움직임은 인간의 內的인 感情과 外部的인 環境에 대해 反應하며, 특히 舞踊이라는 領域에서 더욱더 빛을 나타낸다. 舞踊은 人間의 感情이나 思想을 身體의 움직임으로 形象化시킨다. 舞踊이 어떠한 器具나 制約없이 人間 內面의 世界를 자유롭게 表現할 수 있음을 말해 준다. 이와 같이 舞踊이 가지는 特徵的인 面을 基盤으로 하는 舞踊療法은 身體的, 精神的 缺陷이 있는 患者들로 하여금 身體的 움직임을 통해 自身의 內面 世界를 認識하도록 하는 것이다. 이를 基礎로 하여 올바른 身體象을 깨닫게 하고, 더 나아가 患者 자신의 正常的인 社會 復歸를 誘導하게 된다. 本稿는 舞踊療法의 治療的 價値를 理論的으로 糾明하는데서 出發하여 이 理論을 精神遲滯人에게 適用하여 어떠한 治療效果를 期待할 수 있는가에 重點을 두었다. 제 2장에서는 硏究의 對象인 精神遲滯人에 관한 精神醫學的 側面을 다루어 特徵的 行動樣式을 把握하였다. 제 3장에서는 舞踊療法의 전반적 槪念과 治療 效果에 관하여 硏究하였다. 제4장에서는 硏究 對象인 精紳遲滯人을 실제로 舞踊療法과 관련지어 效果的 治療 方法을 위한 舞踊療法 프로그램을 設計하였다. 以上과 같은 硏究 內容을 根據로 하여 다음과 같은 結論을 導出할 수 있었다 첫째, 舞踊療法을 통해 感情 表現을 誘導하고 움직임의 潛在能力을 開發시킨다. 둘째, 緊張된 筋肉을 弛緩시킴으로써 安靜된 情緖를 獲得하며, 身體的 疲勞를 解消시킨다. 셋째, 그룹 爲主의 舞踊療法의 形態는 他人들과의 接觸을 社會的으로 提供한다. 이를 통해 社會的 經驗을 터득하고 身體의 敏捷性, 平衡性, 交叉性 向上에 도움을 준다. All the human history must be made of movement. All these motions the dance is particularly only one status of expressing by its own body through the space modification by manifesting human being's feeling or thought. The art of status of which the dance can only poses by expressing without any apparatus or interference freely the character of human being's inner world. Therefore the dance therapy aims to help patients perceive patient's inner world by experience of body movement instead of by words, who are lack of spiritual and physical experience. It also help patients feel their right self-estimation, perceive physical movement and bring them back to the their normal social life through effective dance therapy. This study is concentrated on how much of therapy effect could be expected by adapting this theory to the patients with mental deficiency, based on logically studying the therapy worthiness of dance therapy. In chapter 2, the characteristic manner and type has been found out by the spiritual medical viewpoint for the mental deficiency. In chapter 3, the overall concept of the dance therapy and curing effect has been studied. In chapter 4, the dance therapy program has been adapted for the purpose of effective curing method by actually linking dance therapy with mentally deficient patients. There is a final conclusion based on the aforementioned results of the study. Firstly, movement ability was developed by inducting the manifestation of emotional expression through dance therapy. Secondly, physical stress can be diminished and emotion stabilized by relaxing tired muscles by dance movement therapy. Thirdly, the characteristics of dance therapy utilizing a group mainly becomes a foundation of obtaining new formation of social experience through the contacts with other people, which occurs naturally, and dance therapy help to patients have balanced body.
