호텔서비스 품질개선 방안에 관한 연구 : Focused on Rich Calton Hotel in Seoul

Recently, the wants and needs of hotel customers in high quality product and service is increasing more and mare. Therefore the strategic role of quality management is important in a successful hotel company. So, the problems of quality are drawing close high speedily as important strategic issue. However, the major study of quality was focused on product's quality until now. The study of service quality was in short supply and was researched on customers' evaluation of service quality. But the study of service quality is very important not only customers' viewpoint but also service employees'. The purpose of this study was to organize literature related to the service quality and the prescriptions for improving service quality, and to propose the improvements of service quality for hotel management. To accomplish the purpose of the study, following objectives were established: To build a theoretical system for the hotel service quality and the prescriptions for improving service quality in hotels by literature review. As a conclusion, this study attempts to organize literature related to service quality of hotel and the prescriptions for improving service quality of hotel, and to propose the improvements of service quality for hotel management. The author hopes advancements of service quality and prescriptions for improving service quality, and utilization of study results to the real situation in every tourist hotel. Futhermore in the future, the study should be oriented to the exact of research and in depth research for service quality of hotel wall recommended.

Since Maglev vehicle is run over an elevated guideway, the vibrational characteristics of guideway affect the running behavior of the vehicle and guideway. The design of a guideway has a strong effect on the costs of constructing guideways, therefore optimized design of the guideway satisfying running performance is needed for the commercialization of the Maglev vehicle. With an analysis program for dynamics of Maglev vehicles, the dynamic responses of the Maglev vehicle with electromagnet suspension are numerically analyzed according to changes in fundamental natural frequency ratio of a guideway.

The study investigated the effects of relationship marketing factors and the outsourcing usage level on outsourcing performance in the service industry of hotels. In particular, the study explored whether outsourcing performance was affected by the level of resistance among the organizational members. The analyses of the data showed the following results. First, the opportunistic behavior of the outsourcees had a negative effect on relationship quality and the outsourcing usage level in hotel industry. Second, communication positively affected the quality of the relationship, but not the outsourcing usage level. Third, the service quality also positively affected the quality of the relationship and the outsourcing usage level. Fourth, the personal relationship between the outsourcers and the outsourcees did not significantly affect the relationship quality or the outsourcing usage level. Fifth, the relationship quality between the outsourcers and the outsourcees did not significantly affect the outsourcing usage level, but it positively affected outsourcing performance. Sixth, the outsourcing usage level affected outsourcing performance, confirming the positive aspect of outsourcing. The electromagnet in Maglev vehicles controls the voltage in its winding to maintain the air gap, a clearance between the electromagnet and guideway, within an allowable deviation, with strongly interacting with the flexible guideway. Thus, the vibration characteristics of guideway plays important role in dynamics of Maglev vehicles using electromagnet as an active suspension system. The effects of the guideway's vibrational characteristics on dynamics of the Maglev vehicle UTM-01 are analyzed. The coupled equations of motion of the vehicle/guideway with 3 DOFs are derived. Eigenvalues are calculated and frequency response analysis is also performed for a clear understanding of the dynamic characteristics due to guideway vibration characteristics. To verify the results, tests of the urban Mgalev vehicle UTM-02 are carried out. It is recommended that the natural frequency of the guideway be minimized and its damping ratio in the Maglev vehicle with a 5-states feedback control law as a levitation control law.

Electromagnetic suspension, the suspension system used for Maglev trains, is now being applied to urban and inter-city transportation systems, offering environmental benefits. This suspension system is actively controlled to stabilize the suspended vehicle as it runs over an elevated guideway, which, for various reasons, may have deviations in its height. For this reason, frequency responses of the suspension to height deviations must be predicted in the system design cycle. The equations of motion of the electromagnetic suspension employing the 5 state feedback control law are derived for frequency analysis. The results of this paper could be used to determine design requirements for the urban Maglev transportation system currently under development in Korea.

The irregularities in the guideways used in the Maglev transportation system that result from surface roughness and deflection of guideway have strong effects on the dynamic characteristics of Maglev vehicles, because the electromagnetic suspension of Maglev vehicles strongly interacts with the guideway. For this reason, a numerical prediction of air gap responses to these irregularities is desirable to improve aspects of running performance, such as stability and passenger comfort, while minimizing aesthetic impact and construction cost. This paper presents a procedure to predict the air gap response which is a criteria for stability, and investigates the responses with the goal of attaining higher travel speeds in the urban Maglev vehicle UTM-01 utilizing electromagnetic suspension.
