무도상 궤도는 유도상 궤도와는 다르게 온도의 영향을 받는 콘크리트 슬래브로 구성이 되어있다. 현 재 궤도-교량 상호작용 해석시 해석의 간편화를 위하여 침목, TCL(Track Concrete Layer), PCL(Protection Concrete Layer)을 교량상판과 일체화하여 모델링을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온도 하중으로 인한 상호작용 저감을 위해 궤도 슬래브와 교량 상판을 분리한 모델을 개발하였으며, TCL과 교량상판사이의 마찰력을 고려하기 위해 TCL을 궤도-교량 상호작용 모델에 적용하고 해석을 수행하 였다.

For many decades, the railway was constructed using tracks with jointed rails of relatively short lengths in accordance with rolling and handling technology. The joints cause many drawbacks in the track and lead to significant maintenance cost. So, railroad engineers became interested in eliminating joints to increase service loads and speeds by improving rolling, welding, and fastening technology. Continuous welded rail(CWR) track has many advantages over the conventional jointed-rail track. But, in the case of the elimination of rail joints, it may cause the track to be suddenly buckled laterally by thermal and vehicle loads. Thermal loads are caused by an increase in the temperature of railway track. In this paper, CWR track model and CWRB program are developed for linear buckling analysis using finite element method(FEM). The finite element discretization is used with a total of 14 degrees of freedom for each rail element. The stiffness of the fastener, tie, and ballast bed are included by a set of spring elements. The investigation on the buckling modes and temperature of CWR track is presented in the paper.

개착식 구조물이나 교량 구조물과 같은 도시철도 시설물을 대상으로 시행한 내진성능 예비평가체계는 도시 철도 시설물이 지녀야하는 특성을 고려하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 특히 교량 구조물의 경우에는 도로교의 내진성능 예비평가체계를 그대로 적용하여 사용하고 있어 도시철도 교량 구조물에 적용하기에는 비현실적인 평가 항목들이 존 재한다. 그리고 각 시설물에 대한 예비평가 항목들을 산정할 때 적절한 근거가 없어 평가 결과의 신뢰성을 확보하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 내진성능 예비평가 체계의 문제점을 분석하고 수정(개정) 안을 제시한다. There is a few problems in the preliminary seismic performance evaluation procedure of subway infrastructures, such as cut-and-cover tunnel structures and bridge structures, recently because the characteristics of subway infrastructures are not properly considered in the procedure. In particular, the evaluation procedure of vehicular bridge structures is applied to subway bridges without any modification. Moreover, the present evaluation procedure is lack of both theoretical and empirical backgrounds, which makes the evaluation less reliable. This paper presents problems in the existing preliminary evaluation procedure and proposes possible modification(revision) to the procedure.

In this paper, firstly, 3-D CWR track model and CWRB program exactly considering the influence of tie are developed for linear static and buckling analysis using finite element method. Characteristics of CWR track model are using 7-dof"s beam element as rail, Offset technic exactly considering centroid axies difference of track components(rail, rail-pad-fastener, tie), and Thermal gradient considering thermal difference of top flange and bottom flange in rail section.. second,, Through the static and linear buckling analysis by CWRB, Influences of various track components (rail, ballast, fastener, tie and so on..) on CWR track behavior and stability was characterized.

CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) has many advantage over the conventional jointed rail track. The use of CWR track not only reduces the track maintenance cost, but increase the life cycle of track components. As the use of CWR increases in track structures, derailing disasters associating with track buckling also increase in great numbers due to high compressive thermal stress. Despite the importance, the number of studies relevant to the instability is quite limited. In this paper, It considers the contribution of rail-pad-fastener resistance, uplift of tie and nonlinear analysis. Influence of various track components on CWR track temperature and mode shape were characterized.

레일 체결스프링은 레일 저부에서 레일과 침목 사이를 탄성적으로 고정시키는 가장 중요한 궤도 부품 중 하나이다. 궤도에서 발생하는 횡압은 체결 스프링에 생기는 압축응력이 인장 응력으로 변환되는 등 텐션 클램프 내 응력에 큰 영향을 미치며 응력의 크기는 초기체결력과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 침목에서 사용되는 탄성 레일 체결장치의 초기체결 시 응력거동을 유한요소해석과 실험을 통하여 비교·분석하였다. A rail fastening spring is one of the most important part for fixing elastically between the sleeper and the rail of the rail bottom. Lateral stress occurred to tracks influences closely on changing compressive stress to tension stress and amount of stress is closely related to initial clamping force in tension clamp. In this study, Stress behavior is analyzed throughout the experiment and FE analysis when the initial clamping of elastic fastening used for concrete sleeper.
