      • 주파수 응답함수를 이용한 고정밀 장비의 진동허용규제치 결정기법에 관한 연구

        In the case of a precision equipment, it requires a vibration free environment to provide its proper function. Especially, lithography and inspection devices, which have sub-nanometer class high accuracy and resolution, have come to necessity for producing more improved giga class semiconductor wafers. This high technology equipments require very strict environmental vibration standard in promotion to the accuracy of the manufacturing, inspecting devices. The vibration criteria are usually obtained either by the real vibration exciting test on the equipment or by the analytical calculation. The former is accurate but requires a great deal of time and efforts while the latter lacks reliability. This paper proposes a new method to solve this problem at a time. The permissible vibration level to a precision equipment can be easily obtained by analyzing the process of Frequency Response Function(FRF). This paper also demonstrates its effectiveness by applying the proposed method to finding the permissible vibration criteria of a Computer Hard Disk Drive.

      • 준 경험기법을 이용한 고집적 반도체공장의 미진동 제어를 위한 구조물의 동적설계에 관한 연구

        Modern technology depends on the reliability of extremely high technology equipments. In the production of semiconductor wafer, optical and electron microscopes, ion-beam, laser device must maintain their alignments within a nanometer. This equipment requires a vibration free environment to provide its proper function. Especially, lithography and inspection devices, which have sub-nanometer class high accuracy and resolution, have come to necessity for producing more improved giga and tera class semiconductor wafers. This high technology equipments require very strict environmental vibration standard, vibration criteria, in proportion to the accuracy of the manufacturing, inspecting devices. This paper deals with the structural dynamic design in high class semiconductor factory in order to be satisfied more strict vibration criteria for high sensitive equipment.

      • 비선형 시스템의 제한된 dynamic feedback 을 사용한 선형화

        The dynamic feedback is well-known to be much more powerful tool in control than the static one. This paper deals with the dynamic feedback linearization of the nonlinear systems which are not (static) feedback linearizable. The dynamic feedback linearization problem is however too difficult to solve at momemt. Thus we introduce a restricted class of the dynamic feedback (pure integrators followed by the static feedback) which is often used to study the problems using dynamic feedback and obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions of the linearization problem using this class of the dynamic feedback.

      • 2중방진 시스템의 실험적 거동해석

        Two types of vibration problems are encountered in industrial field: active isolation and passive isolation. In a passive type of vibration isolation, a foundation of a delicated machinery such as TEM, SEM, inspection- probe test, photolithograph, etc. is designed to have a vibration amplitude lower than an acceptable limit. In an active type, the isolation is focused on the vibration reduction caused by the machine itself(pump, motor, press, compressor, etc.). The foundation for such a machine should be so designed as to reduce the transmitted vibration below the permissible level prescribed. At any case, a transmissibility and stability must to be considered. Since an active isolation type is aimed for a vibration source, it is useful to isolate the transmitted vibrations energy from a major vibration source at the specific location. In this paper, a designed methodology of double anti-vibration system has been examined in order to have low transmissibility and reliable stability. Also experiment of scale model behavior has been conducted. Finally, the experiment output of the transfer function is compared to the analytical data.

        문화자치를 위한 지역창작자의 법적보호

        This paper examines the protections and limitations of the current law on local creators from the perspective of cultural autonomy. The Constitution guarantees the basic cultural rights and the Framework Act on Culture(FAC) and other regulations makes them concrete. However, there is a lack of legal mechanisms to recognize the importance of local creators and protect them. Many countries strive to enhance regional creativity and protect local creators by emphasizing autonomous creativity by introducing legal systems that are appropriate to their cultural environment and circumstances. This paper examines the laws related in the US, UK, and Japan, and draws implications for legislative improvement. In conclusion, the value of creation is more emphasized in the FAC, etc., and norms should be improved through local government ordinances that can reflect the characteristics of local creativity.

        골프 중계방송에서 선수 노출량에 영향을 미치는 요인 -미 PGA Tour선수를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to analyzes how the players influencing the factors of exposedness of players on golf broadcasting. In order to measure the exposure quantity of PGA players on broadcasting, this study is conducted by selecting recent two years' four golf games in Korea broadcasting and measuring the exposure time (per second) of 183 players who are PGA Tour participants among 213 players for this study. The collected data were calculated by using Window SPSS/PC 12.0 version of statistical program, and several methods of analysis are used such as descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis, and Independent samples t-test. The results of this study could be summarized below :First, the influencing factors of exposure of players are 1)the world ranking, 2)top 10 records, 3)the number of championship, 4)greens in regulation percentage, 5)putting ability while the driving distance dose not influence at all. Especially, the top 10 records, greens in regulation percentage, and putting ability negatively affect. Second, the result shows there is significant difference in statistical result between the players who has been issued and players who has not. That is, issued players have higher exposure quantity than players who were not issued do. Third, there was no noteworthy difference in statistic between American players and none American players. That is, there is no difference of exposure quantity between none Americans and Americans. Lastly, difference of exposure quantity between the players whose ages are youths and whose ages are more than middle ages are not significant statistically. 이 연구는 골프 중계방송에서 선수 노출량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 미국 PGA투어 선수들의 노출량을 측정하기 위하여 최근 2년 간 국내TV에 중계 방송된 대회 중에서 4개 대회를 선정하여 이 대회에 참가했던 213명 중 183명을 대상으로 노출시간(초)을 측정하여 자료를 수집 하였으며, 자료분석은 Window용 SPSS/PC 12.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계(descriptive statistics) 및 Pearson 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석(multiple regress analysis), 모집단 차이검증(t-test) 방법을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 그 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선수노출량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 세계랭킹, TOP10기록, 우승횟수, 그린 적중율, 퍼트능력의 5가지 요인으로 나타났으며, 특히 TOP10기록과 그린 적중율, 퍼트능력은 부(-)적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이슈가 있는 선수집단과 그렇지 않은 선수집단 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 이슈가 있는 선수집단이 그렇지 않은 선수집단에 비해 노출량이 많았다. 셋째, 미국국적 선수집단과 비 미국국적 선수 집단 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 미국국적 선수집단과 비 미국국적 선수집단 간에 노출량의 차이가 없었다. 마지막으로 청년층 선수집단과 장년층 선수집단 간의 차이는 장년층 선수집단이 더 높은 평균을 나타내고 있었지만 이들 집단 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.
