        Recently, according as request for parts of complex shape is increased, 5-axis machining has been studied actively. A impeller is a important part that is used at turbo engines of airplane and automobile, compressors, etc and it is representative part that 5-axis machining is necessary. In this research, to product a impeller using 5-axis cutting method, 5-axis machining center was evaluated in terms of its dynamic characteristics and thus cutting conditions were optimized. Also, in 5-axis cutting, cutting force signals were measured and analyzed. Finally cutting properties were invested to find optimum tool path for 5-axis cutting of an impeller.

        고로슬래그 다량치환 콘크리트의 원전 콘크리트 적용을 위한 내구성능 평가

        이 연구에서는 고로슬래그 다량 치환 콘크리트의 원전 콘크리트 적용을 위하여 기존 원전 콘크리트와의 내구성능 비교 및 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 고로슬래그를 50% 치환한 콘크리트의 압축강도는 초기강도는 기존 원전 콘크리트보다 낮지만, 우수한 장기강도를 나타내었다. 반면, 기존 원전 콘크리트의 초기강도는 높았지만, 장기강도 발현율이 낮게 나타났다. 내구성능의 평가결과, 고로슬래그를 50% 치환한 콘크리트의 내구성능은 모든 평가항목에서 플라이애시 20% 치환 콘크리트와 비교하여 동등이상의 성능을 나타내었다. 특히. 저강도에서의 고로슬래그 50% 치환한 콘크리트는 염해 저항성과 탄산화 저항성, 동결융해 저항성의 향상효과가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 반면, 감마선 조사에 따른 콘크리트 압축강도와 화학성분의 변화는 미미하게 나타났다. This study evaluated the durability of nuclear power plant concrete. The main parameters were the water-to-binder ratio and admixture type. The results revealed that high-volume ground granulated blast-furnace slag(GGBS) concrete had lower initial strength, while the strength reached higher after 28 days. On the other hand, the initial strength of fly ash blended concrete was high, but the long-term strength of the robbery was low. The measured durability of GGBS blended concrete was found to be better than that of the existing concrete mix for use in the construction of nuclear power plants. Especially, the GGBS blended concrete was more durable than the fly ash blended concrete in terms of chloride attack, carbonation resistivity and freezing–thawing durability in low compressive strength. The effects of concrete compressive strength according to gamma rays were minor.

        This paper describes a design of trasducer for non-invasively detecting pressure radial pulse wave in aterial system and a recording system that for the striding the aterial pulse diagnosis of korean traditional medicine. The mechanism of transducer is composed of sensing mechanism, pressure sensor, conditioning amplifier. The variation of radial pulse pressure in the sensing mechanism is converted to the electric signal by piezo-resistive pressure sensor and it converted to the digital signal after preprocessing via A/D converter. The converted signals inputed to the computer as data files and then it display to the monitor for waveform watching and this datas can be used as the aterial pulse diagnosis data. This system effectively detect non-differential radial pulse wave and we conside that if analizing the recorded radial pulse wave, compared each other, it can be helpful in quantify radial pulse wave diagnosis of the Korean traditionl medicine.

        In this paper, we have searched for the optimal electro-stimulation condition which for the electrotactile matrix device. The required parameters of electro-stimulus condition for the experiments are waveforms, frequency stimulation intensity, duty ratio. As a result, when we gave a stimulation to finger's skin with monophasic, biphasic and differential phasic waveform, the most appropriate stimulation condition was 200 to 250[Hz] in frequency, 10 to 25[%] in duty ratio. A Burst type pulse was more sensitive than that of the continuous pulse.
