This study investigated the properties of lightweight foamed concrete by using surfactant and synthetic foaming agent, lightweight aggregate. The effects of foaming agent types and replacing ratio of lightweight aggregate on the compressive strength, density and pore structure of the concrete were investigated. This study showed the improvement of important properties of lightweight foamed concrete. Lower pore distribution and correspondingly higher compressive strength values were reached. Also, synthetic foaming agent had more positive effect on the strength of foamed concrete.

This study investigated the properties of foamed concrete by using surfactant foaming agent and synthetic foaming agent. The samples were assessed by XRD analysis and simultaneous SEM was used to study their pore distribution. This study showed the improvement of important properties of foamed concrete. Lower pore distribution and correspondingly higher compressive strength values were reached. Also, synthetic foaming agent had more positive effect on the strength of foamed concrete.

This study analyzes the properties of foam according to the concentration of vegetable foaming agent that is used in traditional and mixed foaming agent of developing stage, and confirms how the foams influence foamed concrete by searching for properties of foamed concrete according to replacing ratio of vegetable foaming agent and mixed foaming agent. This is for the purpose of providing basic data for the use of foamed concrete through improvement on the problem such as unstability, falling in fluidity and the strength of existed foaming agent.

Recently, the ultra high-strength concrete of 100MPa~150MPa has been used on construction site by high-rise building above the story of 100. Currently 60MPa~l00MPa temperature hysteresis analysis of the concrete it came to accomplish, but 100MPa the analysisthe above accomplished and support it was not. The concrete 27MPa~150MPa until it will do an insulation temperature rise test from the research. It will examine a FEM adiabatic temperature analysis and at temperature characteristic of ultra high-strength concrete.

Corrosion of rebar in RC structures, which results in premature deterioration of reinforced concrete structures, is a very serious problem. Most corrosion monitoring and sensing technologies require some type of wired or wireless connection between the sensor and monitoring electronics. This causes significant problems in their installation and long-term use. In this paper we describe a corrosion monitoring technology of rebar in reinforced concrete structures. Especially, it is emphasize that the development of sensors and monitoring system not only occurrence of rebar corrosion but also penetration of deterioration factor such like chloride ion and carbon dioxite etc..

수화반응 모델을 이용한 2성분계 콘크리트의 단열온도상승 예측에 관한 연구

Granulated slag and fly ash, silica fume are among the industrial by-products and have been widely used as mineral admixture in high performance concrete and high strength concrete. Due to the reaction between calcium hydroxide and fly ash or slag, compared with Portland cement, the hydration of concrete containing fly ash or slag, silica fume is much more complex. In this paper, it is considered that hydration products, Ca(OH)₂ is consumed with pozzolan reaction of mineral admixtures. A numerical model is proposed to simulate the hydration of concrete containing fly ash or slag, silica fume. The heat release rate of fly ash or slag, silica fume blended concrete is determined from the contribution of both cement hydration and reaction of mineral admixtures. Furthermore, a temperature rise in blended concrete is evaluated based on the degree of hydration of cement and mineral admixtures. The proposed model is verified with experimental data on the concrete with different water-to-binder ratios and mineral admixtures substitution ratios.
