In this paper, we standardized the water operation system picture, process control logic, realtime database and system configuration. All aspects, including monitoring & controlling processes, symbols such as pumps, valves and pipes were standardized. As a result we have developed a specialized Integrated water operation system, iWater. We have developed a variety of advanced application programs that are essential for water treatment systems, such as IWS (Integrated Warning system), MBO(modbus opc)/LSE(LS ethernet) driver, video monitoring, self diagnosis system, network monitoring, etc. IWS prevents water supply accidents by using a variety of alarms and warning messages. Drivers have the flexibility to communicate with other 3rd party systems. We expect that iWater will eliminate any concerns regarding water-related issues while also promoting the production and fair distribution of clean water.
장애학생의 공격행동에 따른 특수교사의 심리적 소진 경험 및 지원요구

이 연구의 목적은 장애학생의 공격행동을 경험한 특수교사를 대상으로 질적연구의 심층면담을 통해 장애학생의 공격행동으로 인한 특수교사의 심리적 소진 및 심리적 소진 경감을 위한 지원요구에 대해 그들의 경험을 귀납적으로 밝히는 것이다. 연구참여자는 총 11명으로 초등학교와 중·고등학교의 경력 14년 이상의 특수교사로 구성되었다. 이 교사들에 대한 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI) 자료는 반복적 비교분석법으로 분석되었으며, 연구참여자 검토를 통해 내적타당도를 확인하였다. 분석 결과 3가지 대분류 영역: 특수교사로서 감당해야 하는 심리적 무게감, 그럼에도 불구하고 버틸 수 있는 힘, 특수교사의 심리적 소진 경감을 위한 다양한 지원요구에 대해 모두 11가지 하위주제가 도출되었다. 특수교사가 경험한 심리적 소진요인에 대한 다각적 묘사와 더불어 그 안에서 심리적 소진을 극복할 수 있는 요인과 지원요구가 추출되었다. 본 연구는 장애학생의 공격행동과 관련한 현재 특수교사의 상황을 질적연구 방법으로 특수교사 개인의 경험과 통찰에 기반한 의견으로 확인하였으며, 그 결과 특수교사의 심리적 소진 요소를 확인하면서 동시에 심리적 소진을 극복할 수 있는 방안도 함께 제시한다. 나아가 특수교사의 심리적 소진 경감을 위한 다양한 지원요구를 제안하면서 특수교사의 장애학생 공격행동 지도에 있어서의 심리적 지원 제공의 필요성과 나아갈 방향에 대해 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to inductively illuminate the experiences of special education teachers who have encountered aggressive behaviors from students with disabilities, focusing on the psychological burnout they endure and their support needs. This is achieved through in-depth qualitative interviews with a total of 11 participants, comprising special education teachers with over 14 years of experience at both elementary and secondary school levels. The data collected from focus group interviews (FGIs) were analyzed using the method of constant comparison, and internal validity was ensured through participant verification. The analysis identified three major thematic areas: the psychological burnout borne by special education teachers, the resilience that enables them to persevere, and the diverse needs for support to alleviate their psychological burnout-further delineating 11 sub-themes. This comprehensive depiction not only outlines the factors contributing to psychological burnout among special education teachers, but also extracts the elements and support needs. This research validates the current situation of special education teachers dealing with aggressive behaviors from students with disabilities through qualitative methods, based on the personal experiences and insights of the teachers themselves. It identifies the elements of psychological burnout and proposes strategies for overcoming it, thereby underscoring the need for psychological support in guiding students with aggressive behaviors and suggesting directions for future support mechanisms. This study's significance lies in its proposal of various needs for support to reduce psychological burnout among special education teachers; this highlights the importance of providing psychological support in the management of aggressive behaviors among students with disabilities.

Purpose: The present study was designed to identify cancer patients' needs when chemotherapy ends. Method: In-depth interview with focus questions was applied for the study. The participants were recruited from the patients receiving cancer chemotherapy in a university hospital. They were seven cancer patients with stomach cancer and two with liver cancer at the ending period of their chemotherapy protocol. Participants were interviewed on discharge date of last treatment and when they returned for the first outpatient follow-up. The focus question was 'what are your needs at this point?' The interviews were audio-taped and transcribed before analysis. The data were analyzed for common categories, special analytic categories, and conceptual categories. Results: Thirty two common categories, ten special analytic categories, and six conceptual categories were identified as patient's needs. The six conceptual categories were comfort needs, social needs, information needs, humanism needs, environmental needs, and self-efficacy needs. Conclusion: There were characteristic specific patients' needs when chemotherapy ends. There are needs to develop and to apply nursing intervention for cancer patients.

Fluid flow and temperature distribution inside a molten zinc bath were investigated by computational fluid dynamics method. Modeling the channel inductor where alternating current of 60㎐ was applied, Lorentz force and generated heat were obtained and later supplemented as source terms to momentum and heat equations. Inductor position was 100㎜ lowered and the effect on fliud flow was analyzed by comparing the computational results with the original inductor position one.

본 연구는 밭토양 내수성입단의 계절별 특성을 밝히고 파쇄프랙탈차원을 이용하여 대공극률과의 관계를 구명코자 수행하였다. 대상 토양은 토성이 다른 세 지점으로 고평통 (Fine, Typic Hapludalfs), 규암통 (Fine siltyover coarse silty, Fluvaquentic Eutrudepts), 중동통(Coarseloamy,TypicUdifluvents)으로 경기도에 위치하였다. 봄, 여름, 가을에 불교란 시료를 채취하고 내수성입단과 대공극률, 토양이화학성을 측정하였다. 내수성입단은 파쇄프랙탈차원(Df), 기하평균지름(GMD), 중량평균지름(MWD)의 세 가지로 계수화하였다. Df는 MWD보다 GMD와 상관이 높게 나타났고, 무차원의 입단파쇄과정에 근거하여서 실험에 사용한 입단크기와 전처리과정의영향을 덜 받아 내수성입단의 계수화에 적절하다고 판단할 수 있었다. 계절적으로 내수성입단은 여름>봄>가을 순으로 나타났고 생물활성과 토양수분의 영향으로 파악할 수 있었다. Df 3.1이하의 토양에서 Df와 대공극률과 역의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 특히 99 ㎛ 이상의 공극률과 상관이 높았으며 Df 3.1이상의 토양에서는 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 또한 Df 3.1이하의 토양에서는 대공극률과 포화수리전도도의 누승함수 적합도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 내수성입단의 파쇄프랙탈차원은 입단화에 의한 대공극형성과 해석에 유용하다고 판단할 수 있었다. The objectives of this study were to investigate the aggregate fragmentation in wet-sieving and to evaluate the relationship between the aggregate fragmentation fractal dimension and macro-porosity of upland soils, using three different textural types of soils including Gopyeng series (Fine, Typic Hapludalfs), Gyuam series (Fine silty over coarse silty, Fluvaquentic Eutrudepts), and Jungdong series (Coarse loamy, Typic Udifluvents) located in Gyeonggi province. Undisturbed soil samples with five replicates were seasonally sampled and used for measuring water stable aggregate, macropores, and physico-chemical properties of soils. The aggregate stability in wet-sieving was digitalized as three types of fragmentation fractal dimension (Df), geometric mean diameter (GMD), and mean weight diameter (MWD). Df had higher correlation with GMD than with MWD. Seasonal aggregate stability showed the highest values in summer, and decreased in the order of spring and autumn. The macroporosity had higher in topsoil, in autumn, and in ridge, than in plow pan layer, in summer, and in row, respectively. The relationship between Df and macroporosity, especially more than 99 m, showed high correlation only in soils with Df less than 3.1, which means more aggregated soils compared to soils with Df more than 3.1. Besides, in the soils with the fractal dimension less than 3.1, the power function relation between saturated hydraulic conductivity and macroporosity more than 99 m had relatively high determinant coefficient, and vice versa. Therefore, it could be thought that fragmentation fractal dimension is available for confirming macroporosity induced from aggregation.
