This paper introduces insulator pollutant accumulate pattern in the tunnel of korea railroad. To accomplish this goal, effective sample collecting method was proposed for the first step. Dust at the surface was collected directly. Distilled water and brush was used while collecting. Through this method dust is easily and accurately collected. The second step is pollutant analysis. Several analyze item is selected such as quantity, conductivity, contact angle, Optical Microscope(OM), IR, Equivalent Salt Deposit Density(ESDD), and ICP-AES. The third step, best represent tunnel was selected considering location, length and natural surroundings. Also to consider the difference at inside the tunnel, several bracket insulators were selected along to the location. To make the result precise, above procedure was repeated several times at the same target. Finally relation among type of train, numbers of movement, surroundings, length will be considered in combination with the pollution. With this result pollute map for KORAIL could be accomplished and inspect period will be optimized case by case
KTX 산천운행시 발생되는 전자파노이즈에 대한 AF궤도회로(TI-21) 신뢰성 확보방안 기술연구

KTX산천차량이 국내기술로 개발되어 현재 경부고속철도와 기존선구간인 경부선과 호남선, 경전선을 운행하고 있다. 2010년 KTX산천 영업시운전 당시 일반철도구간 경부선 및 호남선 하선구간 운행시 반대편 인근 상선의 특정한 궤도회로(AF궤도회로 “C” TYPE)가 오동작하여 신호기가 정지하는 현상이 발생하였으며 이에 대한 해결방안으로 “ C ”type AF궤도회로 수신기에 대해 노이즈 해석능력을 갖춘 디지털방식으로 개선하여 현재는 이와 같은 오동작 현상은 더 이상 발생하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개선된 궤도회로 수신기의 전자파노이즈 분해능력 원리, 시험 및 검증방법에 대하여 논하고자 한다. KTX-Sancheon, developed with Korean Technology, has been operated on Gyeongbu, Honam, Gyeongjeon normal lines and Geongbu high speed line. When the high speed trains were made a trial run on Gyeongbu and Honam downbound normal lines in 2010, The signals stop occurred since specific track circuits such as C type AF track circuits didn’t work properly on the upbound line opposite. To deal with this problem, we improved C type AF track circuit receivers from analog into digital type which have a noise analysis function so that the problem didn’t occur any longer. In this paper, we aimed at defining principles, a test and a way of verification about electromagnetic noise analysis function of the improved track circuit receivers.

KORAIL is one of the biggest consumer in electric power market so it is necessary to investigate power consumption pattern and optimize power rates. This paper presents simulation program for electric power rates define program based on billing system database. Base on the substation annual power usage DB data, the characteristic of the substation power consumption are investigated and effective electrical billing system are compared each other. Through this program it is verified that we can save more then several hundred million won for a year. Also electric train air condition power consumption was measured to figure the method how to reduce peak energy consumption.

In this paper, the existing analysis method for the total harmonic distortion (THD) and the voltage unbalance among power quality is presented. The existing method calculates based on the measured voltage value, but it is difficult to derive only the power quality value of railway operation since the voltage is affected by the commonly connected system. This study proposes a method of calculating the measured current value, power value, and system short-circuit capacity value. In order to verify the validity of the proposed method, the basic method and the proposed method were compared and analyzed based on the actual measured signals in the AC railway substation.
