Objectives:The purpose of this study was to identify characteristic Vibraimage parameters in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed subjects who were referred to the National Forensic Hospital in Gongju city for psychiatric evaluation between April 2019 and October 2019. After divided into two groups; Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders group and non-organic non-psychotic disorders group, Vibraimage parameters and MMPI-2 items were compared between the two groups. In addition, we investigated the relations between Vibraimage parameters and MMPI-2 items characteristic of schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders by using the Correlation analysis. Results:Compared to non-organic non-psychotic disorders group, Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders group scored low at Aggression (t=-2.752, p=0.007), Tension (t=-2.106, p=0.039), and Suspects (t=-2.617, p=0.011); high at Neuroticism (t=4,215, p<0.001) in the Vibraimage, and the group scored comparatively high at Sc (Schizophrenia) (t=-2.099, p=0.039) and low at Hy (Hysteria) (t=-2.228, p=0.029) in the MMPI-2. The Sc (Schizophrenia) item in the MMPI-2 showed a negative correlation with Suspect parameter (r=0.242 p=0.035) and positive correlation with Neuroticism parameter (r=0.267, p=0.02) in the Vibraimage. Conclusion:Our findings suggest that Suspect and Neuroticism parameters of the Vibraimage were characteristic in schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, and showed potential as diagnostic tools, especially in psychiatric evaluations.

Theatre architecture reflects various side of in terms of cultural desire of people in that period. Concept of theatre space covers many different notion by the artist, historian and scholars. In 21st Century, Meanings of theatre architecture are diversified and renew itself through dynamic international and intercultural encounter. First, direct communication between performer and audience, although very high-tech society, this definition is valid for today. place of an action, representation, an event presented by people for other people. Second, found spaces, converted space, theatre for every dramatic form, transformable space, this concept has been experimented by the visionary theatre artists. Third, theatre, as a historical land mark building, restoration work is popular in Europe, a significant part of theater is its value to local history and culture. Theatre is not only a architectural structure but a forum where we take part in a vibrant history and should feel cultural pride. Fourth, Modern theatre buildings are full of high-tech equipments instead of traditional way of control system. Fifth, Arts center are often planned as an integral component of downtown renewal and revitalization effort also it is become a Iconic building. In modern theatre building is fantastically complicate. It is also a place that conveys the spirit of our times, reflecting current fashions and innovations and put together by the star architect and technicians of today.

최근 철도차량의 차축베어링은 사용 및 적용에 있어 조립과 정비의 용이성, 베어링 내 그리스의 적정성, 높은 신뢰성과 안전성이 요구되고 있으며, 이런 이유로 TIMKEN, NTN, FAG, NSK, SNR, SKF 등 철도선진국의 베어링을 수입하여 사용해 오고 있는 실정이다. 더구나 도시철도용 차축베어링과 같이 많은 하중과 진동, 등 특수환경에 사용하는 베어링의 부가가치는 매우 높으나 국내에서는 생산이 이루어지지 않으며, 적용의 복잡함 때문에 이에 관련된 기술 자료나 문헌을 구하기도 쉽지 않다. 따라서, 철도차량에 적용하는 베어링의 국산화 제품개발을 위해서는 국내 철도환경에서 이용하는 베어링 고장사례를 분석하고 고장의 유형과 원인을 파악하여 그 특성을 적용하는 것이 중요하다. 이번 연구는 최근 발생한 차축베어링의 파손사례를 분석하여 국산화 제품개발과정의 품질수준을 높이는데 도움이 되는 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. Recently, there is a need to use and adopt of axle bearings for railway vehicles which is ease of assembly and maintenance, adequacy of the grease in the bearing and high reliability and safety. For this reason, we are import and use a developed country railways bearing such as TIMKEN, NTN, FAG, NSK, SNR, SKF, etc. Moreover, axle bearing value for metro railway using in the special environment with heavy load and vibration is very high but this bearing does not produced in Korea because of the complexity of the technology applied and not easy to obtain materials or documents relating thereto in Korea. Therefore, it is important to analyze bearing failure cases which are used in the domestic environment and to identify the type and the cause of the fault to localize of the product development of the bearing which will be applied to rolling stock. This study is intended to analyze cases of axle bearing damage occurred recently and to raise the quality level of the product development and localization process.

The matrix tablet containing sodium alginate and CaHPO₄ can release drugs in a controlled fashion from hydrogel with gelling and swelling due to their interaction as water penetrates the matrices of the tablet. The purpose of this study was to evaluate release characteristics of the matrix tablet varying the amount of sodium alginate, CaHPO₄ and other excipients such as chitosan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and Eudragit^ⓡ RS100 in the simulated gastric and intestinal fluid. The practically soluble ibuprofen was used as a model drug. The release profiles of matrix tablet in the gastric fluid as a function of sodium alginate/CaHPO₄ ratio was not pronounced because of low solubility of drug and stability of alginate matrices. However, release rate of drug from the matrix tablet in the intestinal fluid was largely changed when sodium alginate/CaHPO₄ ratio was increased, suggesting that the ratio of sodium alginate/CaHPO₄ was an important factor to control the gelling and swelling of the matrix tablet. The incorporation of other excipients into the matrix tablet also influenced the release rate of drug. The chitosan and HPMC decreased the release rate of drug. No release of drug was occurred when Eudragit^ⓡ RS100 was added into the tablet. The retarded release of matrix tablet when excipients were added resulted from the hindrance of swelling and gelling of the matrix tablet containing sodium alginate and CaHPO₄. The hardness and bulk density of the matrix tablet was not correlated with release rate of drug in the study. From these findings, the ratio of sodium alginate and CaHPO₄ in the matrix tablet in addition to incorporation of excipients could be very important to control the release rate of drug in dosage form design.
고체분산체 및 포접화합물을 이용한 난용성 약물인 이부프로펜의 용출 속도의 증가

Solid dispersions and inclusion complex were prepared for the enhancement of solubility and dissolution rate of poorly water-soluble ibuprofen(IPF) as a model drug. Polyethylene glycol 4000(PEG4000) and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) were used for the preparation of solid dispersion. 2-Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(2-HPβCD) was also used for the preparation of inclusion complex. The solubility of IPF increased as the concentration of PEG4000, PVP and 2-HPβCD increased. Solubilization capacity of 2- HPβCD was increased about 10 times when compared to PEG 4000 and PVP. The dissolution rate of drug from solid dispersions and inclusion complex in the simulated gastric fluid was enhanced when compared to pure IPF and commercial BR4ⓡ tablet as a result of improvement of solubility. In case of solid dispersions, dissolution rate of drug was proportional to polymer concentration in the formulation. The marked enhancement of dissolution rate of drug by inclusion complexation with 2-HPβCD was noted. However, dissolution rate of drug from solid dispersions and inclusion complex in the simulated intestinal fluid was not significant because IPF was readily soluble in that condition. From these findings, water-soluble polymers and cyclodextrin were useful to improve solubility and dissolution rate of poorly water-soluble drugs. However, easiness and reliability of preparation method, scale-up and cost of raw materials must be considered for the practical application of solid dispersion and inclusion complex in pharmaceutical industry.
