      • TIG용접에서 전극봉의 각도와 실드가스 변화에 따른 용입부 형상 연구

        Mild steel (SS400), which has excellent workability and strength, is typically used in the production of various structures, vessels, chemical plants, and machinery tools in industry. An excellent welding unit should be flawless and highly efficient at all types of position welding. Following welding, a structure should have excellent mechanical properties and be crack resistant. Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding processes are divided into manual welding in which material and torch are manually manipulated by a welder, semi-automatic welding in which material is fed into a machine but where the torch is manually operated, and automatic welding in which both material and torch are operated by machines during the entire welding process. This study aims to compare and analyze the penetration shape variations based on electrode tip angles and shield gas changes during TIG welding. An experiment was conducted that showed that both the penetration shape and electrode angle changed when gas was used. In addition, the chemical components related to corrosion resistance were reduced, whereas those related to hardness were found to increase. Based on the results of this analysis, a more in-depth study should be conducted regarding the application of the processing method of electrodes when using gas.

        設計變更에 의한 工事金額의 영향에 관한 硏究

        Until now a problem between the standard ordering ruler and constructors which is held in its arms, and result construction cost is calculated at being strong, and occur in an ordering process by increase of the amount of resources, decrease, a drawing alteration has been untied in a lot of public institutions from 1970. A local public institution analyzed profit and loss of construction cost by a design change during construction in 0 buildings for 2001 years. Cost is 170,989,000,000 won with 387 cases, and a total ordering number is with design change number total 266 cases among this, and decrease is 2,009,000,000 won with 48 cases in 16,705,000,000 won with 218 cases increase 23.13% (464,000,000 won), loss occurred with 12.42% (249,000,000 won) the profit that occurred in an enforcement document of construction cost during decrease contents.

        설계도서 변경에 의한 실 공사비의 책정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is to provide an appropriate trade-off information for the conflicting interests caused by the various factors between building owner and contractor during selecting the contractor and performing the construction work, in which the construction was contracted by open bidding from the government or private organizations. In order to propose the legitimate evidence, the differences between the domestic contract sheet of drawing change and the process of drawing change and those of the foreign countries were compared and analysed. The number of construction ordered in Youngdong area in 2001 whose construction expenses are more than 100,000,000 won is 218 items and 147,005,000,000 won in total cost. Among them, the number of 218 items whose total cost amounts to 16,705,000,000 (11.36%) is in case of increase of construction expenses due to the drawing changes, and the number of 48 items whose total cost amounts to 2,009,000,000 won (1.37%) is the case of decrease. In conclusions, the contractor could have more benefits than the building owner in case they submit the detailed estimate sheet without eliminating the increasing expenses of construction. It is shown that the building owner's loss is increasing whenever the labor cost is higher than material cost. Therefore, this thesis proposes a proper standards for the harmonious compromise between the contractor and the building owner for the problems caused by the drawing changes when the contract agreement is occurred.

        In modern industry, carriage or keeping of distribution using transportation such as aircraft, sail, train, vehicle etc, is a common method. In this fierce manufacture site, to build storing facility which is lighter, longer, stronger and safer to carry is the way to economize transport cost. Container is being used most for distribution transport in industrial site. For that, we investigated how to produce containers faster without flaws, which material to choose, what proper welding method and speed are, and which welding wire or protective gas is good for keeping long span. Also examined, how hardness, chemical components and fatigue strength of material change, as welding was proceeded. Through assay of hardness, chemical analysis, and fatigue strength, identified how outer fault of welded part caused welding speed occurs. By attaining flawless welding conditions, this study will help for mass production of containers.

        In industrial sites trains or vehicles have been used to transport products as a general transportation way. For saving transportation cost it can be the key to produce a storing facility that is lighter, more long-lasting, stronger, and safer as the condition of the same weight. A container doesn t ask high technology to make but allows to carry lots of loads safely. Therefore It s important to achieve automated mass production system. In this study, its purpose is to manufacture a container that is durable and strong against corruption. Thanks to the welding wire diluted on the welding parts, ferritic stainless steel, and components of the weathering steel. To achieve the goal, GMAW welding varied on welding speed, welding wire, and protective gas is applied under the condition that ferritic stainless steel and weathering steel are folded so as to make a durable container compared to a common container. Supposing to know the changes of welded materials through the analyze of components variation after the completion of welding of using EN 12072 G 18-8 Mn welding wire, it s possible to create a better product by applying proper welding condition that can decrease welding defects.

        지역변인(서울과 도쿄)에 따른 20∼30대 여성의 웨딩드레스 디자인 디테일 선호도, 원츠, 선택기준 분석

        본 연구는 스포사벨라 글로벌 마케팅 전략을 위하여 서울시과 도쿄시 거주 여성의 웨딩드레스 디자인 선호도, 원츠, 선택 기준을 확인하고자 하였다. 서울과 도쿄에 거주하는 스포사벨라의 20-30대 고객 중에서 편의추출 샘플링(Convenience Sampling Method)을 사용하여 연구대상으로 정하였고 측정도구로 설문지법을 사용하였다. SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 수집된 총 200개의 데이터에 관하여 분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 통계적으로 서울과 도쿄라는 지역변인은 디자인 선호도와 연관성이 있음이 확인되었다. 실루엣 선호도에서 서울 여성은 머메이드, 도쿄 여성은 볼 가운의 빈도가 높게 나타났으며, 선호하는 슬리브로는 서울 여성은 래글런을, 도쿄 여성의 경우에는 슬리브리스를 가장 선호하였다. 둘째, 웨딩드레스의 원츠로서 이미지와 체형커버를 원하는 것은 지역별 유의한 차이가 확인되었다. 두 집단 모두 고급스러운 이미지를 가장 선호 하였으나 지역별 차이는 없었다. 그러나 서울의 경우는 클래식, 심플, 섹시한 이미지를 선호하고 도쿄 여성은 귀엽고 화려한 이미지를 선호하였다. 체형 커버에 관한 원츠는 서울 여성이 현저하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 웨딩드레스 선택기준이 지역변인에 따라서 차이가 있는지에 관한 분석 결과 웨딩드레스의 선택 시 도쿄 여성이 통계적으로 유의하게 전체적인 이미지, 실루엣, 테마항목을 서울 여성보다 더 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 스포사벨라 브랜드 마케팅 전략에 활용되기를 기대해본다. 일반적인 브랜드 전략에 데이터를 응용하기 위해서는 향후 더 발전된 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. This study was to analyze consumer information such as the preference, wants, and selection criteria of the wedding dress for Seoul and Tokyo women in their 20s and 30s for the global marketing strategy of Sposabella brand. The subjects were selected with convenience sampling method among Sposabella customers in two different location(Seoul & Tokyo). The questionnaire was used as a measurement tool. A total of 200 data were collected and used for analysis. The following conclusions were obtained after Chi-Square test and t-test using the SPSS statistical program. Firstly, this paper present that location variable was statistically associated with the preference of wedding dress. In the preference of silhouette of dress, mermaid style was favored more by Seoul women, while ball gown style was favored more by Tokyo women. Most of Seoul women preferred laglan sleeve, while Tokyo women preferred sleeveless one. Second, there is a significant difference by region variable in customer’s wants of image and body cover with the wedding dress. Both groups favored luxurious images, but there were no regional differences. Seoul women, however, preferred classic, simple, and sexy images, while Tokyo women favored cute and colorful images. For the body cover, wants of it was significantly higher in Seoul customers than in Tokyo customers. Thirdly, the significant difference of wedding dress selection criteria according to local variables was found. Tokyo women are more important in such variables as overall image, silhouette and theme in choosing wedding dress than Seoul women. We expect this study to be helpful to the marketing strategy of Sposabella brand from our findings. In order to apply data to general brand strategy, further research is needed in the future.
