The purpose of this study is to improve the National Fire Mobilization Plan. This plan is a national-level comprehensive response system aimed to compensate for scarce firefighting resources and minimize damage from large-scale disasters that exceed the response limits of city and province firefighting forces. As such, relevant literature and domestic and foreign firefighting mobilization standards were reviewed, and simulations of firefighting mobilization were performed using the QGIS program to compare and analyze cases. Results showed that, as opposed to the current method of issuing mobilization orders by dividing resources according to city and province, recognizing the entire country as a single entity and prioritizing the mobilization of adjacent firefighting resources is more effective in terms of minimizing time and distance and more quickly securing resources. Regarding national firefighting mobilization, recognizing the country's firefighting resources as a whole will allow adjacent firefighting resources to be mobilized with priority. However, the mobilization-related limits of each region need to be set to respond to local disasters. Once the scale of mobilization is determined, a system that can quickly calculate how to mobilize firefighting resources based on location and distance can be established. Additionally, it is necessary to create an integrated management system so the central government can directly organize and mobilize local firefighting resources.
편평 콘택트렌즈 착용안에서 비접촉 안압계와 리바운드 안압계를 이용한 안압 측정

Purpose: To investigate the accuracy of intraocular pressure (IOP) measurement through a plano soft contact lens (SCL) in situ by a noncontact tonometer (NCT) and a rebound tonometer (RBT). Methods: The IOP of 66 eyes of 33 subjects with no ocular pathology was measured by NCT (tonometer CT-80, TOPCON, Japan) and RBT (iCare rebound tonometryTM, Tiolat Oy, Finland). IOP measurement was repeated through plano SCL (ACUVUE OASYS?, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc., USA) in situ. Statistical analysis was performed using the paired t-test. Results: Mean IOP measured by NCT was 13.10 ± 2.52 mmHg without SCL and 12.95 ± 2.56 mmHg with SCL. Mean IOP measured by RBT was 14.13 ± 2.94 mmHg without SCL and 13.84 ± 2.75 mmHg with SCL. No significant statistical differences were found between IOP measured with and without SCL (p=0.47, p=0.11 respectively). Conclusions: Reliable measurement of IOP by NCT and RBT can be achieved through plano SCL. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2012;53(5):662-667

Hydraulic pump has been widely used as power sources for hydraulic systems. Studies for the fluid flow have been usually performed using 1-D analysis because of high speed of rotation and complicate form. In this study, analysis on this topic is carried out by modeling swash plate type axial piston pump and using CFX. Moving boundary condition is applied to this problem and it is solved by using CEL(CFX Expression Language) in the CFX program. The results of this study will be very useful to design low-noise and high efficiency hydraulic pump.
