[I.T.S.부문] HiLS를 이용한 차간거리제어 시스템 오작동 검출의 실차 적용에 관한 연구

Studies have shown that over 90% of highway accidents occur due to driver-related errors. This point of view, a Vehicle-to- Vehicle Distance Control System aims to increase convenience and safety. But, the system requires many sensors and throttle/brake actuators, therefore they have some possibility to fault. The aim of this research is to develop fault detection algorithm, verify the algorithm using HiLS and apply to a test vehicle. The fault detection and identification are constructed using fault detection filter and residue method.

본고는 최한기의 저서 『인정(人政)』 중 「감평문」을 근대 정신의학적 관점으로 재해석하고 당시의 서양의학과 비교분석했다. 감평(鑑枰)은 사람을 파악하는 측인, 인재를 가르치는 교인, 인재를 고르는 선인, 인재를 쓰는 용인의 네 가지 문으로 구성된다. 측인은 기품, 심덕, 체용, 문견, 처지의 세부 요소를 통해 사람을 파악하는 방법을 논한다. 기품의 강약과 청탁, 심덕의 성위와 순박, 체용의 후박과 추미, 문견의 주비와 아속, 처지의 귀천과 빈부를 기준으로 사람을 파악하여, 이들 요소의 경중을 10분으로 나누어 각 항목을 수량화한다. 이처럼 성품을 수량화하는 방식은 근대서양 정신의학에서 태동했던 분류법과 유사하다. 성리학의 심성론이나 불교의 심층심리학적 분류법이 주관적인 형이상학적 분류법이라면, 감평론 은 경험과 관찰에 따른 객관적 기준을 마련했다는 점에서 근대정신의학의 진단법과 유사한 부분이 있다. 최한기는 나아가 신분에 따른 관습적 분류가 아닌 개인의 외적 조건과 내적인 성품으로 인품을 파악하고 등용할 것을 역설했다. 이는 최한기의 진보성과 실용적인 방안을 구체적으로 가늠해 볼 수 있는 단초가 된다. 일반적으로 사상의학은 체형과 성격 질병의 차이를 주로 다루었고, 서양정신의학은 증상과 질병 위주로 인간심리를 분류해 온 것으로 본다. 이에 비해 최한기의 감평문은 전인적으로 성품 전체를 파악하려는 시도였다는 점에서 융 심리학의 전체정신, 즉 자기(Self)의 추구와 맞닿는다. 인간성격을 분류하고 수량화한 감평론은 19세기 서양의 성격유형론과 정신병리학의 발아와 유사점을 보인다. 최한기가 제시한 유형론의 통합적 분석 모델은 서양의 정신 병리학이나 성격이론과는 목적이나 대상 방법이 다르지만 근대 정신의학과 심리학분야의 방법론에도 매우 유의미한 단서가 된다. “Gampyeong” in In-jeong (Politics and Humanity) by Choi Hanki is an essay on evaluation and selection of a capable person, which shows a significant achievement in terms of modern diagnostic evaluation techniques. “Gampyeong” is composed of four chapters: evaluation, teaching, selection, and encouragement of capable human resources. The chapter on evaluation breaks down into: 1) strength and clarity of characters; 2) morality and hospitality; 3) appearance; 4) knowledge and experience; and 5) material resources. From its scoring using tables and numbers, we may infer that he was influenced by Western scientific method. Choi realized that social corruption relying on personal connection hindered qualified officers from being appointed. He criticized society where bribery and favoritism, instead of capability, were key factors for promotions and appointments. He made strong efforts to make objective references and rational methods for human resource management based on Kihak, which is a more pragmatic and materialistic world view. Different from Yi Jema`s Sasang Euihak (or Sasang Constitutional Medicine, a typology based on four human physical temperaments and psychological characters), Gampyeong shows a more integrative and holistic understanding of human beings. He emphasized the longitudinal approach toward human development of characters. Evaluation of a socio-economic status, which was not always correlated to the hierarchical class system in the Joseon dynasty, was a reformist approach toward human and social development. Compared with its typology counterparts in Western psychology, Gampyeong set a good precedent for modern psychology, although his theory did not evolve into the level of Western psychopathology and failed to have any significant followers. To revisit and reilluminate Gampyeong requires further efforts to integrate the Eastern and Western methods on human typology in the 21st century.
겨울철과 여름철에서 기포펌프에 대한 비교분석 및 성능평가

This study represents the performance evaluation and comparative analysis on the bubble pump in winter and summer. The experimental apparatus are consisted of bubble pump, solar collector and heat exchanger. In addition, the flow meter was installed at outlet of heat exchanger to obtain the temperature change. The complete system was instrumented to measure the pressure, flow-rates and temperature at several locations in winter and summer. As the results of experimental study, the average value of heat amount in heat exchanger was about max 10.64㎉/hr in clear day of winter and about max 6.88㎉/hr in clear day of summer. The maximum value of heat amount in water tank(0.4㎥) was about max 489.7㎉/hr in clear day of winter and about max 373.3㎉/hr in clear day of summer. The maximum value of mass flow rate in bubble pump was about max 0.5 ℓ/min in clear day of winter and about max 0.4 ℓ/min in clear day of summer.
MRFDY 기반 음향 이벤트 검출 성능 향상을 위한 연구

Detection and identification of sound events is a critical technique of a modern monitoring systems. Recently, various methods have been introduced to improve the perform ance of sound event detection. This paper investigates a combined framework to enhance detection performance by integrating data augmentation absed on filter augmentation into MRFDY(Multi-residual Frequency Dynamic Convolution) model. With the filter augmentation and frequency dynamic convolution in MRFDY, the model is able to learn acoustic features from the principal frequency components of each sound. So, it enables to identify sound events in terms of its category and interval. In experiment based on DCASE2020 task4 testbed, the proposed approach shows the best performance as 42.73 ± 0.85% with respect to class averaging f1-score among four approaches: CRNN, MRFDY, FilterAug+CRNN, and FilterAug+MR FDY.

This paper discusses the evaluation of the safety impact of the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system in Korea. To evaluate the safety impact, this paper suggests an analysis method by using the test scenario and field operational test data. The test scenario is composed to represent the main component factor of the ACC system and ACC related accident situation such as rear-end collision, lane-change, and road-curvature, etc. Also, from the field operation test data, the system's potential to increase the safety can be measured ideally. Besides, field operational testdata was used to revise the expected safety impact value as Korean road conditions. By using the proposed evaluation method, enhanced safety impact of the ACC system can be estimated scientifically.
