본 연구는 수평원통내에 물을 체적비(V_l/V_tot) 0.50, 0.91로 각각 장입한 후 물의 조기 과열온도와 벽면 냉각온도를 각각 변화시키면서 내향 응고시켰을 경우, 시간에 따른 상변화물질의 평균온도, 상경계면의 형상, 응고율, 응고에너지 등을 실험적으로 구하여 이를 비교·검토한 것이다. 응고진행시 상경계면은 물의 초기 과열온도가 높을수록 응고초기에 상단부분이 하단부분보다 빠르게 진행되었으나 응고가 진행됨에 따라 상하단의 상격계면 전진속도는 거의 동일하게 나타났다. 동일한 온도조건에서 전과정에 걸친 응고율(M_s/M_tot)은 체적비 0.5인 경우가 0.91인 경우 보다 크게 나타나 수평원통내 물의 내향응고시 물의 체적비(V_l/V_tot) 변화에 의한 영향도 고려하여야 함을 알 수 있었다. Heat transfer phenomena during inward freezing process of the water in a horizontal cylinder were experimentally studied. The cooling temperature of a wall more significantly affects the timewise average, temperature than the initial superheating temperature of the water. In addition, it was abserved that the timewise average temperature was influenced by the initial volume ratio of the water (V_l/V_tot) at the same temperature conditions. One the other hand, the freezing speed of the upper part in the water-ice interface was quickly progressed due to natural convection. Furthermore, experimental observation showed that the frozen mass fraction (M_s/M_tot) was influenced by the initial volume ratio of the water (V_l/V_tot). It was noted that the frozen mass fraction for each V_l/V_tot represented by Ste* and Fo.
단결정 다이아몬드 공구에 의한 Corner Cube 가공 시, 형상정밀도에 미치는 동 도금층의 경도의 영향

This article presents machining experiments to assess the relationship between the profile accuracy and the workpiece hardness using a natural diamond tool on an ultra-precision diamond turning machine. The study is intended to secure a corner cube prism pattern for reflective film capable of high-quality outcomes. The optical performance levels and edge images of corner cubes having various hardness levels of the copper-coated layer on a carbon steel plate are analyzed. The hardness of the workpiece has a considerable effect on the profile accuracy. The higher the hardness of the workpiece, the better the profile accuracy and the worse the edge wear of the diamond tool.

Using HPLC, the author separated the components of water-soluble vitamin contents in samples and measured the quantities of them. The results was as follows: 1. It was obtained to have good separation of ascorbic acid (C), Nicotinamid, thiamin HCL(B_1), Pyridoxin(B_6), Riboflavin(B_2), Caffein in the acid solvent, and whose peaks made possible to measure the quantities of each substances. 2. In base solvents, it was possible to separate the above substance, but not proper to measure since the peaks were not sharp. 3. The sharp indicated the various components in samples were good resolution in acid solvent. 4. The separation and measurements of water-soluble vitamins in samples were experimented in acid and base solvent. Compare with classic methods that needed long hours, it was possible to measure within 90min, including the process of solvent exchange.
