Nowadays flat shaped cover glass was widely used for mobile devices. But for good design and convenience, curved cover glass is demanded. Thus many companies try to produce curved cover glasses by shaving technique, but the production efficiency is very low. Therefore, the molding technique has been adopted to increase the efficiency for curved glass production system. For a glass molding system, the uniform temperature distribution of the mold must be needed to produce high quality curved cover glass. Before suggesting heating conditions of the molding system for uniform temperature distribution by the thermal analysis, the verification should be required. Therefore, in this study, the temperature measurements were performed for the prototype molding system and the experimental results were compared with the computations. The temperatures on the heating block surface were in good agreement with the computational results for transient and steady conditions.

Currently, flat cover glasses are widely applied to mobile devices. However, for a good design and for convenience of use, curved cover glasses are in demand. 헤더-채널 분기관의 각도변화가 2상유동 분배에 미치는 영향에 대한 기초 연구

The main objective of this work is to experimentally investigate the effect of angle variation on the distribution of two-phase flow at header-channel junctions. The cross-section of the header and the channels were fixed to 16mm×16mm and 12mm×1.8mm, respectively. Air and water were used as the test fluids. Three different header-channel positions were tested:Vertical header with Horizontal channels(case VM-HC), Horizontal header with Horizontal channels(case HM-HC), and Horizontal header with Vertical Downward channels(case HM-VDC), respectively. In all cases, for the liquid flow distribution, it tended to decrease gradually in the header upstream region. But in the downstream region, different trends can be seen. For the VM-HC case, liquid flow distribution increased and decreased again, for the HM-HC case, it increased sharply near the end of the header plate. And for the HM-VDC case, it decreased continuously. For the gas flow distribution, it has opposite tendency compared to the liquid distribution.

스마트 팩토리는 제품의 전 생산 과정에 정보통신기술(ICT: Information and Communications Technologies)을 접목하여, 생산 비용의 절감 및 공정 개선 등을 이룰 수 있는 지능형 공장을 의미한다. 스마트 팩토리를 구현하기 위해서는 필연적으로 내부 설비들이 외부 네트워크와 연결되어야 하며, 이는 기존 폐쇄 망으로 운영되던 설비들이 외부 네트워크에 노출됨으로써 보안 취약성 증가하게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 일반 네트워크에 사용하고 있는 보안 장비를 적용할 수는 있으나 이 방법만 가지고는 스마트 팩토리 망에서의 보안 위협을 완벽하게 차단하는 것은 불가능하며 보안 침해 사고가 발생 시 물리적, 경제적 피해는 산정할 수 없을 정도로 클 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 팩토리에 적용 가능한 보안 기법들을 알아보며 안전한 스마트 팩토리를 위한 전용 보안 게이트웨이 및 보안 게이트웨이가 가져야할 주요 융합 보안 기술을 제안한다. The smart factory, a combination of ICT technology to the entire production process of a product, means can you intelligent factory is to achieve such reduction and process improvement of the production cost. To implement the smart factory, inevitably must have an internal equipment connections to the external network, this is by equipment which is operated by the existing closure network is exposed to the outside network, the security vulnerability so that gender is increased. In order to solve this problem, it is possible to apply security solutions that are used in normal environments. However, it is impossible to have just completely blocking security threats that can occur in a smart factory network. Further, considering the economic damage that can occur during security breach accident, which cannot be not a serious problem. Therefore, in this paper, a look to know the security measures that can be applied to smart factory, to introduce the main fusion security technology necessary to smart factory dedicated security gateway.
사각 마이크로 채널 내 Taylor flow의 기포 및 액체 슬러그 유동 특성에 대한 연구

The characteristics of gas-liquid Taylor(Slug) flow in a square micro-channel with 600 × 600 ㎛were investigated experimentally in this paper. The test fluids were nitrogen and water. The liquid and gas superficial velocities were 0.01 - 3 m/s and 0.1 ? 3 m/s, respectively. Bubble and liquid slug lengths, bubble velocity and frequency were measured by analyzing the optical images using high speed camera. The bubble length was decreased with higher liquid flow rate and that was increased with higher gas flow rate, dramatically. But the slug length was not varied with the changes of inlet conditions. And the bubble velocity and frequency were increased with higher liquid and gas flow rate. It was found that the measured bubble lengths were in good agreement with the empirical models in the previous literature, but the slug lengths were not.

본 논문에서 운영체제의 확장성 보장뿐만 아니라 다양한 S/W 에 개방형 플랫폼 제공이 가능하도록 Docker/Container 기반의 개방형 아키텍처 플랫폼 구조를 설계하고 개발했다. 이러한 컨테이너화 기술은 다양한 운영체제 환경에서 개발 어플리케이션 동작이 가능해 배포 및 이식성이 우수하고, 개발 환경에 대해 독립적이므로 향후 개발 및 관리에 우수한 장점이 있어, 다양한 산업에서 활용이 가능하다.
