함양산양삼과 열매 복합물의 항산화 및 항염증 효능에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the antioxidant effect of hamyang wild-simulated ginseng and ginseng berry complex(HGC) and to investigate the mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect on macrophage cell line (RAW264.7 cells). For antioxidant activity of HGC was measured by total polyphenol contents were estimated with folin-ciocalteu method, and total flavonoid contents were estimated with aluminum chloride methods. And, assessed with 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid (ABTS) radical scavenging activity assay. MTT assay was performed to determine the effect of HGC on cell viability in RAW264.7 cells. In addition, anti-inflammatory effect of HGC was investigated in RAW264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells, in which an inflammatory response was induced by lipopolysarccharide (LPS), were treated with HGC, and nitric oxide production was measured by griess assay. And protein expression level of inflammatory cytokine and phosphorylation of MAPK signaling pathways were confirmed by western blot analysis. Total polyphenols and flavonoids contents in HGC were quantified, and increased DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity in a concentration-dependent manner was confirmed. In addition, HGC was significantly inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production and inflammatory cytokine (iNOS, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α) expression in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Also, HGC was significantly inhibited the phosphorylation of MAPK signaling pathways. These results suggest that HGC can be used as effective herbal medicine extract for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. As a result, it is thought that HCG can be used as a functional material effective for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. And it will be possible to promote industrialization using hamyang wild-simulated ginseng and ginseng berry, and to increase high-value-added.

행정구역통합에는 많은 기준이 있지만, 행정구역의 크기와 행정구역간 연계성은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 행정구역통합기준이 설정되어 있는 경우에 어떻게 정량적으로 그 기준을 만족시키면서 행정구역을 통합할 것인가에 관한 방법을 제시하였다. 사례분석으로 충청남도의 행정구역간 연계성을 토대로 계층적 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 현행의 국회의원 선거구와 비교하였는데, 거의 유사한 결과를 얻을 수 있어 통합방법의 타당성을 간접적으로 검증할 수 있었다.

This inquiry underscores the method of making a composite indicator for selecting underdeveloped regions using a regression Analysis. Generally sum of weighted standard scores and principal component analysis have been used as the methodology for making a composite indicator using some appropriate variables. The underdeveloped regions selected on the basis of composite indicator scores did not coincide with the regions which is thought to be a underdevelopment by specialist of the region. We divided the total city and county of study into some subgroups in accordance with sphere of cultivation. We calculated the extemal criteria of composite indicator by using AHP through the survey of specialist of the sub groups. We make a new composite indicator for selecting underdeveloped regions utilizing a regression Analysis. The extemal criteria of composite indicator was dependent variable and subgroup dummy variable and some appropriate variables were independent variables. It contends that the multiple regression analysis is better appropriate method than sum of weighted standard scores and principal component analysis in making a composite indicator for selecting under developed regions.

사내변호사 활성화 방안

국내에서 변호사들이 기업체로 진출하여 사내변호사로 활동하는 사례는 여전히 드문 일이다. 하지만, 최근 들어 변호사 수의 증가와 업계 경쟁 치열, 국내 경제규모 발전 등에 비추어 사내변호사 활성화는 법조계 전체의 관심사항이 되고 있다. 국내 사내변호사의 역사는 1998년에서 2000년경부터 본격화되기 시작하여 연간 40~50명 수준의 한국변호사가 기업체로 진출하고 있고, 국내 기업에서 활동하고 있는 외국변호사는 진체 천오백에서 2천명 수준으로 추산되고 있으나, 주요 글로벌 기업들에 비하여 여전히 미약한 수준이다. 사내변호사는 기업 내 법률전문가로서 통상적인 기업법률자문 및 중요 경영판단사항에 대한 자문, 각종 소송 등 분쟁처리 업무, 외부 로펌 및 변호사 control 업무 등의 다양한 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 기업들이 직면하는 대내외적인 위험이 현저하게 증대됨에 따라 사내변호사들의 위상과 역할 또한 점진적으로 중요시되고 있다. 특히나, 기업지배구조의 투명성 유지, 윤리경영 또는 준법경영에 대한 사회적 관심 증가, Compliance 체제 강화 등의 움직임과 맞물려 사내변호사는 단순한 법률전문가로서의 위치를 벗어나 기업경영의 체질개선에 크게 기여하고 있다. 사내변호사를 활성화하기 위해서는 기업 입장에서 사내변호사에 대한 부정적 인식을 바꾸고, 사내변호사를 둠으로써 기업경영에 수반되는 제반 리스크로부터 보다 안전해질 수 있다는 인식을 가져야 하며, 기업체질 또한 중요 경영사항에 대해서는 사내변호사의 사전 검토를 반드시 거치도록 의무화해야 할 것이다. 또한 사내변호사로 기업 내에서 인정받고 성공해 나가는 선례를 구축해야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 사내변호사로 진출하는 변호사들 스스로의 강한 도전의식과 직함에 걸 맞는 실력배양이 수반되어야 할 것이다. 나아가, 기업체나 사법연수원, 로스쿨 등지에 사내변호사의 장점과 전망 등에 대해 폭넓은 홍보가 필요하며, 동시에 사법연수원 및 로스쿨의 사내변호사 관련 교육 강화 및 내실 있는 인턴쉽 프로그램 등을 발굴하여 예비변호사 집단과 기업체 사이에 인적 Network를 구축하도록 해야 할 것이다. Instances of attorneys becoming corporate in-house counsel are still exceptional rather than regular in Korea. However, corporate in-house counsel promotion and development is gaining more attention of the legal circle in light of recent developments such as increase in number of attorneys, rise in competition in the legal market, and expansion of Korean economy. The history of corporate in-house counsel in Korea dates back to between 1998 and 2000, and about 50 attorneys choose to go in-house every year; in addition, there are also about 1500 to 2000 foreign licensed attorneys working as corporate in-house counsel. However, the number of corporate in-house counsel is still relatively small compared to other global corporations. Corporate in-house counsel play the role of legal experts and provide advice on general corporate legal matters, manage litigations and disputes, control outside counsel as well as assist management in making significant business decisions. The role and status of in-house counsel is receiving more recognition as a result of significant increase in legal risks of corporation domestically and internationally. Also, in conjunction with the increased public attention to transparent corporate ownership structure, heightened ethical standard, as well as proper compliance with relevant laws and regulations, in-house counsel are making significant contributions to corporate reform in addition to being legal experts. In order to continue promotion and development of corporate in-house counsel, companies should change the negative view about in-house counsel and cultivate a positive perspective that the company will be able to avoid legal risks by requiring in-house counsel review important decisions regarding changes in corporate culture or business management. On the other hand, in-house counsel should also strive to acquire the capabilities and competitiveness that match their roles in order to set examples of success. Furthermore, Judicial Research and Training Institute, law schools, and companies should organize more public relations activities highlighting the benefits and outlook of corporate in-house counsel. At the same time, Judicial Research and Training Institute, law schools, and companies should endeavor to develop effective internship programs, which will help establish the social network among companies and to-be attorneys.
