        연대기 문학의 시기별 특성과 변화 -아메리카와 원주민, 정복사를 중심으로-

        This study divided the various chronicles of Nueva España into two periods (the conquest period, the mexican colonial period), and analyzed the characteristics and changes of each period, focusing on three themes (America, indigenous peoples, and history of conquest). The chronology of the first period began from the perspective of european supremacy based on christian centralism. The Americas were the object of conquest and looting under the pretext of christian propagation, and the natives were merely inferior species object to labor exploitation. Some chronicles took the lead in protecting indigenous peoples by informing the outside world of this reality. However, entering the second period, chronology became a tool of colonial authorities to redefine theological and legal status of indigenous peoples and justify spanish conquest and domination. Chronicles from mestizo also appeared, but they could not break away from the mainstream tone centered on christian denominations.

        The Resistence Force of Ballast resist lateral force and axial force of train load, and the Resistence of Ballast in important so that repress the buckling caused by axial force of rail when rise in temperature. in this study, measurement of Resistence Force of Ballast was done to investigate the characteristic of Resistence Force of Ballast in the line operated. From the study, it was know that the PSC the track is out of the question to that security of the standard resistence force of ballast by the standard ballast profile.

      • 레일鋼의 疲勞龜裂成長擧動에 미치는 影響因子의 評價

        Since fatigue crack in rail can be the source of fractures and dubsequent developmets, quantitative evaluation of the fatigue behavior is made the basis for predicting fatigue life and making a dicision of safe inspection interval. Therefore, as a part of study on fatigue crack propagation, this study was conducted in order to evaluate the effects of stress ratio R and K. from the analysis results of experimental fatigue data. From the results of this study, following conclusions were obtained; From the analysis results of crack orientation on fatigue crack propagation, it was shown that LT orientation and TL orientation crack were the same crack propagation velocity, but SL orientation crack was more faster than formers. So, in is considered that SL orientation crack was the most dangerous in fatigue behavior of rail. It is thought that the effect of stress ratio on fatigue crack propagation had tendency to accelate crack propagation velocity when stress ratio is increase. Particularly the value of m was always constant, but the value of increase as stress ratio increase. From the evaluation of preproposed equation which have been reflected the effect of stress ratio, it was thought that the ratio of crack prop agation rate had to be expressed as combination of AK and K., not only by AK. If crsoack propagation curve was expressed by Crooker and Lange equation in rail steel, it was the best fit in a straight line without regard to stress ratio.

        중부지역에 위치한 폐광산 주변의 오염물질 이동성 평가

        Several mines including Namil, Solim and Jungbong which are located in the Gyeonggi and Kangwon province have been abandoned and closed since 1980 due to "The promotion policy of mining industry". An enormous amount of mining wastes was disposed without proper treatment, which caused soil pollution in tailing dam and ore-dressing plant areas. However, any quantitative assessment was not performed about soil and water pollution by transporting mining wastes such as acid mine drainage, mine tailing, and rocky waste. In this research, heavy metals in mining wastes were analyzed according to leaching method which used 0.1 N HCl and total solution method which used Aqua-regia to recognize the ecological effect of distance from hot spot. We sampled tailings, rocky wastes and soils around the abandoned mine. Chemical and physical parameters such as pH, electrical conductivity (EC), total organic carbon (TOC), soil texture and heavy metal concentration were analyzed. The range of soil's pH is between 4.3 and 6.4 in the tailing dam and oredressing plant area due to mining activity. Total concentrations of As, Cu, and Pb in soil near ore dressing plant area are 250.9, 249.3 and 117.2 mg/kg respectively, which are higher than any other ones near tailing dam area. Arsenic concentration in tailing dams is 31.0 mg/kg, which is also considered as heavily polluted condition comparing with the remediation required level(RRL) in "Soil environment conservation Act".

        While we are using gas pressure welding Process, Thereat welding process, Enclosed arc welding process and Flash butt welding process as rail welding process for Long Rail production in RailLoad track, we can find following Serial Characteristics by giving a fatigue crack behavior test to find fatigue phenomenon accursed by train-load for gas pressure welding process among these and then estimating fatigue crack growth ratio and stress intensity factor range. 1. We can see that fatigue toughness of used sail is also small Circumstances and load-condition with small stress intensity factor. 2. We can see that gas pressure welding parts has more resistance that stock does for crack growth. 3. To keep salty in enlarged rail, in the first place we must find early finding method of very small crack, with considering things which have small fracture toughness.

      • 鋼鐵道橋의 衝擊擧動에 관한 硏究

        We come to the following cinclution after we measured value of vibration, stress and value of vertical displacement of the steel railway bridge at the different train speed and bridge length. (1) Under the speed of convential train, the value of vibration in girder are not effect on the safety of bridge. But if the train speed exceeds 110km/m, the value of vibration in the girder are greatly increased by train speed. So we should consider a countermeasure. (2) The bridge which have problems in girder seat, shoe bolt moves girder's end points of wreck in ports are getting high the values of vibration. So when the break out the strange vibration, the repairment should be taken thoroushly at the first stage. (3) The stress force ov bridge girder shows the maximum value, when the train speed is from 100 to 200km/h but that is not access to permission stress force there is no problem using girder. (4) The deflexion of bridge girder are not to present regulation in L/800mm but we have to try to find the answer, the side of comfort.

      • 레일 테르미트 熔接部의 靱性分布에 關한 硏究

        In the Welded Structure, Fatigue crack growth behavior of Weld Metal, Heat Affected Zone, Base Metal are different each other However there are many cause of difference,among the cause of difference, recently clear that the most important factor is local irregularity of Fracture Toughness. In this study, for the basic effort of Fatigue Crack growth rate on Rail Thermit Welded Part, investigated the local distribution of Fracture Toughness. Fracture Toughness of weld metal lower then other section and increas in the other section of Heat Affected Zone base metal, in accordance with, it is clear that the change of local Fracture Toughness were cased of local irregularity of Fracture Toughness. In this study Fracture Toughness were measured by Notch Toughness Metal and Calculated by Ito equation and it is clear that those method are useful to analysis for tendancy of change in Fracture Toughness.

        Af ree market system is based on private property and private enterprises. Thus, in the system, private enterprises are free to pursue their own best interests and they can act in a manner that will maximise their profits. They are free to pursue their profit maximization, however, there is a limitation on management and marketing, which is based on their social responsibility to keep free market system, or free and open compentition system. To ensure to free and open competition system, Government established the fair trade system in 1980. Under the system, such things as unfair methods of competition, division of market, interfering with a competitor’s supply of goods, price fixing, selling below cost, deceptive or unethical promotion, false or exaggerated advertising of goods or deceiving a customer with regard to the quality or quantity of a goods is considered to be illegal. All such regulations call a new concept to revise the marketing concept which is in a stage of selling concept in our market. The new concept means the societal marketing concept. According to this study, the societal marketing concept should be settled in our business society in the soonest possible time, while it is not yet settled effectively even six years after the system established. I hope, the proper authorities should operate the fair trade system more effectively.

        Conceptual Object Grouping for Multimedia Document Management

        Increase of multimedia information in Web requires a new method to manage and service multimedia documents efficiently. This paper proposes a conceptual object grouping method by fuzzy filtering, which is automatically constituted based on increase of multimedia documents. The proposed method composes subsumption relations between conceptual objects automatically using fuzzy filtering of the document objects that are extracted from domains. Grouping of such conceptual objects is regarded as subsumption relation which is decided by μ-cut. This paper proposes μ-cut, FAS(Fuzzy Average Similarity) and DSR(Direct Subsumption Relation) to decide fuzzy filtering, which groups related document objects easily. This paper used about 1,000 conceptual objects in the performance test of the proposed method. The simulation result showed that the proposed method had better retrieval performance than those for OGM(Optimistic Genealogy Method) and BGM(Balanced Genealogy Method).
