Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 에 의한 Aloe vera 첨가 액상 발효유의 성상

Parameters involved with addition of aloe very on liquid yoghurt fermentation were investigated in order to fortify the probiotic properties of the fermented milk. The following results were obtained; The maximum level of aloe very juice addition turned out to be 20% of skim milk substrate, acid production rate of Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 increased by the addition of aloe vera juice into skim milk. L. casei viable cells of log 9.63 cfu/㎖ sustained in 20% aloe vera juice supplemented substrate and log 9.23 cfu/㎖ in control. The organic acid content analysis of the fermented milk by HPLC revealed that 1,133 ppm of lactic acid and 126 ppm of acetic acid in L. casei culture. There was no significant difference in organic acid content due to the aloe vera juice supplementation. The adverse effects in pH, titratable acidity, viscosity, precipitation and viable counts during 5 days storage in refrigerator were not observed in the aloe very supplemented liquid fermented milk. Panel test results of aloe vera juice supplemented liquid fermented milk showed that palatability score of 6.25, which was not statistically significant to 6.95 of the control.
오리피스 구조내에서 발생한 공동소음의 음향학적 스케일링에 관한 연구

The major source of noise in the process of transporting liquids is related to the cavitation phenomenon. The control valve noise is mostly dominated by bubble dynamics under cavitating conditions. In this investigation, an orifice configuration is set-up to correlate its flow-field and acoustic signatures with those from a control valve device. The performance and noise characteristics form the orifice configuration in anechoic surroundings were measured to reveal the noise sources depending on pressure differences across the orifice configuration. The sound powers from the orifice configuration are effectively normalized using proposed scaling parameters. Flow-excited dynamic systems for which there is no strong coupling between the flow and the system response can be described using a linear source-filter model. On this assumption, the normalized sound powers can be decomposed of noise source function and a response function. To find noise sources, pressure spectra measured over a range of pressure differences are transformed into the product of two non-dimensional frequency function : Pss(He,fca,x/D) = F(fca) G(He,x/D). This scheme of finding noise sources is shown to be applicable to the cavitation noise from the control valve effectively. Two kinds of cavitating modes based on our experimental data are found and discussed.
수송체 구조물 진동제어를 위한 설계 민감도 해석, 최적설계및 GUI개발

본 연구에서는 조화기진력이 작용하는 구조물에서 보조변수법을 사용하여 치수설계 민감도가 계산되었다. 제한함수는 구조물의 진동웅력이고 설계변수는 막구조의 두께, 보구조의 굽힘관성모멘트, 봉구조의 웅력이며 신뢰성있는 민감도값이 계산되였다. 민감도값의 크기와 방향이 plot되어 웅력에 민감한 부분이 인지되고 정확도는 유한차분치와 비교되었으며, 또한 계산된 민감도가 사용되어 three-bar 구조물의 제한조건이 만족되고 중량이 최소화되는 최적설계가 수행되었다. 수송체 웅력저감, 경량화 설계를 도와주는 GUI가 개발되어, 간단한 설계 데이타변경으로 웅력, 중량 변화량을 바로 인식할수가 있다.<br/> Sizing design sensitivity analysis of structures subjected to the harmonic vibration is performed using adjoint variable method. Constraint is the stress and sizing design variables are thickness, bending moment of inertia and cross-sectional area of structures. Accurate sensitivities are computed and plotted sensitivity can be used as a design guidance tool. The accuracy of sensitivites is verified by the finite difference values. Also, optimal design of three-bar structure is performed using the computed sensitivity and feasible direction method while satisfying constraints and obtaining the minimum weight.<br/>
